Lovely store, great prices on chicken blocks and chicken feed. I also purchased an American flag there. Reasonably priced cat and dog food and has live chicks this time of year. The aisles are wide and the store is handicap and wheel chair accessible with automatic doors and plenty of parking outside the store and employees who will help you with carry out.

Last night at 8pm I submitted an order for 5 gallons of kerosene for pick up prior to closing… I received an email saying my item would be held until 9pm and would be ready when I arrived. I live about 50 minutes from the nearest tractor supply store… but I made it to the store at 8:48pm. When I began to walk towards the store the staff member on duty jumped out of the passenger side of a vehicle and ran to the door. I thought it was strange but he pulled the door shut and locked it. I told him I needed to pick up my order and that it wasn’t 9pm.. he was laughing and shaking his head at me until he just turned his back to me and walked away. It seemed like a really gross power trip? He waited in the store until 9pm and then walked back out to the vehicle he was sitting in when I arrived. The kerosene was to heat my home as I have a 1 year old child. I have never written a negative review in my life but this experience was disturbing. I bought my kerosene elsewhere but I truly hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

I just purchased a snowblower from this location and I wanted to compliment Matt and his team for being not only attentive and helpful, but knowledgeable. They walked me through my new machine and helped me feel very confident in my purchase. Amazing Staff, keep up the great work!

today i came to see the vet, however they canceled and weren't there. so i decided to browse around . i found the clarence section at the end of the boots!! i found work pants for $7.99 and also a bunch of work flannels and funny tshirts for $5.59-$7.99 WINWIN!! and i got some new work boots for $89. cowgirl work boots!! yeaaaaaa haaaa!

So I'll spare you the details of what went wrong with my large, heavy order being shipped.Things go wrong, that's just entropy for you (or something).What matters more is that the staff at this location went above and beyond to make things right. They refunded the sizeable shipping fee, and allowed me to "reorder" the item I bought at the discount I originally paid (discount was gone but they honored it).That level of customer service is to be saluted and I will be sure to frequent this location in the future. Good job.

I asked ifthe kids tool set was considered a toy for the buy one get one 50% off and after a few issues with his scanner Michael said oh yes it is (scanner did not beep) checked my receipt and I did not get the other one half off, was never offered correction for the mistake just said I could return or keep, I would have liked to keep the item for 50% off. Women at the front register was so loud when we went in at 6 am for today Black Friday, we went to Bass pro with hundreds of people and it was more quite than that cashier at 6am, no it wasn’t excitement yelling for the holidays either it was juts shear shrieking at 6am being obnoxious. That is also the most depressing and disorganized tractor supply I think I have ever seen, like I said bass pro was packed and our trip there was more peaceful than our trip to TSC were there were 3 customers and one really obnoxious cashier. Also one of the rudest and most clueless group of staff I have ever seen

I needed horse and chicken food. I called ahead and it was on a cart waiting for me when I got there. There was an employee in the parking lot on his way in. He stopped and helped me load it. Great store and people.

Lady at checkout was very nice, and greeted us as we came thru the door.I was buying wood pellets for heating, and she had another employee get the forklift and grab the pellets. He was waiting at my truck, when I came out after paying for the pellets. Every employee said HI and offered to help find what we wanted. Great experience overall

Cashier who I checked out with was very grumpy, and just told me "I don't know" when I asked about pricing for some chicken feed that wasn't clear what the price was, and he ended up charging me for the higher priced chicken feed when I had just brought over the lower priced bags. The horse bedding I bought rang up for $0.40 more expensive per bag than the signage for it indicated.However, another store clerk was very cheerful, and was happy to correct the problem. So, all was fine.The tractor supply store here has what we need for taking care of our chickens, and doing things around the house like supplies for putting up fences.

I've been going here for years and the store has been great. I've had excellent luck with the Dumor brand food they carry for my chickens too. They have an awesome selection of hardware, as well as most other things you'd need in a pinch. The staff has always been friendly, willing to help, and actually seem to care about whatever you've got going on that brought you in the store :)

Very confusing and odd set up. Cashier took longer to check us out then we did to shop. And she swore more then I have on a month like it was normal behavior. Only glad I didn't bring kids along.

On a recent visit we met Hobbs. He dropped what he was doing and helped find what wanted. Your store didn’t have it so he suggested another store. At checkout we met Alex, super friendly. She told us about the great AC she recently purchased and how good it was. We went back the next day and bought. It is Nice! Thank you Hobbs and Alex- great employees.

Love this place. It helps we have been coming here for years, but the staff are very friendly.We came in for done chicken wire, and they had what we wanted. No fuss.The store is in mall that is never very busy so parking is easy. They help load, and you pull you truck or car right up to the door.

Their per very clinic is amazing. Your pet gets a mini physical, shots and a nail trim if desired. My female cat is a handful but just have a way of making her feel ok.

I've ordered online for pickup at this location twice and the woman running the customer service desk was rude and didnt want to be bothered with fixing her/his mistake on gathering my order. When I ordered one thing she/he put the opposite on my cart. I will never shop at this location again. 3rd time is never the charm so I will not give this place a third time to treat me the same way. Customer service should be #1 not #100.

I stopped in to ask about a portable garage and I went to the manager at the service desk. I asked her a question about the size and she told me I had to go home and look it up on my own computer. She acted as if I was bothering her and she was more concerned about her phone and the whereabouts of her phone then selling me a $700 portable garage.

This store has no customer service skills. We buy our coal from them because they have a great price, however every time we go there to get more the customer service employees make us feel like we are inconveniencing them. They have no idea what they carry in their own store. Asking for a bag of coal they look at you like you have 12 heads. We drive out of our way to shop here to get our coal $3 cheaper a bag than the prices at aubuchon hardware, however the customer service makes me want to take our business elsewhere. Treat your customers with respect and at least pretend to smile, maybe there will be more than one car in the parking lot at a time.

For people who don't normally spend much time outside this business is in place for farmers. Anything you need cold winter gear, tools, power tools, oil, animal feed.Its worth a visit if you need supplies. I bought a winter bib and coat for less than 15$ and it keeps me very warm

The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. The dog food we buy here is comprable to much higher end and much more expensive food, but for a quarter of the price. Our family loves taking trips here with our puppy

Excellent customer service, cute baby animals, wide selection of animal products (including cat and dog supplies), plus tools and large equipment. I go here to get pine or hardwood pellets for my cats' litter. It doesn't clump but the wet pellets crumble and work well with sifting boxes. I use a garden shovel and scoop it works great. No chemicals and easier cleanup, and it's only $6 for a huge bag. They have many brands not in grocery stores, including higher quality cat food, free of the bad stuff. I got Jackson Galaxy toys here for my cats, I've never seen them in Walmart, my cats love them. Not marked up like most pet supply stores.

If you need clothing or equipment for the outdoors,this is the place to goIf they don't have what you need,they'll order it. The only negative i experienced was last November when i had to call thrir national 800 number to complete an order. I got an old guy who didn"t know the product or the price or the free delivery system. It took over an hour to order one item.i'll never call again
