Incredible, top notch, waaaaaay above and beyond customer service! I'll be a North Haverhill Agway customer for life because not only did Dana spend the extra time showing me the kennel options (I'm a visual person) but then he delivered to my home after hours. That would have been wonderful enough given that almost nobody delivers around this area BUT it was after the store closed AND he and his wife spent over a half an hour making sure it was put together properly and safely with lots of extra recommendations for my pup along the way. I can't tell you how extremely grateful I am during this very stressful time in my life to have met such kind and generous people who went exceedingly above my expectations. As someone in customer service myself, I have very high standards and they blew me away!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Agway is a great place to find your animals toys, food and more. I get a lot of my out door projects. They have cat and dog that are so friendly. The staff are so nice.

Lady name Susan made eye contact, saw I needed help, gave dirty looks and walked away.... very strange service. Other person working apologized. She was a nice girl.

Everytime I go in to this agway location, I'm helped as needed. The employees are very helpful and always friendly to me. They have loading help and usually instead of me waiting for the loader he is waiting for me to pull up to the loading area ready to go. Great place in my opinion.

Knowledgeable, they actually took time to explain to us about her new pet Jersey calf and I will spend that extra to do business locally with people who have that personality.Great people
