Not one, not two .. not even three but four animals we have given an amazing home from our favorite pet store. We absolutely love love love Fetch A Pet!! We are there numerous times a week getting all our pets needs. Staff is very friendly, greets us as we walk in. Very attentive to the animals. The place is clean and kept up with. We enjoy coming here and recommend to everyone needing a new addition to their home; or even to grab pet needs. Thank you for all you do—You rock the block!!

I've been told a picture is worth a thousand words so here is a small essay of photos to describe just some of the moments we've been sharing together as my lil puppy grows into the the sweet and amazing Huskeranian she is! She is so intelligent and training has been a breeze. The staff at fetch a pet really cares about their puppies and the owner has improved this place alot recently! They sell amazing toys & products for the puppies as well!

This is Genevieve my beautiful pomsky I got from fetch a pet a few years back she was expensive but worth every penny. The store gave me the kennel leash and necklace that we still use to this day. Highly recommended would do everything again, the best dog ever.I'm glad the owner remembers customers years later how excellent! Great place 10/10 would go to again.

Best pet shop around no doubt. All of the animals are super well cared for and healthy. The staff are always taking care of the animals. I recently got my puppy from here and he is the sweetest boy. They sent me home with everything I needed, (kennel, leash, collar, toys, food). Chris was super patient in explaining the shot records and they even have a vet that checks all the dogs every week. I was also informed that they check all the dogs fecals to test for worms, parasites, etc. to ensure an healthy dog, and they won’t send the dog home if they don’t pass. Everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions. The store is super clean, between the dog bins, fish tanks, and just overall. I would recommend this place to anyone. The process to get a new puppy is super easy, and like I mentioned before everyone is super helpful. Glad to have a place like Fetch A Pet in the area. I am beyond thankful to have my new puppy, Oakley!!

My girlfriend and I were sold a sick puppy from here, we ended up with a vet bill of about 7,000 dollars. The owner Chris did the bare minimum to help our situation, on top of that kept his business open and claimed he was taking the proper precautions after finding he out he sold a sick puppy. He remained open and continued business as usual. Not only did he risk his own business in doing that, he risked the safety of anyone else’s dog that could have come into contact with the virus from his store. While all this was going on he was extremely hard to get in touch with, very condescending, and seemed like he was just trying to shift blame to get rid of us as quickly as possible. I tried calling him to figure out what our options were several times, he never got back to me and only responded once I went into his store personally. He was very unprofessional with us the entire time, you don’t even have to listen to me just look at his other replies to his reviews on Google or on the Better Business Bureau website you can clearly see in all of his replies there is zero accountability on his end and he distracts from the topic of importance. Regardless of our circumstance being a one off event or not, how this was handled on his end should demonstrate how this store is really just out for your money. It’s quite obvious that he doesn’t care about what happens after his check clears. With all this being said our puppy has made a recovery but still has a tough road ahead, he has very strict diet for the foreseeable future and potentially his life, he is also extremely anemic as a result of his diagnosis which has brought on other health issues . I issue a word of warning to anyone looking to buy here, this was a very real experience and I am not a bot or anything and I would strongly advise against ever doing business here. The main purpose of this is to inform everyone of how poorly our situation was handled and to bring awareness of parvovirus to people seeking to get a puppy. Lastly, instead of trying to bury the real reviews with filler 5 stars, take accountability.

We stumbled upon this place by accident actually. We were just looking to play with puppies and found fetch a pet in the area we were in. Turns out, they had our dream dog; a pembroke welsh corgi !!!! We got to play with her and I remember going home and deciding we could provide a home for her. Fetch a pet made the whole process seamless and easy. They made sure all her labs and fecal tests were clear before we could take her home. They heavily educated us on any health concerns, grooming, training and feeding. One thing I do recommend for anyone getting a puppy, is do your own research specific to the breed you are getting, especially when it comes to feeding. The food they provided us wasn’t the best for Lilo, but we were able to find what worked best for her. Our little Lilo is now actually my emotional support animal and the greatest addition to our family. Lilo is the healthiest, happiest little corgi we’ve ever came across and I want more !

We bought our sweet Cavachon from fetch a pet a little over 3 weeks ago, we love her so much! Chris the owner was so helpful and answered all of my questions. The vet said Josie is healthy and the tech at the vet had said he has heard very good things about Fetch a Pet. I felt the price was fair, and included a crate, food dish, collar and leash. Most importantly Josie is a healthy puppy. There was so pressure to buy her either.

Friday afternoon, June 23, 2023, I stumbled upon this place on accident in the Hudson Mall. I was very impressed with this place. I had just gone in to see what kind of animals were sold here. They have everything in this store. They even sell crickets. The young girl working the store when I went in, she was super friendly and very helpful. I made my way over to the puppies and fell in love with this sweet little guy here. I hated to leave him, I really loved him. I hope he finds a good home and they take more than good care of him. I am so glad these pet stores still exist. I want options when it comes to animals. I also want people to know and feel ok with adoption NOT being the only option. The girl and I spoke about this and she told me and said it perfectly: "these dogs need homes too!" And she was absolutely correct. The snowflakes all have small brains, that feed off of one another and think that pet stores shouldn't exist. I think pet stores are a wonderful alternative. You never know what you're getting with adoption. I don't think adoption is all bad. I just don't think it should be viewed as the only way to go, when shopping for a pet. I would rather get the animal first-hand, from an awesome place such as this place. I really don't care what anyone thinks about me wanting to just buy from a pet store. I'll do what I want and this is what I want. I also want more people to entrust in these pet stores and to take an animal home. I have read some of these other reviews and I can say; those are the people who are stuck on stupid and snowflakes!Thank you for caring for those animals, Fetch A Pet! They all look very healthy lively. I'll be back soon to visit my buddy. I really loved him. Ask the girl that was working on Friday afternoon. I didn't grab her name, but she was very helpful.Thank you again, Fetch A Pet!❤ ❤

My boyfriend and I bought an Australian Shepherd from Fetch A Pet mid October... unfortunately he had to wait a few days to take him home because he needed to be dewormed and seen by their vet. We finally got him home on October 18th... on October 21st he was extremely sick, lethargic, vomiting, severe diarrhea, he would cry if anyone touched him or even if he moved, and he wouldn't eat or drink anything. I brought him to the vet and he was there diagnosed with Parvovirus. He was then admitted into the emergency vet in Manchester for 5 days we racked up $7,000 in vet bills. We have pet insurance but it didn't kick in for 30 days. I was extremely hesitant on adopting a puppy from a pet store for this very reason but I ended up there one afternoon and fell in love with my Moose. While he was in Fetch A Pets care before we could take him home I would visit him everyday and he had diarrhea incidents and he vomited on two separate occasions. I brought it to the staffs attention and they said it was probably because of his food change. After immediately contacting the owner, Chris and informing him of Moose's diagnosis he told me he would reimburse me up to the cost of the puppy or take my puppy back and "treat him there." I was absolutely speechless because I was told by the ER that my puppy needed 24/7 monitoring, a feeding tube, IVs and countless medications to help give him a chance of survival. Chris refused to help pay for vet bills, opened his shop less than an hour after being informed of this, he was also very flippant about the fact that one of his puppies was diagnosed with parvo and possibly exposed all of his other puppies to parvo. Moose was contagious while he was there, per the vet incubation period for parvo is 5-7 days. He was home for 3 before he became ill. I'm posting this review to inform people of this deadly virus. Parvo is highly contagious and spreads fast. When we asked for my puppy's records of a negative parvo test Chris informed us that he had "given us everything." I had received no negative results even though he told us that the puppies are tested for parvo weekly. This situation is heartbreaking and I never want anyone to experience a situation even remotely close to this. Be careful if you enter this shop because you could bring parvo home to any dog you may have.Response to the owner: For your information, my adult dog is vaccinated AND she was never sick. She was brought to the vet to ensure her health and she had no symptoms or signs of sickness. She was tested, cleared, and declared as healthy. Maybe you should do a little research on parvo. One little google search would provide you with the incubation period for parvo in puppies. My puppy was sick after three days. Would you like me to attach the $7000 vet bill? I would be happy to. It seems like a common theme for you to be placing blame on everyone else. Take accountability, "be better."

I am supporting Fetch a Pet and all state regulated pet stores. These places care about their pets and although they are businesses, they are also very personal to the people who work there. Pet stores are actually hard to find but necessary to help licensed breeders find homes for them across the country that would otherwise be unavailable. Any good pet store will have paperwork to prove that the breeder has been inspected and therefore complying with all local and state regulations.Without pet stores, the options to buy puppies are lacking including being overwhelmed by scams online - meaning the prices would skyrocket. If you think 2-3K is expensive, just wait until private breeders, MSPCA, ASPCA or PETA are your only options. If you actually want proof, take a look at the IRS documents of the top 10 earners for the "non-profits" - well over 1 million dollars each at the top of the list. They definitely care about their salaries but I'm not sure most have even touched a dog let alone cleaned up after one. Please stop taking on an agenda to hate pet stores just because of Sarah McLachlan and 20 year old sad puppy pictures. The term "Puppy Mill" was derived by these people to tear at the hearts of their contributors. There are bad places in this world but they are not affiliated with state regulated pet stores. Also, the amount of money that "non-profits" have spent on advertising would save every dog in the country 10 times over.A final difference between pet stores and those places is that the pet stores actually pay reputable breeders, pay for transportation, pay rent, pay utilities, pay their employees, etc. etc. etc. They give back to the economy. It is a proven fact that the non-profits pay unlicensed kennels for their dogs and sell them for a profit. They are the bigger problem. Rescuing dogs from shelters should be a priority for those families that are able to get through the adoption requirements. Some people would actually just like a pup with a healthy start and paperwork noting vaccinations, health certification and registration information.Thank you for reading! And, thank you for my soul dog Fetch a Pet.

I have been in the store a lot and have never been disappointed. The animals appear to be well cared for. The owners are very personable and knowledgeable. During the process of buying an animal, they are very informative, work with you before during and after the purchase, and set you up with everything you need.My Sheltie is a great addition to our family and was/ is in perfect health for his 1st, 2nd and 3rd vet visit.

A big thank you to Fetch-A-Pet & Kaylyn!During a visit to Fetch to grab supplies for our aquatic pets... my son wandered over to the reptile section.Kaylyn was informative and answered the millions of questions my 6 yr & I had. She recommended a leopard gecko as a beginner's reptile pet.It has been couple weeks now and Spots is happy & healthy. A great recommendation for our son!As a family that suffer with dog/cat allergies, a leopard gecko has been a great interactive pet.Thank you Kaylyn!

Stumbled across fetch a pet in Hudson today while we were looking for puppies. Went to several places and we were about to go home until we decided to try one last place. Ended up finding a puppy and put a deposit down. He needs another shot before he gets to come home but this is the cleanest pet store I have ever been in. I have a freshwater aquarium and will now also go here for most of my supplies. Staff was down to earth and relaxed. They got busy pretty quick so we just had to be patient. Hopefully the owner is around when we pick up our Shetland sheepdog so I can thank him :) we have been looking for a new addition to the family for awhile now and we found the perfect fit for my 18 month old son who became best friends with the pup in a matter of minutes.

My husband and I were there Sunday night. Their employee Chris was very nice, helpful, educational, and down to earth. He made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Fetch a Pet.They have a cute Koi pond as soon as you walk in on your left, many different fish to choose from, lizards, snakes, puppies, and kittens. If they don't have any on the day you happen to go, they will let you know when more are supposed to be arriving. Also it is clean. Some pet stores can have strong odors. Which can be off-putting and bad for the pets and customers. Not this place. It's just an all-around nice place.

After searching a long time to find a wellbread and healthy puppy finally found the perfect one at Fetch a Pet! It's been 1yr since I brought her home and have had no health issues or concerns. Chris and staff were exceptional to work with! I wanted to ensure my son's dog and the puppy were compatible prior to purchasing so the staff member let me bring her in to meet the puppy and even stayed late since they were having so much fun playing together. If you are searching for that special puppy I highly recommend going to Fetch a Pet. Chris and staff are exceptional to work and very knowledgeable to answer any questions you may have.

This is our beautiful, smart, playful and healthy pup Cookie. She had her first puppy well visit and she was given a perfect bill of health. Fetch a Pet is super clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The puppies come out and play together and get exercise. People come in and play with the puppies which helps socialize them. Our Cookie is so well socialized that she loves everyone she meets. We have four cats and now three dogs including Cookie. I highly recommend Fetch a pet!! Great place!

Absolutely love this place! They have a female golden retriever right now that we decided to adopt. The crew at fetch a pet have been upfront honest and take the dogs health extremely serious. Sadly we can't take little Zara home yet but hopefully she's cleared by the vet next week! You guys are awesome!

Where did your parents go wrong to raise such a sick unscrupulous individual? How dare you source from Pinnacle pet after 9 of their dogs melted to death in a transport van. How dare you lie to customers about their dogs roots. How dare you purchase from such blatant repeat dog abusers. Why do so many of your dogs end up sick? Oh, is it because Pinnacle Pet has an issue with providing proper vet care. Do you really want to be another person regretting buying here cuz your dog got sick? That's an easy way to break a kids heart. How would your child feel if it's new puppy got really sick, and you had to pay 5k+ in vet bills? Those PP dogs died the most horrible deaths, you're okay with this neglect Chris? You seriously buy from Missouri just to save a few bucks? It's unfathomable what you justify for some extra profit. Mass breeding is why over half of shelter dogs get killed, it is obvious you have no care for your customers or dogs. Avoid this place like the plague, unless ofc you have no care for the health of your dog or the treatment of its mother. I can cite my sources, but Chris is a liar and I have yet to see him do so.We vehemently oppose such cruelty in New Hampshire, I'm sure that's why your dogs are out of state. You are profiting on one of the lowest forms of neglect. Boycotting is your most powerful tool, and yet you empower the evil that cages our animals, and hordes our wealth. They say dogs are man's "best friend", would you pay the slaver of your best friend?Y'all are truly sick, and I hope it makes you miserable knowing most of us are disgusted with your actions. Keep lying until you lose yourself Chris, see where selling your soul gets you, but I just wonder how you would feel if you spent your entire life in a cage. Don't bother implying my information isn't accurate, if you really felt that way you'd have an attorney fighting me, and losing."not too concerned" Chris says, when he literally threw my milkshake and called the cops on me twice. You're a joke, and I'm going to make sure everyone knows what a piece of work you are.

Got a beautiful AKC pup from Fetch a Pet. 2 years old now! No one compares to this place. Anybody giving a bad review has never been in this store or just completely wrong.@Tom D regarding Ashley and the Spam Fam HAHAHAHA - You are 100% CORRECT and I'm sure they'll report your post but this girl got taken for a 7K ride because of a false positive that the vaccines cause.

We recently adopted our new fur-baby from Fetch a Pet. Our Cavapoo has been such a delight to our family. The female working was very friendly and helpful. She let us and our 1 year old bond with the puppy before purchasing. After seeing how well they did together he stole our hearts and she helped us with all the help we needed to bring him home last week. He appares to be healthy, loving and playful. She also informed us of all the information about our pup with documentation and warranties they provide for him. I'd like to also throw out a big thank you to her for staying open later in order to give us the time to finalize our adoption for our new family addition. I recommend this place for friendliness, healthy pups, and great/hard working staff. It is easy to see upon visiting that they care about the animals they have and treat them with love and care. I am very happy and thankful that I found this pet store and our new fur-baby. Our Cavapoo has been a blessing and an amazing companion to this family.

The store is very clean, and the puppies were bright-eyed and wagging their tails. We happened to be there when the owner was there, and we enjoyed a nice chat. He let our daughter play with a puppy, even after I let him know we had no plans to get a puppy that day. Very nice gentleman!

I saw a dog on their website.Went in that night to check him out.Loved him.I was going to put a deposit on the dog, but just decided to pay for it to avoid any potential issues. All these bad reviews from people because they dragged their feet on getting their new pet.If you like the animal, put a deposit on it. If you're window shopping don't get upset at the business for selling it's merchandise. If you call, and ask if the dog is there, and someone gets there before you and moves forward with the animal, there's no one to blame but yourself for not getting there sooner/putting a deposit on the dog over the phone when you had the chance.Chris and his team stand by their animals and do partially cover issues that come up with your pet. My animal is super unique and I've yet to be able to find another one like him.Thank you guys again, and if you ever do have more 'Mini Walrus' I'm interested, please reach out to me.

We had a wonderful experience at Fetch-a-Pet! Chris was very patient and understanding as we figured out the logistics of adopting a new puppy. His staff is very friendly, and his approach is zero pressure. We look forward to visiting his shop regularly as our Milo grows up. Thank you Chris and staff for great customer service! We wish you much success in your new venture!
