Been with Cyr pool for years. They are so professional and always do great job with closing and openings. I have had Jonathan MaRobbie do work on my pool several times, and he is awesome. Happy customer!

St. Cyr bought out the company that installed our pool and had 100% of our service, opening and closing each year and all chemicals. I will NEVER use St. Cyr again. They found this pool closing acceptable! They stated the reason they didn’t put our pool cover on is because we didn’t have the right cover for our pool……ok perhaps that’s correct, however St Cyr is who opened our pool, with the cover shown, and never said a word in the Spring that it was incorrect. I wouldn’t be half as upset as I am if they didn’t take out folded up, dry tarp off our deck, and put it on partially and then WALK AWAY?! And leave the mess for us to clean up?! Also note that they absolutely did NOT finish closing and blowing out our lines and plugging them as stated. I don’t trust that this company did anything correctly with our closing. We will clearly have to do it all ourselves. To top it off, the service guy who called me back, was extremely rude. Please note that these photos attached are photos THEY took and sent me when they sent me an invoice! Absolutely unacceptable.

I would like to say that the young man from your company, Damien Bradley, was one of the nicest technicians I have ever had. He not only worked quickly while he explained everything to me, but seemed to enjoy his job. I would recommend him to anyone. He left the area just as he found it and me understanding my spa much better.

We had a very bad leak at our pool and Steve was able to get us on the calendar the very next day. Johnathan was on time, very professional, and was able to reroute the piping so that we ran an existing zone twice rather than losing the zone entirely. Would highly recommend St. Cyr!

I had St. Cyr Pool & Spa close my pool this year for the first time. The technicians arrived even earlier than expected. I was notified prior to their early arrival and confirmed that it would be OK. They were professional, courteous, and went to work immediately. They addressed all of my concerns and had great answers for every one of my questions. They flawlessly, executed the closing of my pool, as well as the installation of a new pool cover which required significant adjustment and tweaking to get it to fit perfectly. I was extremely happy with the service they provided, and the quality of the work performed by Jonathan and Jeff .

Danny was very professional and did a great job. Appreciate the text notification of the changed appointment. One suggestion for the service perhaps there could be an incentive for customers who have prepped their pool. We put in extra effort to drain our pool after a heavy rain. I think some customers were not able to do this. Some type of incentive would help us continue to do so.

After being told by my service company that they no longer did servicing I found St. Cyr Pool and Spa. This company has opened my eyes to what service is supposed to be. Clear communication, quick scheduling, up-to-date texting and fair pricing. Was super happy with Jason A. as the service technician. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jason did not mind me asking questions or watching for a few minutes.So happy to have found a professional company to do my opening and closing of my swim spa. Will recommend to others.

Danny came to get my new installation running and show me the ropes. He was extremely patient and helpful! There ended up being more to do due to some construction work than anticipated, but he stayed late, was thorough, and never made me feel like he was in a rush or put out. I bought a house that came with a pool. I was clueless. St. Cyr in Hampstead has been such a tremendous help guiding me through my first season. Today, Danny and Nick came out to close my pool. They were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all patient with my million questions and hovering over them. Danny gave me some great advice and tips. I highly recommend St Cyr for all things pool!

Danny and Rob were so helpful, as a new owner of an old pool I had no idea what to do. They were on time, resourceful and kind to a person ignorant on how to run a pool. After working hard to get the equipment in place and running properly,Danny patiently explained everything to me so that I felt I understood . The pool is up and running. Good job blowing out the lines, covering the pool. Always answer any questions I have about potential issues with the pump filter system. Couple changes from previous owner, no longer shrink wrap filter and board. Price sure has gone up though. $600 seems a little steep for blowing out lines and putting cover on. Less than half an hour. 🤔

This is the best pool and spa store that I have found. Everyone in the store is super friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. They have been able to help me through my most difficult pool issues. Pat and Barbara have really educated me on improving the quality of my pool chemistry and the function of the pool system. They have also been great at getting the needed parts and service to keep my pool running all summer long. I would not hesitate to use ST. Cyr Pool and Spa for all your pool chemical, parts and services. A five start company with a five star staff.

I had been paying another pool guy all summer long, he made me buy all my own chemicals at the store and made a shopping list that he wouldn't use until the next week and we enjoyed one day of swimming between Memorial Day and August because it was not swimmable despite paying him every week. I switched to St Cyr last week and they had the pool swimmable in one hour. We had their second visit today and the pool is pristine! They provide their own chemicals for balancing and you only pay for what you need versus having a garage full of expiring pool chemicals. The process was exactly what I wanted a hands off (for me) weekly process where all I have to do is shock if the weather requires it. After bouncing around a few different companies the last nine years. I think we found our forever pool company.

Danny and Aiden from St Cyr pool and spa came to open our pool and they were incredibly helpful! They were very friendly and informative when reminding us how to use our filter again because we haven’t opened our pool in 2 years. They let me know which chemicals I would need to get and when I went into the shop I was able to find them easily with the help of the woman at the front desk.I definitely would recommend St Cyr
