This place is pretty nice. Like it says it the title, it's a flooring business. They got great product. I know personally cause I bought about 600sq ft of flooring a few weeks ago. And installed it.

Great customer service by Cameron. I used the LL website to upload a photo of the room being remodeled and saw the floorinig option that looked the best for my taste. Pricing was great and customer service was awesome, highly recommend this location as I have bought from LL in other states and locations. Go to the professionals and don't waste your time at the big box stores. LL gives military discount which is greatly appreciated, especially when working with a budget.

We purchased beautiful flooring and did as recommended for the acclimation time frame in our home. The floor boards cupped and subsequently heaved. Upon filing a claim I was informed that I hadn’t followed the directions and that I was SOL.We purchased the padding that was required, so as to not void our warranty, as we were warned by the sales reps, when I asked if this should be nailed down or glued they said nailed, there was absolutely nothing said about glue and nails being required.I was also informed that the 5 days recommended by the manufacturer was a bare minimum for acclimation.Diane at corporate told me there was no recourse and that we had simply done it incorrectly. I inquired as to why the sales rep didn’t share any of this information, relative to glue AND nails, and her quip was “they can’t possibly remember all those installation requirements.”I will never purchase anything from this company again and neither should you unless you enjoy being treated like an ignorant child. Thanks for an incredibly bad customer service experience Diane and LL Flooring.

Love this LL Flooring location. This is my second time ordering from here. The guys are great to work with, extremely helpful and had the answers to all of my questions.Also, the prices for their installation tools/materials were cheaper than that of Home Depot or Lowes. I will definitely come here again for my future flooring needs!

**********GOOGLE MAPS HAS WRONG LOCATION/ADDRESS***********As another reviewer noted, the store is actually about 3 miles south from the address listed, on the East side of route 1, about a minute past Home Depot.The store itself was fine, very good and polite customer service.

I would give zero stars if possible. The hardwood floors are great quality and the business model is great, however, their assistant manager, (Joe Flores) need some sale/customer care refresher classes. He is rude, not helpful and above all DISHONEST, he said we could return lumber or other material not use after the project was done and we could be refunded, not true. They won't accept anything back even if they say it more than 3 times that they would, we asked about it so many times about their return police because we bought extra lumber and materials as advice by the same person. well, he got his monthly sales quota reached and we have lumber, glue , nails ... you name it in the garage. If you want to have a horrible experience and get treated by someone that will lie right at your face, go for it. I wish I had gone to the Manchester store.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Specifically asked for flooring recommendations for durability with having two large old dogs. The flooring recommended to me that we purchased is so badly scratched up from the dogs. It dents and scratches so easily. The salesman didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. The floors now all have to be refinished. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Like one reviewer said I also went in with the idea I’d want a laminate style floor or bamboo since I also have 3 large dogs and was directed if be wasting my money and was directed to buy a 3/4” Brazilian koa flooring since it’s “one of the hardest woods on the market” well floors where installed last weekend and they already need to be refinished.... I now wish I just stuck to my research but when you go into a place that is strictly floors and half expect they know more than you do mistakes can be made.. sincerely hope this helps people chose a flooring store that is actually knowledgeable in the industry and won’t lie to you just to strictly get you to spend more money because I spent 3x as much as I needed to based on their recommendation...
