Very bad experience with Ted Nichols, sales manager. I was dealing with him for 2 weeks concerning purchasing a Jeep Rubicon. I called him up on a Friday to make an appointment for a Saturday to purchase the car. He said another gentleman had an appointment on Saturday so I said let me give you a deposit. He refused to do so. I told him I would pay for the car in full upfront. He refused to do so. I therefore told him on that Friday afternoon that I was going to jump into my car and drive up there to buy the car cash. He came up with excuses why I shouldn't come up with one of them being that it would take 5 hours from Boston which is absolutely ridiculous as it's less than a 2-hour drive. Anyhow, I told him I was coming up and he agreed to do the deal and I told him that I would be paying for the car in full that day. After driving halfway up to New Hampshire from Boston he calls me and tells me that the gentleman who was supposed to be there on Saturday is in his office now and they are writing up the contract. I don't believe in coincidences. I feel Ted called the gentleman up and gave him a heads up that I was on my way up there to purchase the car and had him come in on the fly as he said the gentleman only lived one town over. This is very disappointing and I felt misled and I would never recommend anyone to do business with these people. The dealership is untrustworthy and probably on many levels. Needless to say, I had to turn around and drive back home to Boston empty-handed.

First time we have ordered a vehicle from scratch. Excellent experience! We placed the order with Ted, who told us the lead time was 3-5 months. Our new Jeep Grand Cherokee arrived within four months, though it had actually been built in less than three; took the remainder of time to ship from Detroit to Hillsboro. (That delay and the fact that the Jeep customer order tracking system doesn’t update once the vehicle leaves the factory aren’t something the dealership can control, but Jeep logistics could do a better job with that.) Ted always made himself available whenever we wanted to check in by phone or randomly dropping in to the office.We worked with Justin in Finance. He was very helpful and entertaining on a Saturday morning!Jarrod is my awesome tech guru. He sat with me in the car for at least an hour going over all the tricks and features that will take some time to get accustomed to. (Well, except Night Vision - my favorite so far!) That was after he’d spent time setting up the connectivity account so it was all ready to go before my tutorial. Jarrod also did a 48-hour follow-up call to see how things were going. I haven’t need to ask additional questions yet, but reassuring to know he’s available and willing to sort out any glitches along the way.Thank you, gentlemen! :)

Great experience! Making my appointment was easy and convenient. Mr. Scott Wicker and two other workers were there waiting for my arrival. They were friendly and ready to fix my car. The window receptionists and other workers were welcoming and professional as well, while I waited for my car to get repaired. Before long, it was time to get my car. While going to get car repairs can be long and boring, getting it repaired here made it seem shorter and easier because of the pleasant and professional atmosphere. In October, they will be moving to a much bigger location. It could only get better! Thanks for making my visit successful and comfortable.

I made the trek out to Hillsboro to purchase a new Gladiator Rubicon. I’ve had a Jeep Wrangler and a Gladiator Overland before this as well as a couple Cherokees. I mention this for reference to give context to the best dealer experience I’ve had. I looked at dealers closer to me as well as a couple further away. Doing most of my back and forth via phone and email, Hillsboro put their best price forward and provided the best set up for the jeep I wanted. They include some extras like engine protection and the trail kit that others didn’t offer.Where they excel is then people at the dealership. From sales to finance they were efficient and got me to my jeep quickly. Best of all, the knowledge they have of Gladiators(jeeps). They took me though every bell and whistle and in the rubicon there were many.Do yourself a favor and enjoy the scenic drive out to Hillsboro to get your next Jeep. It’s worth it.

I had a trip planned to a different dealer in Nashua, for over a week. I drove 3 hours to buy a truck and it was not at all what they said. Dented and transmission issues that they never mentioned.On the way home, we swung into Hillsboro ram. I didn’t want to waste a trip. We pulled in and they had 1 used diesel. Immaculate condition! A salesman, Jarrod, was very upfront and no pressure, the manager, Ted, was very helpful, and the finance manager was a very down to earth person. All great people, all working people. I had no intention on buying a vehicle from them until 20 minutes before I arrived. They are awesome, and we will convert our business to Hillsboro.

Highly recommend. I drove from NY as they had a truck I wanted. Instead of taking advantage because they knew I drove 3 hours they gave me a fair price for both my new truck and my trade in. We were able to get the deal done and a few hours later I drove out with the truck. Jarrod, the salesman, was great to deal with and Jennifer, finance, was very knowledgeable. Our experience with Hillsboro CDJR was second to none. Everyone we dealt with was so professional and personable. We traveled from New York State to New Hampshire to purchase a new Ram Truck. They had all of the paperwork ready for us when we arrived. Ted,Justin and Matt were terrific and had extremely positive attitudes and went out of their way to make it a positive experience for us. Poor customer service in the service department. Replaced a part on my vehicle which made it unsafe and drive significantly worse. Did not return 2 of my phone calls pertaining to this issue after this. Called about my follow up appointment regarding this issue and they never even added my appointment to their calendar. Would not recommend.

I want to leave a 5 star review for the sales rep who helped me with my car while I was on my way to the emergency vet in Concord.It was after hours and he was the only one there. My low tire pressure light came on and I was coming from far away and wasn't familiar with the area. He cheerfully helped me with my tire and got me on my way with a very sick dog. It's so nice to find someone in today's world that willingly helps a stranger in their time of need. The dealership should be extremely proud to have him as an employee. Thanks you again sir for your kindness.

Bought a low mileage 2020 used car from them and I don't think their mechanic went through it. Within a couple months the screen needed to be replaced. Then pads, rotors, calipers, brakeline issues, alignment, balance had to be done even though I told them the brakes were soft when I test drove it they assured me their mechanic went through it. Then at 35k miles the tranmission started to slip (likely due to someone towing too much weight with it). So I traded it in and requested a refund for the warranty I purchased. They won't reimburse me for it because they said they overpaid my payoff on the vehicle I traded in. All I can do is take them to small claims court for $800. Such a shady dealership with hack mechanics. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or expect to shell out thousands of dollars on a used vehicle from them. Once they have your money they do not care.

The good, great, and the only negative about this dealer is they are small. The only reason I say negative is due to smaller selection compared to larger dealers. Everything else during my buying experience was fantastic and I did get the truck I wanted. People were friendly and very helpful.

Sales: Bought my new truck in 2015 without dickering. I knew what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade and the number they put in front of me beat that.Service: Always fast and courteous service. I've taking my truck in there for 9 oil changes, a couple of recalls and one warranty repair for which I got a loaner.Update 8-14-20Purchased a 2020 Limited from them with all discussion via email utilizing the internet price. Jarrod and Ted were great to work with. Happy with the deal I got and love the truck. I live 50 minutes away from this place but go back for scheduled service. Great techs.Update 12-10-20Service call for some non warranty work. Again great service. Hoping not to see them until my oil change :)Update 7/13/22On 6/21 I brought the truck in for Oil/Filter and Fuel Filter and was satisfied with the results. Again in 11/21 another Oil and Filter. Then this week in July 22 I brought it in for my yearly safety/emissions inspection for which I was charged only $15 since I purchased my truck from them. Again, very happy with the service.

Great experience! The staff was great, very helpful and not your typical salesmen. They took time to answer all our questions. Inventory woes are everywhere, but we went there for one we saw on the web site and it was actually there. There was a small discrepancy in web listing price versus the window sticker but they adjusted the price without any fuss. We got a fair price on our trade and all went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone at the dealership, you were all great.

This is possibly one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had; my salesman Jarrod is the model of what a car salesperson should be! He was upfront, honest and quick to respond to my endless questions.From the owner Ted to the business manager Justin they strived to make this truck purchase quick, easy and painless! No high-pressure sales for extended warranties, and they explained in detail all the documentation so that I understood everything.After the sale, they did not stop there, 24 hours later my salesperson called to make sure everything was okay and if they could do anything else for me. I was comparing prices all over New England and had the best price hands down! I drove 3 hours to get there and completely worth it. I worked with Jarrod and for a small down payment, held the truck for me til i could close on my house and make it down there.
