Great products, great prices. Cashiers were nice pleasant people as well. The store manager on the other hand was probably one of the rudest people i have ever encountered. She was very disrespectful to me, and rude to my 9 year son because he was looking at a toy someone else had left behind on a shelf and blamed him for it. She then proceeded to talk very rudely to one of the other workers there. I had planned on leaving customer feedback on the website but there doesn't appear to a section on the website for it.

I've been to some messy Dollar General stores in my time but this one is the worst. They have product on u-boats out the front door. As soon as you walk in there is a table of clearance with just random items put on it that are not clearance. The store is riddled with "color labeled sales" but NOTHING is labeled. Most the items that are supposed to be on clearance has not even been updated for clearance yet. So talk about a mess!! Speaking of mess, the entire store is just boxes upon boxes ON shelves that have not even been opened yet. I have NEVER witnessed a store in such disarray in my life.

Gone here for years, never had an issue before but the people who run this place are racist, and proved that with how the managers treated my family. None of us will be back.

Store was extremely unorganized and shelves are missing a lot of products. There were two carts full of inventory that needed to be stocked blocking an entire aisle. I go to checkout and before I can put my number in to get my coupons the clerk said it was too late. I asked if the items could be rescanned so I could get my coupons and he said he couldn’t because his manager was on lunch break then proceeds to argue with me that the items might not even have coupons and I know they did because of the app. The manager came back in and had the clerk rescan the items which the clerk was very unhappy about.

Every time I come here, there is only one register ever open despite there being multiple check out areas. When there’s a line, which there always is, the cashiers are too busy chatting to do their jobs. Even though there’s a line with multiple customers, they ignore it! They have made me late to work because they were talking to friends instead of checking people out. All I wanted was one energy drink. Very rude and unprofessional.

This is the worst store. The last few times I went into the store I couldn’t buy what I wanted because they had most of the isles closed and blocked off. This has got to be the messiest store I have ever been in. The last time I walk in the store as soon as I walked through the door the store stunk of marijuana. I was not impressed at all. I will never shop there again. I personally think this store should close down. I would rather drive to Henniker and do my shopping there.

Good selection of inexpensive food. I was able to food shop for a while week for less than 60 dollars. The wait in line was longer than expected due to the number of customers. It would be good if there were more employees on register.

I've worked retail, I've managed retail, I've never seen a store that has U-boat carts shoved into aisles the way this store has them. I've been there at least 10-12 times the past two months and not once has the home goods aisles been clear. Today had to squeeze between carts to get to the sheets. Only Q or K on the lower shelf. Had to use a long shower curtain box to knock off a twin size off of the top overflow shelf. Was full of dust so I'm guessing they just don't rotate product or down stock. Pet aisle is often jammed packed as well. Had an employee give me attitude because she saw me struggle to reach a product behind one of the U-boats. She then went off on a tangent about another truck coming and there will be more carts in the aisles.So yeah I go because it's convenient and not much in town.

Manager was extremely rude to me and my three year old daughter. I cleaned up and put back what my daughter had played with in the toy aisle and when we were leaving she performed a bag check on my bag and said to my daughter that I should have put her in acarriage and now she's going to have to take an hour to clean up what my daughter made a mess of. Definitely not... I worked on retail.for 15 years and I cleaned up after her. It was already a wreck when we got there. I don't appreciate being talked to like that but especially to my daughter. I dont recommend shopping at this store.

Many times there are entire aisles that you can't access because there's a U boat full of new product they need to put out. Sometimes they will be there for weeks on end making it impossible to Go down them.

Great location. I'm always greated with a smile and a warm welcome every time I enter the store. This place is one of the best locations I've been to.

Everytime I enter this wonderland.I have to pinch myself.Am I dreaming?The aisles abound with everything from soup to nuts.Even the shrieks of spoiled tykes cannot wrest me from my reverie. My one request is that you carry small blocks of swiss cheese if possible?The best part is checkout.lm always satisfied with the final tally.If I could, I'd skip to my car going out.

I like the the alot, what I would like to see, is the 5 dollar discount be used on other days than Saturday, I have over 300.00 dollars in coupons, I never can get there on Saturday. How ever I'm in the store every day but weekends. Ty, have a great day 🙂

Waited in line w/10 or 12 other people for at least 20 mins while another customer was holding everyone up dickering over a phone purchase which she ended up not buying! All the while 2 other clerks were walking around the store needless to say not a happy line of customers!

The one in Bennington, NH is awful!! The young man (clerk) had no idea what was going on, he is totally not in the right business, not a people person. We would have talked to someone else if we could have found someone else!We went instead to the store in Hillsboro, NH where we found a super lady who helped us so much!! We'll go see her again!!

One of the worst dollar stores I have ever been in. Never anyone at the registers and there is always stock boxes blocking aisle ways. Has gone down hill in the past three years! Go to the one in Henniker. Better managed and clear walk ways.

The Bennington store needs a stocking staff . Trees at parking lot need to be trimmed & out an ashtray outside ! Hillsboro store is better stocked. But the parking lot is a nightmare. Employees at both stores are fast and friendly.

Generally a 4 star experience. But I dealt with a particular worker causing a ruckus with a customer who had no right to be being yelled at.
