Briana does an amazing job on my Australian labradoodle, Daisy. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Briana always greets Daisy with a warm, friendly welcome, and talks to her throughout the service. Daisy LOVES it. I’m a little picky about how her face is cut and Briana does exactly what I want - every time! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Wow. This is by far the greatest groomer I have ever been to. Kristina is so kind to Franny and so accommodating. This is the first groomer I have been to that will not leave a dog on the grooming table to help a customer bc they care so deeply for the safety of the pet. Very very grateful!

I have two Bernese Mountain dogs aged 11. They hadn’t been groomed in a while and needed special attention as they have issues with legs and hips.These ladies are UNBELIEVABLE! They blocked out the time, gave the extra care needed and these two dogs look fantastic.I absolutely highly recommend PrimePet Grooming. They are the best!!

I take my Abby to Brianna for grooming at PPG and have never been disappointed. At PPG the groomers treat all their furry friends with care ad love. They are all very knowledgeable on how each breed should be groomed. You will not be disappointed with any of the groomers but my favorite is Brianna. Give her a try, tell Brianna Abby sent you.

I brought my nervous senior Yorkie mix in for her first groom and everything went perfectly. They were kind, patient, and she looks delightful. The space was clean and bright, excellent communications…absolutely would recommend to all pet owners! 💓💓

Alex and Christina are the best around! They always give my “high energy” dog the best bath and grooming service. The ladies always welcome him with open arms and I feel so comfortable leaving him there. He looks amazing when they’re done grooming him, and Alex and Christina make sure I am happy with the job they did. Alex at Prime Pet is amazing! But they all truly love and care for Zena when she comes in for her grooming. She goes in with her tail wagging so I know she loves them too.Highly recommend Prime Pets.

We are so happy with the beautiful grooming our Golden Retreiver received at PrimePet! She had extreme anxiety at other grooming facilities, but not at PrimePet, Christina immediately made her feel comfortable and at ease. When we picked her up she was so happy and not showing any signs of stress at all, and very beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

The team at Prime Pet Grooming were amazing! They fit me in last minute when another groomer cancelled last minute, so that started things off well. Then they went above and beyond for my two dogs, who seemed like they felt right at home at the salon. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I can't recommend Prime Pet Grooming enough! I brought my English Bulldog in for a same day grooming (which is UNHEARD of) and he came out an hour later, sparkly, happy and looking fantastic! Wow! Brianna was amazing! My poor husky was having hairmageddon and I was afraid we were going to have to shave him. It had gotten out of hand. Brianna managed to demat and clean him up and he is so much happier. He looks so much better and his coat is so much healthier. He can cool down and actually dry out now that the mats are gone.

Primepet grooming is amazing! Easy to book, great facility, and friendly owner and staff! One of our dogs is double coated and they did a great job with her. Our other dog doesn't do well at the grooms and often has some behaviors- here so had no problems and was great for the staff. We highly recommend!

This was our 3rd visit and Tripper, my GSD, is so very comfortable with Alex and her team! We met Alex prior with her mobile service and found her through a friend referral. So this was really like the 4th grooming. We utilize the shopping mall and visit Off the Wallz kids play center while Alex is grooming. Then we just wait for her text saying to head over!! Thank you for taking such great care of our furry boy!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were able to cheerfully accommodate a last minute appointment for my rough collie, Finn. Grooming him is no small feat and they do a fantastic job! Plus the little satin ties are the cutest touch ever. 👌🏼 20/10 would recommend.

I used to go here for my malamute/husky, and I actually got reached out to by the boss “Alex” to schedule a grooming and she was trying to sell me a “pre-pay grooming for 25$ off” I insisted I pay when I arrive on site.We then scheduled a day that ended up being cancelled by the client due to 2 aggressive German Shepards being on site. That was fine with me, I reschedule for the next day (Tuesday). Upon reaching out on Tuesday (phone texts and calls) the business chose to ignore me and not follow through with their scheduled time to groom my pet.Instead, they chose to not reach back at all on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and now Saturday. That’s the entire week of being blown off by prime pet grooming.The cell phone # was not a scam either, as I got a separate notification of my grooming appointment confirmed by Prime Pet.
