As a self-professed crazy plant lady, I have to say this is my absolute favorite place. The store is clean, the staff is amazing, and they know me by name. The greenhouse is #lifegoals and I wish I could live in there. I love the variety of plants and the options to buy them in different sizes. Sometimes I see a big plant that’s on my wishlist but it isn’t working with my budget. There’s almost always a small version I can buy that still satisfies. I also buy pots, plant hangers, plant food, rooting powder, Neem Oil, and birdseed here. One of my favorite things is the rewards program, because I’m constantly getting $10 off coupons. Keep up the good work!

Every time I go there, it is a positive experience. The staff are pleasant, outgoing, and knowledgeable and always ready to help. Their prices are cheaper than other places when it comes to hay, grain, and bedding. I've been a long time customer and will always recommend their business!

What a marvelous greenhouse. I am so impressed with how everything is laid out and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The plants were in great shape and the prices were reasonable. Loved that they had Bagley Pond Perennials in stock to purchase native plants. Very happy customer!

Great place, tons of stuff. The dog dip is fantastic, my pup can't handle other people washing her, and is so much easier than trying to use a bathtub, and a great price for it, just make an appointment before you go. The employees were busy, but always took time to be friendly and offer help

On multiple occasions over the past week we have been there to look at chickens and other products the manager Patty was one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life she acted like I was completely bothering her multiple times we decided to take our business down the street to Tractor Supply instead which had an incredibly friendly staff and so helpful never again will we go to the Agway hopefully the owners will take care of the situation because when at Tractor Supply we were told that they have been hearing of these complaints constantly over the past month and we were not the first and will probably not be the last.

Helpful and friendly staff, great plants, and a clean, no-frills dog wash. The dog wash is a single station and does take walk-ins, but I recommend calling ahead to check or reserve a spot. The station has a couple shampoos and brushes and they do provide towels. They also have a good selection of locally-made products in the store, including books, coffee, lotion, and other gifts.

I brought my chocolate lab here today.Zeus is a rescue and had been abused. He is deathly afraid of water but today at Osbourne's he was a different dog. The room was reserved by me for thirty minutes and they had everything prepared and ready, towels a ramp, a awesome blow-dryer that's virtually silent and did I mention that we were totally alone and the atmosphere was relaxing enough that he let me give him a full bath and dry and even drank water from the hose! I love my boy and couldn't get the same treatment from Petco-Thank you Osbourne's, very much.Zeus and Jeffrey Spiewak.

Really nice first cut hay. Friendly staff , products for Honey Bees , Cats, Dogs, Chickens, Bunnies. They have chicken coops that are really nice for the feathered friends and very durable. I'm happy to see them offered again. I bought one a couple of years ago and it was worth every penny. Lots of plants and very clean too. You can get milk, eggs and yummy home made treats. Always worth a trip down the mountain.

I used to buy my bird seed here all the time and never had a problem. Then I got two 20lb bags of seeds and about 2 days later I discovered I had Indian meal moths in my bag. I store the seeds in a large 20 gallon pail from Home Depot and there was no bugs in there from the last batch off seeds. So I put the pail outside so as not to get an infestation in my house but everyday I put seeds in my feeders there was a lot of webbings and I could see the larvae crawling around. Some of the birds didn’t go to the feeder. I am very disappointed and will not buy seeds there again.

They ha e such an amazing variety of plants, pet products, local craftsman products, feed, and a lot of other items you cant find or get at the big box stores. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Plus they have an awesome dog wash and they have a super affordable propane refill! I love Agway! 🙂

The staff here are always friendly and happy to see you - especially if you have a furry friend to bring along for your visit! Great selection of pet, livestock and gardening / outdoor supplies. They have a nice side room of local items that are great for stocking suffers and other small gifts.

I was blown away at the service here we walked in knowing we wanted to purchase a shed and by the end of it we saw a virtual picture of our shed! If that's not amazing only 6 to 8 weeks for delivery!!! I won't even get started on pricing beats competitors even with custom designs! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back very soon!

Poor Customer ServiceI was very disappointed during my first visit to this nursery. I went in looking to purchase a cherry tree, and I looked around and could not find any. When I asked the employee in the greenhouse, she scoffed and laughed at my inquiry. She condescendingly stated that those kind of trees are only available at the start of the season, and that I should be better prepared next time.I was very irritated with her lack of customer service, but I still looked around to purchase other flowers and plants.I noticed a fresh batch of a flower I liked, but there wasn't a price tag on the containers not a sign where the flowers were placed. I, again, asked for help, and the same employee took one and placed it on the work bench. I thought she was going to scan the flowers and tell me a price, but she instead went on the computer. I waited, thinking she was looking up the price for the flowers, but she did not. Instead, the employee worked on another project. I was left there standing, waiting. Finally, I couldn't stand it any longer, and I left the nursery without a single purchase.I like helping out small businesses, so I thought I'd give this nursery my business instead of Home Depot; however, based on my experience, I won't be going back.

Very friendly staff and the store is beautiful. I am here to review the self serve dog wash though. I am a dog groomer and my pup had gotten pretty filthy running around in our field, unfortunately we cannot groom employee dogs on weekends so I called up and made an appt for the self serve in the hooksett location. When I arrived the people ahead of me were running a bit behind which I didn't mind waiting, a staff member approached me and gave me a refund due to this...can you say "great service"! Once I got in, I set right up and went to work. The tub has great water pressure, there is multiple all natural shampoos already diluted for every skin and coat need. I brought my own shampoo but ended up using the hypo shampoo for my dog's face area. There is a grooming table which you can choose to dry your dog on or give them a nice brush after. The dryer worked amazing, very nice stand dryer. Overall very pleasant and easy station to get what you need done. They supply clean towels for you and clean up in between pets. You don't have to pick up your mess but I probably would still try to rinse any fur on sides of tub to make their cleanup easier. Only suggestion I'd make is maybe investing in a force dryer that sits on floor because I can see the stand dryer getting knocked over if there is a rowdy dog who doesn't care for the dryer much and their owner is struggling. Great place! Thank you! Stigma and I are very pleased.

They have a lot of cool stuff in here for all kinds of animals. It's really cool I really enjoy going in. There is something there for everyone. Staff is super friendly and they have excellent customer service. They have a very large selection on things if you need something and you don't see it ask they will find it.

This store is our go to place for good quality dog and cat food. It's always a pleasure to shop here because the people are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without hovering. The store has all that you'd expect from a grain and feed store plus locally sourced items. The garden center has a variety of plants, both for indoors and out along with unique gift ideas. When winter lingers too long we'll hit the greenhouse just to remember what spring smells like.

Almost too big.. and if you're not familiar (and I wasn't) you can purchase many more items than you see. You just have to ask. Personally I would prefer not to. Other than that the prices are fair and they have tons of stuff from grass seed and chicken coops to hay bales and feed troths.
