We had the pleasure to stay the weekend, for a team retreat and i hope we return every year! The staff were so accommodating, kind & helpful. The Inn is so comfortable and what a beautiful location! The Tavern... wow. Guests are treated like family, the food is fantastic & they had live music (fantastic!)Can't say enough about the Wildcat. Stay for a ski weekend, or pop in for dinner after a hike- you'll love it.

We stayed at the Wildcat Inn for three nights and had dinner and drinks at the tavern one of the nights. The tavern has live music every Friday and Saturday and the atmosphere is great, though does close a bit early like most things in Jackson. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The nachos and chicken tenders were very tasty.

Stayed here for 2 nights. They run a special in April (mud season): stay the night, spend 75.00 in tavern or dining room and your room is free. The room(11) was very cute...full/queen bed, bathroom with everything you need, gas wood stove and tiny sitting area. I was concerned we wouldn't hit the 75.00 needed for the special offer but soon found out it wasn't a problem. For tavern food it was very good but personally felt a bit overpriced. My husband ordered a draft beer (12.00 😳) which cost more than my glass of wine. I don't think I have ever seen that before. 18.95 for a burger. 16.95 for chicken wing appetizer. The food was good as was the service. Loved the waitstaff. Overall the wildcat is a quaint, cozy inn and I will return.

Spent two nights at the inn. At check in on Friday immediately put our name on the wait-list and headed upstairs. Room 12 on the 3rd floor (note no elevator) was super cute. Garden view, extra reading nook space we didn't expect, we had an air conditioner, and a big cozy bed. Loved our entire stay. 30 minutes later our table was ready! The swordfish was absolutely perfect (fresh, lightly seasoned, cooked perfect), the burger was awesome, and the peanut butter pie was woah (definitely a 2 person dessert).Enjoyed a run in the morning around Jackson and up some of the hilly roads. Lots of people walking in the morning. Absolutely love this area!

My rugby team did a team retreat here and it was fantastic. Their classic burger rocked my socks off, with a great crispy edge and juicy inside beef burger. The gathering spaces are perfect for large group activities, and the igloo was our shared breakfast and relaxation get away, a stay that was thoroughly enjoyed by many. I personally look forward to my next trip to the Wild Cat Inn.

Took the family there during the busy ski season. Most restaurants in town were all booked up at 6:30pm; we came here and tried our luck. The place was packed, but the owner was very accommodating and helped clear a table for us right away. Food and drinks were good, staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: They got lift chairs for seats!!

This is a nice place to dine at and stay the night. No fancy amenities, but the room was clean and cozy, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were very cheap. As for the restaurant, I ordered the pan roasted statler chicken and it tasted excellent. The chicken was very tender and cooked in a very juicy sauce. Various vegetables were also mixed in on the plate. There was also live music and a nice upbeat atmosphere. If you’re looking for a simple, cozy inn to stay the night and have a good bite to eat, then this is a good place for you.

Delicious lunch, great service & good prices! Highly recommend this Tavern now that there's a new chef & staff since last time, we had a bad meal in Sept-2019. Kudos to the F&B team working here now - you should be proud of the great service you're providing! 👏 👏 👏

The Wildcat Inn & Tavern is the best place to stay in Jackson and the surrounding area! We’ve been coming here almost 40 years! Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, incredible music scene and Pub vibe, dog-friendly, and the most awesome people around! Year round enjoyment and hospitality!👍👏Looking forward to our next visit!😊 Thanks again🙏

Absolutely loved the food and the feel of the restaurant. All kinds of neat historic old photos on the wall showcasing outdoor activities of the season along with some old gear. Menu was simple at just one page front and back but had a nice variety of tastes and prices. Extensive drink menu. Dessert was awesome apple pie with a $1.50 up charge to make it a la mode with giant scoop of vanilla ice cream next to an already large squirt of cream.

What can I say, this restaurant is bursting with charm and fresh creativity. The food always hits the spot and the staff are delightful. If you are looking for something more authentic with a great atmosphere go to the Wildcat.Vegetarian options: There are a few options.Parking: They have a private parking lot and street parking available.Kid-friendliness: More of an adult restaurant but older kids might enjoy.

Hi All,Went just spent another two nights at the WCI&T and once again everything was 5 stars!A special shout-out to Dave the manager of everything at the Inn & Tavern. He took great care of us at the bar after check-in and ever gave us some trivia t-shirts (real nice ones too :) ).The two dinners were excellent and service was really prompt considering how busy they were on Friday evening. For accommodations the room was fine (considering it is a very old Inn).We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next April.Again, thanks to Dave for being a great customer's manager!Dennis*****Our second dine and stay in a month. Our dinner entrees were excellent on both visits along with the service (thanks Sarah). The stays were also excellent, nice clean and comfy rooms. Will be back again for sure!:)

Wow! The food was the best we had during the most recent week we spent in NH, the drinks were perfect, the staff is awesome and the charm is amazing. For context, I travel a lot for work and have been to plenty of favorite restaurants in cities and places off the beaten path. I will be raving about this place forever! It’s no wonder it was packed every time we drove by. What a gem! Put it on your list if you’re traveling through the White Mountains.

Made reservations for dinner in the dining room but arrived early on a beautiful evening. The host was great and moved us to a table in the garden where we had a perfect evening listening to music while we ate a superb meal. The staff was great all around and you could not beat the ambiance.

I stayed here for two nights for a hiking trip. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and actually larger than what I was expecting with a nice small living room and a separate bedroom with the private bathroom. The food in the restaurant was amazing and they offer a great collection of local beers.I would definitely go there again for my next hiking/skiing trip to the area.

We spent one night in this super cosy familiary hotel. The welcome was warm and the staff very helpful.Later we had dinner with Live-Musik. The Hotel has two dining-rooms and a bar. Had great meals, the service was very good. The Hotel is almost 100years old, which you can almost feel. Lots of old pictures and skiing-stuff on the walls.Fazit: i absolutely recommend this sweet hidden spot! We got some locals-infos from the staff. Will return if nearby again.

Second time staying there but the first time was over 5 years ago. Does feel like it is getting a bit worn down but still a great place to stay with a lot of charm.

Always have a good meal when we visit. The garden is great outside dining, one of the prettiest around. It's fun when there is music. Highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Limited parking in back. Best to park on the road in front.

The place is quite nice, and the staff try their best. Food is terrible, pricy and with no soul. Would come back for drinks, but even the French fries are over fried. Guacamole was all cumin. Carrot cake is a diabetic cyanide. And the quesadilla is basically a pastry. That’s not a quesadilla!

Husband had Lobster roll which only came with 2 claws and a few other scraps of meat. Not even fresh. I ordered Chicken Pot pie. Not even a pot pie. Carrots undercooked. Chicken was tasteless. Just gravy in a bowl with some Philly dough on the side. At least they took it off the bill. Staff was friendly.
