We are from out of town and stopped at this Walmart just before they opened at 6 am. As we waited in our car there was several employees in front of the store smoking and talking for about ten mins. The store opened and many of they remained outside. It was a little disturbing because the parking lot was full of carts all over the lot. Not in the cart corrals, just randomly left everywhere. I was shocked that no one was gathering them. I went in and shopped for an hour. Store was clean, and had what I needed, but the employees were inside the store now but still just talking. It was clearly not a work meeting. When I came back outside, I was shocked again to see the parking lot. Still carts everywhere. No garbage cans around the outside of the store or in the lot, and garbage was all over as well. All the handicap spots on the Home and Living side were blocked by carts. Although the inside was clean, I find this extremely disturbing. This was not a couple carts this was more than 50 carts.

May 5 Sunday morning walked in 830 to get some vegetables, went up to grab some cucumbers, yellow, rotten mold this does not happen overnight then I watched a associate restocking fresh vegetables out of the box right on top of the old stuff not rotating stock what is wrong with people And this place? does it take too many brains to throw away the bad stuff? I just don’t get it. This is supposed to be a brand new store and super Walmart. This is not a super Walmart. It is a broom closet. you also cannot buy anything supersized here, Is there a manager in charge? he or she should be fired,

Early Morning

While receiving help from an incredibly helpful (and kind) deaf associate, I had another associate with brown hair come up to me and ask if I needed something as if I was bothering the other lady. I continued with my shopping after the incident, but received continuous nasty looks from the associate who originally approached me while I was receiving help.Amazing selection for groceries, but absolutely appalling employees. I'll just drive the extra distance to the Keene Target next time.

I had an appointment to have 2 new tires put on today at 5 pm. I arrived at 4:45 pm only for the tire center to be closed. Called into the store and spoke with 3 different employees (one was a manager) and was told the tire center closes at 5– and that I should have been contacted to reschedule the appointment. They also gave the excuse that they had 3 callouts today which is why they closed early. Not my problem. I worked a 10 hour day and then drove 45 minutes to this appointment. The thing is, if someone had just checked the appointments and called me earlier in the day I would not have been upset or cared and would have been fine with rescheduling. I am a full time MBA student and work 50 hours a week on top of it. My time is limited and valuable and it was insane how little this manager cares about customers. They told me to come back tomorrow/call tomorrow and no resolution was offered. I want my time and gas compensated. I have already left a review with the BBB and after I post this review I will continue on to review this Walmart everywhere possible. I will not be returning to this Walmart (or any Walmart most likely) in the future. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.

A group of us were visiting the area for sightseeing this past Sunday.One of our friends had some problems with the tire on his pickup.There didn't seem to be any service stations open in the area, so we thought we'd give Walmart a try.Sure enough, we pulled up to the garage, explained the situation, and the mechanic who was working there was able to fix my friend's tire and we were back on our way!The mechanic was friendly and helpful and it was great that he was able to accommodate our friend right then and there, without a prior appointment.Thanks!

This was a nice Walmart to go to. Always great to purchase things in rac free new Hampshire. The parking lot is very convenient and accessible. I didn't get a bag with the large single purchase I made so I was walking all the way through the whole Walmart from the electronics section in the back to the front entrance with a paid for expensive item. The staff here were very helpful and friendly otherwise. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

I had a really good time at this Walmart. Some truly wholesome family fun. My favorite part was how it really brought me back to the 90s. I bought stuff I didn’t think I would ever buy...like a highlighter-yellow hooded sweatshirt that cost less than $9, and turkey jerky. What other store can you buy both dried meats and products from the Fruit of the Loom line? This Walmart changed me. It introduced me to yacht rock.I will say though that the crane games at the front of the store are RIGGED and I have video evidence of this. Do not play the crane games.

Avoid the electronics section the small woman who barely served me only after I waited for 3 other customers who came after me and me asking if she could get me something out of the locked cabinet. She told me I needed to wait for another person who came to line after me. After all of this she barked at me to remove my hangers because she was allergic. Worst customer service!

Normal trip, everyone were wearing masks and the employees were sanitizing carriages and checkouts. Was very disappointed today, you would think that a super Walmart would have enough cashiers to take care of the customers. The lines were at least a dozen deep with a wait time of at least 15 minutes.I don't know what the remedy is but if this is what it's like on a Monday morning I'm not even going to attempt to go on any other day. Not much has changed, still long lines and not enough cash registers open. Also, more empty shelves. Didn't have to wait in line this time and they had everything I needed. Getting better! Elevated them to 5 🌟 star's, finally what I expect from a super Walmart, keep up the good work 👏 Going to have to go back to 3 stars,long lines and empty shelves again. And once again back up to 5 stars. Everything was good but I don't know if that's because I went so early in the day. We'll see next time I go. Still keeping their 5 star's. Was midmorning and things were running smoothly. Back to the 👎 bad old days, only 2 full service registers open and the the self service check outs for about 50 customers, took a half hour to check out. The place was packed and it was hard to find a parking space. When I finally did, the inside of the store was just as bad. Lines at the registers were terrible and I noticed more managers doing nothing but walking around. Too many chiefs and not enough workers 😒

Can't say I like Walmart but the Hinsdale location is okay. Customer service is great when you can find someone. Weekends are a no go unless you've got loads of time to wait in line after shopping. I'm finding pick up is really convenient.Much much much better than Keene. Keene is the worst.

My mom with her service dog got harassed by a greeter who told my mom to shut her mouth when she was told that the dog was a service animal… (I understand store policy) and respect it. The woman greeter then denied what was said when I asked her about it…

Quick and easy shopping. This store has a lot to offer in terms of things you need or want and can't seem to find anywhere else, and at a lower price.

The rooms were clean and they had a good hot breakfast. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, including the guys doing the remodel. There was a little fire pit out front you could sit at. All that being said.....the rooms weren't worth $200/night. Maybe after the remodel, but pretty pricey for the area.

The incompetence in auto department is jarring. Not 1 incident but so many that it's more common to be talked down to and scoffed at for simply thinking a walk in oil change was ok. Depending on the day and worker you might get an oil change or you might get treated like a kid who stole cookies before dinner...nothing says Walmart like having your self respect and dignity attacked for just asking for service.

Went there today, shopped and left without a purchase... can't even check out as they had only 2 registers open with super long lines... Scoping out the cashiers and they are slow as molasses. Self checkout had a line 10+ deep and they were calling for assistance.I'm not waiting an hour to buy 5 items.There are so many shoppers spending so much money why can't there be a sufficient amount of staff?Oh right, I remember, you do not pay a living wage.

Nothing but trouble shopping here. Had a short fat lady manager following me around trying to buy milk. Managers look like treasure trolls. The boss Manager acts and looks like Jafar from Alladin. God forbid you need something unlocked. Miserable store manegment leads to a chaotic shopping experiance. Ton of homeless people sleeping in parking lot. The Ap guy follows people around in civilan clothing and a wire. Where are the cashiers? The market manager should clean house start over in this place off hell they have created. Ask anyone from the area no one likes shopping here.

I like this Walmart. The employees are a mixed bag as it comes to being helpful. I have had both good and bad experience with customer service, but at the end of the day it is Walmart, and expectations should be kept low. If you have any problems, find a Manager and they will fix whatever your issue is.... Customer service wise, not personally. That one is on you. Be kind and usually they will return the kindness offered.

We live locally and shop here often. We’ve stood in line at the deli for extensive periods of time waiting to be helped cause they were busy which is understandable but the team lead (name is Chuck I believe) of that department was just standing around talking to another employee from a different department. Didn’t bother helping his team or asking if they were ok, can’t treat your employees good then we can’t shop in the deli here anymore. Thank you have a great day.

The return policy at the Hinsdale store does not match corporate policies. Because of this, I had to drive 20 miles away to a different Walmart to return my item.

Hinsdale, NH: Extremely long checkout lines. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to check out. The general manager of this supercenter is doing a poor job, because that problem is easily solvable: No doubt they must be having difficulty hiring enough checkout workers, but that problem would disappear if they raised the wages of the checkout personnel for busy weekend days. Either that or open many many more self checkout lines…

Need to stock better, lazy employees and lack of employees at the registers. I will not go there again during welfare week, them people suck the life out of this country the lazy SOB's. Get a job you lazy creeps.
