I chose Hillsboro NH Rite Aid Pharmacy when I moved into town 2 years ago. Main reason was for convenience and the drive up window as my arthritis has gotten worse and it's painful for me to walk around. Drive Thru has been closed due to staff shortages, but the pharmacists/staff have been understanding about it and will open if there's a need/mobility issue. I have been patient letting them know that I will wait as long as I need to for service and I am not in any hurry usually. I try to go at times when I do not see a lot of cars/people trying to be respectful of the short staffing. Again, they have been wonderful with my needs. Fast forward to today. I chose around 530pm, saw only 2 cars in the parking lot, called and asked for service and let her know I would wait. A 'visiting pharmacist' from "3 hours away" refused to serve me and argued with me telling me that they do not open the window and there were no exceptions telling me they were short staffed which I knew as it has been going on for more than a year. I tried to say that I knew that they were and that they make exceptions for disability needs, but she still refused to serve me. I let her know that I am tired of pleading my case and will be changing pharmacies. I can't believe she argued with me the way she did! My next call was to your sister pharmacy in Concord switching all of my prescriptions there. Their staff said their drive through is always open except for lunch. I work in Concord and can make a change. I feel bad for seniors and disabled people who can't and have to rely on this one. I wish someone would take a poll of your customers because I believe that you will find most people prefer the drive up window as evidenced of my 2 years being a customer and seeing the busy-ness of the window in all the time I have used it. Another customer lost! It's too bad that one person led to a 1 star rating for me.

I have been very happy with this store, I believe the staff does what it can to have my meds ready and avaliable! Very friendly, professional and helpful! The last few months the drive thru has been closed and staff shortage is a bit frustrating for the 2 to 3 folks working the counter and yet they serve ! Pat on your back and thank you! With the rite aide press I'm not sure how long this store will be open. With much regret I'm switching pharmacies I can afford to do last minute switching.

It was really good but that all changed about four months ago perpetually shortstaffed never get text messages regarding when medication is ready. When I call they say that they're working on the medication and they need a half hour. I show up three hours later they're still working on it or it's hasn't even been started. I feel bad because I know they're shortstaffed, but at the same time people rely on their medication's and to no longer provide text message servicing or even timely service is a bit of a hurdle.

Waiting for over 2 weeks to get dier medication is unacceptable. Was told daily come back tomorrow we have allot of meds to fill and won't get to it before close. Used to be a great place with exceptional Customer service but they have been awful for the last year or so hand have hit an extreme low over the last few months. Switching pharmacies. Do not recommend this one.

Rite aid never gets me my insulin on a timely basis. I always go about a week without it because they forgot to order it. I could die without it! When you call they either dont answer the phone or put you on hold for almost an hour and then dont answer the call on hold.

I go there because they have a drive thru, twice I've gone to pick up my daughters meds & they give me 1/2 of her order. Needless to say, the drive thru is not open & I have to drive back to pickup what they didn't give me the first time I was there. I switched pharmacies for myself because of the drive thru. Staff is friendly!

I'm there for prescriptions which is excellent service but the store has many other great products like medicine for cold and flu, bandages, eat drink, toiletries, and beauty items. Also have vitamins, greeting cards, and candy. Hope your visit is good as mine. Thank you for being there. We all need a little help with our health. So many different products to choose from. Hope to see you soon.

I went to Rite Aid as it use to be convenient with the drive thru. It's never open anymore. Went Saturday at 1:55p and sat there till 2:10p ( lunch was 1:30p-2:00p), there was no sign stating it drive thru was closed. Had to leave as I had my dogs in the car. Went back Sunday and the drive thru was closed again with 3 people working behind counter. Don't bother calling as the chances of getting through is slim to none.

Honesty and integrity are very important to me and it’s how I conduct myself in my professional career as well as personal life. I thought I could count on my pharmacy and I thought I could believe what my pharmacist says to me. But I guess I was wrong. I’ve been WITHOUT MY MEDICATION FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS now I have called customer service and the lady was very nice and helpful. She escalated my issue and I was contacted this past Wednesday by a regional representative who TOLD ME she was going to look into this and call me back. It’s Friday and I didn’t hear back from NOBODY so I called and left another message for the regional representative. I called my local rite aid and was told that he would have to call his manager to see what to do. He placed me on hold for 10-15 minutes only to come back and say ” I’m sorry but he’s not answering and won’t be back until Monday. This is so unprofessional and disgusting that you can leave your patient WITHOUT MEDICATION, never mind not returning my call like I don’t matter. Thank you Rite Aid I appreciate all your efforts in TRYING TO AVOID MY NEEDS.

Bright, clean efficient. Needed a script filled, called it in, she said 2 hours, looked at the Google page for it which indicated it usually had its highest volume during the 11:30 - 1:30 time frame, went at 3:00 p.m., in and out in 6 minutes. I also bought a Power Aid Zero, which the pharmacist that rang up my script, included on the same tab without having to go to the front counter.

Clean, slow at normal high volume times but that is clearly indicated on the google search page, knowledgeable and prompt. When it gets busy they can be slow to answer the phone but that is to be expected during these freaky times. Very clean well stocked and well laid out.

iam not happy with rite aid at all. they have not been able to keep propetcounts on the meds they put out . they dont keep proper track of the labels on ther perscriptions. they gave me a 30ndays and claimed they gave me nintey .while trying to explain my case iwas interupted twice and had to call the women on it. they gave the restof the 60 days.when i got home they told me i still had 3 refills . well the bottlei had at home said i had 3 refills left. when youput your card in to pay they put youthrough an entire test of questions that are needless.ill be looking for a new pharmacy

I've called 6 times now in the last hour and half no one knows how to answer the phone not the pharmacy or the actual store itself why suggest calling in prescription to make stuff easier to not have anyone answer the phone for almost 2hours??? 🙃
