This is, bar none, the best hardware store experience I've ever had. The owners (Rick Edmunds & Co.) have been in town and run the store for generations. Rick & his team have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions, are always expert and friendly, and have even learned my name and face despite me being a relatively newcomer (1 yr in town). Prices and selection are good, and Rick and the team will order in anything not already in stock.

The staff here are fantastic. I showed up on my motorcycle with a stripped exhaust screw in an awkward position. Instead of just selling me something he took out a pair of pliers and removed it himself. I didn't get his name but he restored my faith in humanity today. I'll be shopping here for all my hardware needs from now on

An excellent store with knowledgeable employees. Not like some hardware stores where the kids on't know the difference between a screw and a bolt. You can find almost anything you need in Edmonds. One employee spent 45 minutes searching for a gasket needed for an old pressure cooker! Another time a young man came out to the car to make sure a bolt fit a repair I needed to make. Must have spent 20 minutes with me and I bought 17 cents worth of parts . I can't recommend them enough!

This has to be the best hardware store in New England. The selection is incredible. Just how they fit so much into that store is amazing. The prices are all reasonable as well. The first time I ever entered that store I saw how well stocked they were and figured I'd see if they would have the most obscure tool I could think of. 5 minutes later I was checking out with a Yankee screwdriver. The only one I've ever seen for sale in any retail store.If you haven't ever been to this store, you need to at least go see it. I doubt you will leave empty-handed.

This is my local hardware store and I get the feeling I am walking into a friends house when I shop there. The staff is quick to greet me by name and I am usually met with a joke or a quip. I have bought wood pellets, hoses, automotive accessories, plumbing, electrical, paint, propane refills, SOOOO many bolts and screws, among numerous other items.Edmunds is one of my favorite stops on the weekend. I leave the dump, stop to get a drink at the convenience store and then grab the things I need for my weekend projects at Edmunds!There have been many times when I show up to Edmunds with a project and no plan or real solution by the time I leave Edmunds I have what I need, the path I need to take and little advice to make sure I am safe and successful.

I continue to shop st this store because of the people that work there. They treat me (and everybody I see that shops there) as I am important and I can be helped by them. They are very knowledgeable and don't hesitate to find answers if they don't know the answer. If you need something, they probably have it, if you don't know how to fix it, they do and have the supplies and tools you need. I cannot rate the folks at Edmund's high enough, they always exceed my expectations.

Thus is by far the best customer experience I've had, time and time and time again. They care about my project everytime I go in and they're always very knowledgeable about anything I'm working on. If they're not, then they find another employee who is. This is the place to be for any household projects.

Anytime I walk in I am greeted as a friend and almost always asked if I need any help to find what I'm looking for. (And I normally do) all in all my favorite hardware store to shop at since moving to the area 3 years ago. I can honestly say that I would drive out of my way to come back and shop with them if I were to move.

Amazing place and very clean. Customer service was phenomenal. I was on the highway and my windshield wiper flew off, my husband typically does car stuff for me but I was too far from home. I stopped in to ease into lovely ladies help me but one Exceptional man named Rick Emund (hope that’s how it’s spelt!) Was a lifesaver. Even though it was pouring outside, cold and windy he came outside It took time to put the windshield wiper on for me since I didn’t know how. Good karma! This company is lucky to have him! Thank you again.

Hot water heater failed closest one at any big box stores was Epping, I called and should have known they had one, that's why it is said if they don't have it you don't need it. Always plenty of friendly people to help you as well.

I needed a washer drain extension that no one seems to make. The 2 ends were different sizes- one connected to the hose, the other to a coupler(washer has 2 drain hoses) I went into Edmund's and a gentleman who worked there cleverly "Mcguyvered " what I needed out of 2 different hoses and a couple clamps.Terrific customer service!

They truly have it all, even the rare specialty items can be ordered at very competitive prices. They know what you need for a project and help get it done in quick fashion. Every small town needs a store where you can get just about anything you need in hardware, garden and outdoor living supplies, and so on. In Henniker, it's Edmunds. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And that's good, because there is so much stock of every variety, even experienced Edmunds shoppers might have a hard time finding that "left-handed quarter-inch smoke shifter do-hickey widget" that guy on "This Old House" used. Sometimes it's fun just poking around to see all the nifty stuff available. Who knows? You might need it next week!

Where service is everything. One of the few old country hardware stores left. Visit the Antrim or Henniker store for that old time experience. Been buying at Edmunds over 20 years. Knowledgeable staff unlike the big box stores. Nice to shop at a store where they greet you by name. You won't believe whats in this store.
