We stayed at one of the cabins during foliage season. When we arrived, the office was not staffed, just check in instructions left outside. Our cabin was a bit outdated, smelled musty, was pretty dusty, and definitely gave the impression that it had been awhile since someone had stayed in that cabin. However we're not fussy travelers, so we wiped things down, dropped our luggage and left for dinner. We got back late and it wasn't until we were going to bed that the person sleeping in the bedroom realized that the cabin had never been "winterized". There was a literal gap to the outside the entire way around the window unit A/C letting cold air in. This is an October night in New England- it's cold. There was no way to close that off. To make matters worse, the propane heater in the room wouldn't even turn on. The room was way too cold for someone to sleep in, so we closed that room off and that person had to sleep on the couch. By morning, that room was icy cold. The next morning, we called to let the staff know. To their credit, they did say we could've called the previous night and they would've come to help and we did appreciate that. However, it was so late when we figured it out and we know from our professional background that when it comes to LP heaters/appliances, they really should be serviced by someone LPG certified so we would not have felt comfortable trying to troubleshoot the heater late at night anyways. The area is nice, it was very quiet and a close location to restaurants and grocery stores in Conway, recreation opportunities in the White Mountains and the Kancamagus Highway.

Just a nice place to stay for sure! We loved our log cabin we had. Almost all was perfect. The only thing that wasn't was the hot tub. It works, but the drain slowly leaks for 1 thing. 2nd was no air for the jacuzzi tub and that's what gives them force and makes it great. They need to fix these 2 things, but it was a great stay. We will stay here again often. Thank you hosts!

We have stayed here in winter/summer for years with our family. Location is good for storyland, skiing, North Conway, etc. Staff is very nice and rooms are clean and newly renovated.Little to no cell reception but they have pretty good WiFi. Off the beaten path of the main roads, but quieter. Onsite restaurant Tuckermans has great food.

We have been staying at the NE Inn since we were married in 2000 and absolutely love it. From the cabins to the lodge to the restaurant and tavern. Unfortunately we found out while trying to book a Christmas trip that ownership has changed. Gary is no longer there which is so disappointing as he was the heart of the Inn. He always took such interest in making your stay as amazing as possible. Gary and his staff made everyone feel like family. I recently inquired about availability for a trip I was planning with friends in December. I emailed the front desk for info and then spoke with my guest to make plans. When I went to book was told the info was incorrect and they could not accommodate us. I forwarded the info I got from the front desk and was told again they could not accommodate us. The “general manager” Jeff ended up emailing me basically telling me that he didn’t care to have our business as we hadn’t stayed there since 2020. I explained that we didn’t travel during COVID and I had some health issues and that is why we hadn’t been there. Jeff sent two very unprofessional emails to me and I was appalled at the way he spoke to me. Regardless we will never return. Just be aware, if you are used to going to the NE Inn and being greeted by Gary and staff the new management is nothing like that. So disappointing as my family and I have had such wonderful memories there and celebrated so many special occasions there.

We were travelling from Windsor to New York via Montreal and decided to break our journey here. Lovely spacious cabins with all amenities.The early morning views are great, large indoor pool onsite and the fish and chips we ordered would give an English chippy a run for their money.Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Just spent the long weekend here. We stayed across the street in the loon room. The king bed is in a loft and the living room area has a hot tub. So beautifully designed. This is our second year here, and cannot wait to return again next year. So close to North Conway. Many things to do and see. Tuckermans across the street is delicious. Wonderful place. We were sad to leave.Rooms: Rooms are beautiful. The beams and wood work are amazing

Sorry I haven't yet stayed at this lodge yet, however, The attached Tuckerman's Restaurant was fantastic! Their host Jojo was a very pleasant first sight, bartender Luka (sp?) at the outdoor bar area was great, and my brew burger was unbelievable. Just a short drive from downtown NoCo. Very much worth your trip. Ask about their outdoor music too! Not sure what nights ppl play. Enjoy! 😁✌️🍻🐻

We've stayed here twice, once in Summer, and once in late Fall. Both experiences, in the cabins and lodge, were wonderful. Cozy atmosphere, well-furnished, clean and great amenities. The hot tub helps after a long hike, and the beds are very soft. We stayed here during a thunderstorm after climbing Mount Chochura and we both slept like babies.The location helps--it is a short drive to North Conway, but also makes getting up and hitting the trails much faster than having to drive through town and traffic.Very easy to fall in love with this place. I don't know if I've ever stayed anywhere else in the White Mountains and had this grand a time, especially considering the value. Hope to be back soon, as long as they'll have us.

We arrived past check in but the manager answered the door and was super friendly. He even made sure we got reservations at Tuckerman's on-site. He said we could go get settled into our cabin and we would get a call when our table was ready.The cabin was BEAUTIFUL. Never have I ever stayed at a place so cute and cozy. The cabin was also super clean.Intervale was expecting up to a foot of snow the day after we arrived. When we woke up, the property men already had a path shoveled from our cabin to our car and the roads on the property were clear of snow.We felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very cute cabin! Looks way better in person and pretty spacious. Was very clean too and very quiet. Pet friendly and they have a pet walking area. This time around it was covered in snow however I could tell when there’s no snow, it’s a great walking area for pets. Only thing was the bed. Mattress was pretty firm and the bed frame was super squeaky. Not super comfy but good enough for our stay. Everything else was amazing tho, we’d be back.

Gary was excellent even have me a tour of some of the bigger cabins.Our cabin was clean,and quiet.Fireplace, bed,TV all great.Very rustic stay is what we wanted dunkin a mile down road and plenty of places on main road.Restaurant very good also

My husband and I booked the private cabin with fireplace and jacuzzi for a one night get away. I was skeptical of the place at first, but once we got there it was absolutely beautiful. The room was so cozy and had the New Hampshire cabin feel. The jacuzzi was amazing. We went to the restaurant across the street, Tuckermans Tavern, and enjoyed every second of it. The food was delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend the cabin and my husband and I will be going back sometime soon.

We just got home from spending the weekend for the highland games.We were in The Rocky Racoon room inside the lodge. The lobby is beautiful but there are animals on the walls if that bothers you. The room was clean,and as the website described. It was so quiet even though on a main st. The water was very hot but not high powered. The only downside was there is no view of the mountains. Also the pool was nice. The food at the Tucker man Tavern ,the restaurant on site was outstanding and very busy. We will definitely book again.

I was looking for an indoor pool in the Mt Washington area and found White Mountain Center. Called and was told they were open 7 days, and were open until 9. If you look at this site, you'll see they're open until 9. They're not. Don't bother coming to this pool. The hours are wrong, and if you show up, as I did today at 5:20, you'll be told they aren't open unless you're a hotel guest or have a monthly membership. Ok, that was rather a shocker because I've been there before after 5, and was able to pay and get the passcode. Well, that was a drag. A waste of a drive. I guess it's not so bad, because half the time the chlorine smell is overwhelming (they say its because kids pee in the pool), and the other half, the light switch to the women's changing room doesn't work so you have to leave the door to the pool open.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was not expecting all that much besides a good location, Especially since there was barely anybody there when we arrived. We got in a bit late and the keys were left at the front with a message to check in The next day. We chose this hotel because it was one of the less expensive options available to us and we were not expecting the rooms to be half as nice as they were. There is a small indoor pool on site that we did not use. There was plenty of parking when we went.. The restaurant at the hotel was also outstanding.. I would book this place again if I return to the area no question whatsoever. We were in one of the cabins on property and it was nice and quiet.. There's a sink inside the bathroom and another 1 outside the bathroom and a sitting area separate from the bed. There was also a nice front porch area with chairs and a table.

I just lowered my rating from 5 to 3. Even though we love it..we don't love how they add on a Huge cleaning fee. That was basically the price of another nights stay. I don't like being taken advantage of.... We stayed in one of the cute jucazi log cabins..nice fire place and comfy king size bed..it was just perfect. Tukermans tavern has amazing food ..something for everyone. Close to ski resorts and other activities.

Was just what we were looking for. We rented the country cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved our own little porch. It was very nice not to be right in town with all hubbub but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on were to eat for breakfast and dinner when Tuckerman was closed. We will return. Enjoyed our wonderful relaxing time spent there!!!!

Had a great quiet stay in one of the country cabins. This is my second stay here at the New England Inn & Lodge. The staff is great including Gary, the innkeeper of the property and the staff will assist you with anything you need. The cabins are very clean and have very comfortable beds. Tuckerman's is also right on the property and I would highly recommend either dining in or getting take out. The food is really good especially the mac & cheese or the ribs. I look forward to booking again in the future.

We booked a cabin with a hot tub and fireplace for 2 nights across the street from the main lodge. The cabin was nice, but needs a good dusting up high, there were cobb webs all over, ants were in the "bathroom" sink, half the jets in the hot tub didn't even work. We tried watching tv but had issues figuring out the remotes. Also, there is absolutely no lighting for the entrance so when you return at night you will most likely miss the entrance and have issues driving the property to get to your cabin. Also, no breakfast of any kind, at least none we were told about. Very disappointing.

Love this place! Gary at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating. Very clean grounds and the room was immaculate. Maury runs the indoor pool area and he was very friendly as well. He outfitted all 4 of my kids with better goggles as well as flippers and tons of pool toys to make swimming more fun. Whether you want a jacuzzi cottage or a larger family unit to rent this is the place!!

Checked in for the cabin I booked months in advance to find out they had given my cabin to someone else and stuck me in a hotel room. They said nothing else is available and tried to convince me that the room was "nicer". Also they didn't even have the added package I booked. The room was not nicer than a private cabin, it was noisy from every direction. We heard the people nextdoor, above us, outside our room and the matainance room just below us with a slamming door. Their way of fixing my issue was for me to go back and give them more money to try again... seriously, don't bother with this place. If you want a nice private cabin for relaxing retreat, go to Pemi Cabins in Lincoln, it's half the cost and we are never disappointed when we stay at Pemi Cabins.Rooms: Could hear everything around us from inside the room.Food & drinks: Tuckermans had a wonderful crew and great food.

Wonderful place! Our first time here and it started off great with a warm greeting by the friendly staff. Stayed in a very cozy and relaxing cabin, really loved the front porch with rocking chairs. Close to town and attractions. Pool and amazing restaurant right there, we can’t wait to come back!

The rooms are really nice. Everything was clean. It is located outside of downtown Conway. There is a pool and restaurant on site. The restaurant is only open at 4pm. The wifi wasn't great. I couldn't make outgoing calls. I would stay again though.

A must stay for a perfect New England getaway! We have had an amazing time! Our cabin was very nice and the amenities inside were awesome, from the fireplace to the jacuzzi tub, and the peace and quiet. We were welcomed and felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. We will definitely come back and stay here again!
