Michael was a pleasure to work with for my wedding last week. I gave him a few pictures, the budget, and the basic feel I was going for and he made it happen! I wanted our wedding flowers and greenery to mimic the natural landscape of our VT venue and he nailed it! He was quick to respond to emails and calls leading up to our wedding and incredibly accommodating, flexible and friendly. I highly recommend Roberts Flowers of Hanover for any special occasion.

Wonderful service; Michael went out of his way to be helpful and the recipient was delighted with the flowers! Ordering from overseas can be difficult but Michael responded to all my emails really promptly and made helpful suggestions for delivering during difficult weather and covid conditions. I was surprised to see all the negative reviews here. I have ordered flowers here at least six times and I can think of no issues of anykind. I usally order online and the one time I had an issue they called and we sorted it out in less then 5 minutes. They are pricey but every time I have used them my flowers have looked amazing and they all lived for quite sometime. Just my two cents worth.

Fine. Flowers were fresh and delivered. Hoped for something a bit more substantial but okay. A bit turned off by an unnecessary attitude over the phone. Just a little indication of confidence to a customer that I think your daughter will be pleased is sufficient upon inquiry of the appearance of the bouquet for nearly $100 vs. “I don’t know how to answer that” in response to “will it be nice?” followed by a hollow “have a nice day” (um, ohh-kay). That takes a lot coming from a native New Yorker. Will do more research next time, was in a rush to send an arrangement to my daughter at college.

I called from Boston to order roses for my wife while she was visiting our grandchildren in Vermont last week. I believe it was Mike who took order. My wife came home yesterday and brought the roses home. I've ordered roses before in boston but these flowers from Roberts have been the best roses I have ever seen and "Mike" was very helpful in delivering the flowers. Thanks

My fiancee has ordered from them twice.. And both times he spent close to 200$& both times they were delivered to me, at work.1st time was for our anniversary- he got a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates & 2 balloons..The flowers were BEAUTIFUL, the chocolates were amazing.. the balloons were AWFUL! They sent me "happy birthday" balloons!Now, he just ordered me 18 roses, and a box of chocolates for Valentine's day.. the chocolates were amazing, as they were last time.. the roses were supposed to be pink, but they were half dead, they were untrimmed, covered in thorns, the vase full of What looks like weeds, not even baby's breath! The roses were white with a LIGHT color pink, the petals already starting to fall off of them. . .& they left s sticky note on the card stating my name, and where to be delivered...I have emailed the company, to tell them of this terrible experience in hopes it doesn't happen to anyone else. Because itbwas quite devastated to see such a sight when everyone else had gotten gorgeous bouquets of flowers delivered to them..

I really wanted to love this place because it's small and cozy, but they ripped off my friend on Valentine's Day who had no idea what roses cost. They sold him 1 single rose for $18 with a little babies breath and it wasn't even fresh. When he asked about the price they told him that's what roses go for. How unpleasant to take advantage of someone's naïveté. You would be much better off going to the coop than coming here.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with I strongly recommend never dealing with this place. There are very few times that I lose my patience but when there person on the phone flat our calls my mother a wretched person and that he can not believe how rude she is it took all I had. Tried to order 2 dozen roses for her b day and instead of calling to confirm they email only and when we tried to call was talked to in a manner that I can not believe.
