The people that work here are super nice. And for the most part they know what they’re talking about. I did one time end up with the wrong kind of chickens but I think that happens at any tractor supply and I don’t actually think it’s on the tractor supply people I think they get boxes of chickens labeled some thing and so they put the same label and the hatchery makes a mistake. But it was a happy mistake for me the chickens I ended up with were better than the ones that I thought I was buying so I can’t complain. These people definitely have their own poultry and foul etCetera at home too so you are getting a knowledge from their own personal experiences which is great. I definitely recommend this tractor supply for anybody that has livestock or birds in the area.

This is my experience with tractor supply. They will advertise items that they don't have just to get you in the store to sell you something else. I think it's called bait and switch. When you complain about it Nobody does anything about it. I think they're very dishonest there and would never shop There again nor would I recommend anyone else. They tell you to call their 877 number which I have called 3 times and complain 3 separate times and nothing was done about it. It's a complete waste of time and a joke. They have my number and they have never called me once.

I absolutely love shopping at Tractor Supply. Especially this location. More for general things and cat litter. Sometimes I can't find that super specific tool or whatever but I think it is only because of there size. The staff members are extremely friendly and are absolutely happy to help. Highly recommend this location.

Great store with very nice friendly staff! We got our chicks there and all food, snacks and equipment they need. The staff helped us very patiently as we took our first steps learning how to care for the chicks. They also have a good assortment of construction materials and tools. 👍💖

Another great experience shopping. Here the staff are waiting to help out. The prices are reasonable and it is well stocked in many healthy brands for pets and live stock. The best place to buy pet foods and livestock health supplies. With the added plus of making sure they have what I need by looking online for products inventory availability at this or any of there stores near by. Finding stores that include this added service is how I can save time and money. In my world these small savers add up to extra time and money to pursue other important task. As it seems there is never enough time to complete all that is needing my attention. Here is also a solid resource for garden , small farms, and large farm equipment too. Did I say I like this store?

That store is a disaster. I wandered the entire store. Shelves were all a mess. Tons of stuff on the floor everywhere. Prices seem high to me. I never seem to find anything I go in there for. I was looking for a deck brush, hatchet, Oriole feed and nectar. I didn't find any of it.

The store was 5 star, the cashiers didn't even ask if I was a veteran and didn't offer the 15 percent discount. The manager looked at my receipt when I picked up my filled propane tanks and saw the error and was fast to refund me the difference and speak to the cashiers who sadly didn't seem to care. Manager was fantastic at this location.

This place is always clean and they have friendly service. I always can find help if needed when I go in. And if i need help and ask they are always polite to assist. They have a great selection of products as well as good prices. This is one of my favorite tractor supply stores around.

I love just seeing all the things Tractor Supply has to offer. They have some pretty neat things you don't find anywhere else. Staff is always helpful and you don't feel like you're taking time away from them on doing something else.

Employees are very rude I’ve bought multiple things at High prices and there were very rude about it like they didn’t want my business. The main people is one of the managers have a bad attitude towards employees and customers. Olivia Fisher is very rude and won’t help you when you ask a question or ask for help she will ignore you and should not be in the customer service business. There is a video that was posted of Grace Marsh and Olivia torturing a rat and they posted it. I am very unsatisfied with this story and would go anywhere else but TSC in Hinsdale NH.

bought some chicks today. I am more than pleased with the customer support and deals they offered me. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I also bought a generator off of them a few months ago. I cant even beat the deal online. Well worth the 40 minutes drive. Thank you guys

What a blessing to get this store in our little neck of the woods. There are at least three great hardware stores and a home center in Brattleboro and Winchester, all within a ten minute drive of this store.Seriously, some of the best hardware stores I've ever been to in New England so there is no need to ever drive 20 minutes to Keene(LOL) unless you need the volume and services of Home Depot. However, the prices at TS are much lower than all of the other hardware stores around. Not a true hardware store but a farmers supply and loaded with stuff that you just can't find at most hardware or building supply stores. Things like a muffler for your tractor, a watering trough for your livestock, specialized tools and hardware for the farmyard, great pet and livestock food at good prices and even western wear. This store is truly unique around here and very popular. I can get fuel for my power equipment for less than Home Depot or Amazon. I can get logging equipment and tools that other stores don't carry. If you need ranching or farming equipment, this is the place for you. I have been visiting regularly for more than a year now and the service has always been excellent. Thank you TS for a great store and enjoyable shopping experience.

I bought a pellet stove that Did not work I called several times over the winter manager would not talk to me. I told them I would take them to court surprise She could speak to me they changed the stove after winter was over. I had the new one professional installed just like the first one. different model different installation. The tech guy could not get it to light. I contacted both tractor supply and US Stove, neither would help me it took all winter again. I missed work had frozen pipes I heated my kitchen with space heaters and my oven, tractor supply would not even speak to me they knew they replaced the junk stove with a discontinued floor model with many many missing parts. which oh by they way are in the mail been there since Nov 13th 2018!! those were sent by US Stove.I had to take tractor supply to court they would not responded to the court they had to be served by the NH. police still ignored them they would not sign for reg. mail they lost in court and now they wont pay looks like I have to take them back to court! at there expense of course. I will not stop till they pay me. What they did cost me a lot more than they owe. I will be surprised if they let this review stay as they would not allow any reviews less than 5 stars on the first stove I bought. I Contacted customer solutions before leaving reviews on every available place I could find.They are also ignoring a COURT ORDER Just like Hinsdale NH.UPDATETruly evil people I sued them because they would not refund my money for the first stove! I had to get a loan to have heat .That made 3 professional installations. the first stove I bought from them had awesome review! I learn later they are fake when I tried to leave a review only review they left on after trying several ways, it had to be a perfect review!!!!! I have copies of my reviews they would not alow!!!I sued them for the stove refund and the first installation, due to perfect reviews I had my chimney altered !! on the inside! can't even repair it discontinued bricks from the early 70's the installation for that stove was more than the stove! I had a winter of frozen pipes scared to death my house was going to burn down because I had to run space heaters and my oven.spring time they gave me the discontinued stove with the missing parts all winter again But Tractor supply in hindsdale would not even speak to me. Jared from the legal department of tractor supply Caution if you speak to him he is a lier he said they would not refund my money for the stove but they would give me $1300 I spoke with the attorney generals office as I was working with them, They advised me to get it in writing, I ask Jared for it , It took 3 days and It was for $1000 his reason was the stove company sent me a check for 300. That was Nov 2018 It's still in the mail as well as the missing parts to the stove. So I was advised to take them to small claims.They refused to co-operate through the entire time It took them 4 months after the court order to pay to come up with a reason they don't have to pay!!! Even the court did not see there was a mistake.what *** these people are It probably cost them more to figure out how not to pay me. in response to the comment left by store owner LOL! I have talked with costumer solutions at least 12 times over the 3 years you are crooks you owe me money court ordered I will not remove any reviews I have left you would not nor would customer solution do anything, and it was Jared from there that LIED to me and said they would refund a portion of what of the stove cost!!!! this whole thing cost me w close to $6000. I have a chimney that has a whole in it on the inside that can not be repaired so don't pretend to act like you give a care now just pay me!!!!!!!! The only reason I bought this stove was bast on TRACTOR SUPPLY FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!! Oh and I guess the check is still in the mail must be a sloth delivering it I mean it's been over 2 years since that was mailed.

Even though like any store running out of wood pellets and waiting a while for them to restock some of the help like Valerie makes it so worth commming back for other stuff etc she/they make it so worth shopping there the kindness helpfulness and willing to please is a definite plus . I just hope they pay there help well cause they do so well.

So upset, doesn't even rate a star. I currently have no water because the pipes froze and then burst. Tractor Supply happens to be the closest hardware store to have the pieces we need to repair the break. The sales clerk says they show one in store but its not on the shelf. And what response do we get, "If it's out back then I don't know where it is." What line of BS is that? So because of the incompetence of a sales clerk I am at home with a kid, a puppy and 2 cats and no water, while my husband has to drive to Keene because the only other hardware store open is Home Depot. So thank you, Tractor Supply thank you for your help "For Life Out Here" not I have to go out "there" to actually get it.

It took tractor supply exactly one year to get my the owner's manual to me for the tractor I purchased. I had to visit the store three times before they finally got it printed out off the website.
