I absolutely love puppies on the run! It is so nice to be able to play with the pups to get to see their personalities and find a true connection. I got my beautiful golden there in 2018 and he is turning 6 this year. He is everything I could’ve ever wanted and more! I still visit puppies on the run to get some snuggles and plan on getting future goldens there as well. Highly recommend them!! They truly care about their puppies and want them to go to a loving home.

I purchased a puppy from here on 1/30/22 for the first time ever. I thought the place was very nice. It is run by young teenagers but they were very friendly and respectful. They were able to answer any questions I had and gave me a few referrals for vets and grooming. I got a dog that’s original name was Toronto he’s a cream colored golden retriever and now his name is Bruin but he turned out to be the best dog ever. He’s perfectly healthy and happy. Bruin is also very spoiled. If I was going to get another dog I would definitely go back to puppies on the run. It is expensive but I think it’s worth it but maybe I got lucky. I liked the place was clean and the staff were helpful. I would recommend to others. I’ve heard/read negative things on the place but you don’t really know until you experience for yourself and I had a good experience.

We are over the moon in love with our girl. Everyone working at the store has been amazing. They answered all my husband's questions, even calling the breeder to get information about the parents of our pup. After we took her home we had some concerns. Our last dog passed away very quickly and unexpectedly( she was 7 and we did not get her from this store) so I think we are still a bit shell shocked over how fast a dog can get ill. The store was wonderful with him talked to him over the phone and through text. Our puppy does have two different types of parasites, but I honestly expected that. Parasites are very common in any dog that is boarded with other dogs. Both pet stores and shelter dogs get them very easily and they are very hard to treat and get rid of when you have multiple dogs in a space.

Me and my wife got our Boxer, Brody back in October and he's been fantastic, such a handsome boy. Had a bout with worms the day we brought him home from puppies on the run which I was informed that he was already clear of, but after a couple vet visits he's been fine since then. He super handsome and the smartest dog I've ever had. They're very kind and sweet at puppies on the run and I couldn't be happier with my best friend.

I have been familiar with Puppies On the Run for multiple years now. POTR is such a unique place in that my family and I could go in to snuggle and play with all of their puppies for as long as we desired to. In fact, they actually encouraged the public to come in and socialize with their pups! I fell in love with the establishment and as soon as I graduated high school, I applied to work at POTR and have been working there for almost 3 years now. I have had the privilege of seeing the ins and outs of POTR, and I could not be more proud to work for an organization that cares so much for their pups. I have gained hands-on experience with how to properly care and handle these pups. It's an environment where it is okay to ask "why?" and I continuously learn something new every shift. I have learned to prioritize our pups over anything else, and this is because of the owner's (my boss's) love for these animals. She has no problem stepping in right beside me to teach me how to care for our pups, and there is nothing she asks me to do that she wouldn't do herself. And this store has nothing to hide! I have talked to breeders myself! I have MET breeders myself! I have traveled to other states to meet our breeders and have seen firsthard where our pups are raised. This store has enhanced my love for dogs and has led me to change my major so that I can pursue a career where I can work with animals. (Currently studying biology!) I genuinely love and enjoy my work and hope that others can see and experience POTR the same way I have.

I love Puppies on the run! I would go and see the puppies and snuggle then. The owner and staff are extremely kind and make you feel like you are a part of the family. I know some people who have adopted there furever pup from here and are very happy.

One employee in particular, Mia, took us from start to finish and made our experience extremely smooth. If we can handle this rambunctious first one, we will be back for a second!

I love this place so much!! I started going with my two daughters that wanted to keep going to pet stores. That is until I found this place. I would have to say that this company is definitely a unique company. Just being able to interact with the puppies is awesome. He could spend so much time without even realizing you’re here that long. This place is great for the little ones as well as you can just come in and place to keep the kids busy. GREAT JOB MAKING THIS COMPANY!!!! Hopefully this place stays around for many years to come.

Puppies on The Run means the absolute world to me. A little over a year ago I was going through a really hard time in my life. I then stumbled across Puppies on The Run and saw on their website that they were hiring, so I took a quick drive to them and applied! I was so happy that I got the job because ever since I can remember I have loved dogs more than absolutely anything! I honestly cannot describe in words how amazing this place is, I do not say it lightly when I say that this place legitimately saved me during a hard time. The people that work there and especially our boss/owner are the absolute best humans ever. We are all a family here and would do absolutely anything for our pups, for each other, for our business, and the families that have taken home our babies! We all have such a special connection with all the pups and our number 1 priority is always the pups.I see reviews from people claiming false information. I just ask everyone that before saying this, just ask us. We thrive on transparency of where/who our pups come from. I myself have had long conversations with our breeders and have even traveled to meet them! They are great humans and want the best for their pups. Please ask all the questions you would like to us! Our Boss always says that there is no such thing as stupid questions! So please instead of not being equipped with the right information, do educate yourself on our business. Do not automatically assume things about us when it is super easy to ask us straight up!I could go on and on for hours about how much this place has done for me and the families that we have helped grow! Whenever you take home any of our pups, you become a part of our family! Almost every week we have one of our pups owners bring them back to say hello and give us an update on how they are doing! I have to say, it’s my favorite part of the job! Getting emails, calls, DMs on instagram giving updates on our babies is such a special feeling. We all develop deep connections with these babies and we will never ever forget each one of them that we have met.So, all in all, if you are thinking of taking home a pup, or even just visiting us, please do and again if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask!

The owner makes sure the dogs are taken care of above and beyond the regulations set. The dogs come from only the best breeders you can find in the country, so you can be sure you will get a healthy, happy addition to your family. I Wouldn't look anywhere else for my next best friend. Not only that the Staff is so helpful and caring with all the dogs and customers that come in. If you haven't had an opportunity to visit, it's a must, even if it's to just hang with the cutest pups, they love having company, play time, and an escape from our busy lives with some smiles and laughs.

We really love it, here. The pups are bright-eyed & active, the store is clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I really like that the pups are in pens, not cages. They have a lot more room to move & play.

This is a amazing place !!! It’s a shame that anyone can post anything even false information!! But I was here and got a puppy that someone didn’t want trying to make claims against them and I took her home had her checked out and she has been with us now all weekend and she is absolutely perfect !! We have had absolutely no issues and she is a perfect well behaved puppy and gets along with my 5 year old Shepard mix like it’s her brother !!! Keep up the great work I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a new family member for their family !!!! Thank you again you were all very helpful and knowledgeable!!!

Hello ,I want to share my experience of working at POTRI'm not from NH but was there on medical leave from my career. ( Truck Driver)I needed somthing to substand me while I was under doctors care .What I though would have been an easy little job turn out to be extremely hard job ..I learned alot about the care of new born puppies coming in to be sold to loving homes..What I'm going tell you and why it was extremely hard job.The sanitary condition Necessary to maintain these puppies health.. these puppies have three staging areas before they ever make it to the floor for being sold to loving homes ..First stage is the yellow room .. this is where the pups are brought in from the breeders , which I've seen a few come in with Parasites, worms and other unhealthy conditions.. Once we had them we would have to Immediately get started on the pups medical needs ..I can assure you . WE were all like a medical Facility in a hospital.. We had to wear gloves bootiesall the time and mask at times,We changed ever few mins as we couldn't touch other pups unless we changed gloves .Sames as cleaning cages and stalls .. everything was very Imperative to the health of each pup , just as if your in a hospital as a human..Second stage once seen by the vet.. went into the green Room .. Same thingGloves Boots and mask as needed .. these stalls are taken apart daily and clean with a fine tooth comb .. we even had a flash light that with the lights off we could see any all Bacterier and poop that we may have missed .. Not only did we keep the stalls and puppies cleaned .. We had to wash walls and keep all dust down because dust also carried and would hold Bacteria .. if for some chance someone slacked in there job duty and trust me they and myself did .. then we found ourself starting to get sick puppies .. WE had a RED ROOM which was Isolation for the puppies . No one was allowed in this room unless they was suited up for Airborn Diseases . This is always the last room entered.. because we would have to clean up take apart all equipment medically take care of each pup Making sure they was getting better .. this was no less then 14 days process. and before we could leave this room we would have to strip down out of the suites Necessary for this room.. then spray our selfs down with Disinfected spray. And leave the building Immediately. And was strongly suggest that when we got home to strip out of our clothes and bag up for 24 hours before washing them or being around others or others pet's..These pups got regular weekly baths and most the time I would have to bathe them again , cause like small babies they have mistakes. Each food and water bowls went through a Sanitation processes well twice a day if not more as needed ..These puppies was loved and treated up with the upmost responsibility and respect as a new born child. Some would drive me crazy 🤪 and others I feel deeply in love with. But never did I disrespect or Personally harm anyone one of them ..And Did no-one else .There are some young ladies there that have been there a long time and the owner and her family treated you like family.. I've became family and we are still family .Some girls come and go .. because it's truly a lot of work and it's not for everyone .. they come in like me thinking is gonna be playing with puppies .. when in reality-based it's a medical field job.I would encourage other young persons .. if you wa nt to work in the medical field someday.. this would be an awesome opportunity to learn about to sanitary conditions and learn to love others unconditionally, who doesnt love puppies. This will help you to love unconditional to humans too..It don't pay much .. but the experience is and was priceless and amazing stepping Stone for the futurePersonally , emotionally and in your future career.What ever you choose to move on too.I've not been there in a few years but the experience I'll never forget .So if someone is saying this place isn't healthy then I make promise they aren't being truthful.

Going on our 3rd week with our new pup 🐶 she is a blessing and I wasn't sure i could keep her due to allergies, but I'm doing good!! The staff was lovely and caring and made us feel like we were the only customers attending to our needs, and assured us we can contact them anytime!! I DID CONTACT THEM AND THEY GOT BACK IMMEDIATELY, I'm still wondering how we got so Blessed 🙌 🙏 with the sweetest most beautiful mini poodle in the world 🌎 Luna Brooklyn I would advise anyone to contact them anytime for questions!!

I love this place soooooo much!!!! Who wouldn't love to cuddle with puppies for free and no time limit??!! This is the best therapy ever!! No for my story......After searching through shelters for 7 months near and far, application after application, with high hopes of rescuing I was let down time and time again. Not to mention breed restrictions EVERYWHERE 😔😒....so one day I stopped in and played with all the pups and fell in love with a Golden Retriever named Hatchet and decided to bring him to his furever home 💙 I couldn't be any happier with him!! The staff is amazing here and Hatchet renamed (Siruis Black) is happy in his new home and growing 🤗 I recommend this place to anyone in search of a new puppy!!

We were very excited to bring our new puppy home. In less than 96 hrs he was acutely ill and at the emergency vet with a diagnosis of parvo and an estimate of nearly $10,000 for treatment. Based on the incubation period of 5-7 days for parvo he had contracted this at the store before we adopted him. He had been home with us less than 4 full days. Thousands of dollars later and our puppy has gone over the rainbow bridge. No doubt every other puppy in that facility right now has been exposed. One of the charms of this store is open puppy cuddling and play time and the general public walk around from one puppy to the next petting them, picking them up, playing, right? With no decontamination of the playing stalls between puppies playing and people handling them. Upon notifying the store management of our sad news, their very first sentence in replying was not “I’m sorry” or “This is sad”. Their very first sentence states “send us a copy of your vet paperwork”. The store has since contacted me with the results of one other dog from the store stating “what a true parvo test looks like”, implying that the testing done at the Emergency Veterinary Center was not true and trying to justify how this puppy did not get parvo from their facility. They have also asked me to take down this review and accused me of lying. They claim he was “fully vaccinated for CP over a month ago” but other veterinarians I have since spoken with acknowledge that the timing of the parvo vaccines is imperative to the efficacy. Given too early or closely together can lead to lower immunity, something I have since learned. And parvo can be transmitted on clothing and by handling multiple dogs, spreading the virus from one to the next. Only the facts are listed above. The true colors of this business became very apparent in my ongoing communication with them. Be very careful before you bring any puppies home from this store, as our home, yard, and older dog are now exposed to parvo, my children especially are devastated and the store continues to be very difficult to deal with.

Great place to get your new pup! I bought my golden doodle from them, the staff is very courteous and helpful. It was nice to go in and see the little kids playing with all the dogs, you could see that the dogs are very well taken care of I love going on their Facebook page and seeing all the pictures of them with the dogs, I would highly recommend them for an addition to your family!

Bought my beautiful shepherd 4 years ago and today i had his hips checked and doctor said he was born with hip problems. Dogs are cute but not bred to last. Also when i got him at 3 months old 1 week later he was diagnosed with pneumonia which costed me $2,000 at vet he almost died due to sanitary issues at this place. Be aware.

We love this place. We now have two dogs from Puppies on the Run. Our 1st is a German Shepard that we got about a year ago and a few months ago we got a South African Boerboel Mastiff.. WE LOVE PUPPIES ON THE RUN!!
