Very helpful staff and friendly. Wish you would offer diet cherry Pepsi in plastic bottles. Offer different selection in pies. Like to see a cherry pie. They make great salads but do not know why they stop making them. Love getting them for lunch. Well editing my review just went to Hannaford and low and behold salads were on the selve. There flowers are always fresh.

Clean establishment, friendly employees, and more than one register open at a time. Is this really 2023?All kidding aside, great food store all in all.And they even have decent sushi. It's not the same as a traditional sushi spot,. It for a quick lunch break, it's pretty darn good!

Store needs major update "old"..Meat/Fish Department ok used to be good.Employees don't seem too friendly. Self checkout was dirty last 2 times I was there, looks like nobody cleans the glass on a regular basis! Guess the sanitizing is allover!! 😱 Use this store when necessary..

Small supermarket with limited options. It is basically a glorified convenience store. If you can, drive a little and head to Shaw’s in Windham or Market Basket in Salem.

Nice store, great prices, very clean. Every employee we encountered was friendly, smiling and laughing, and were very helpful. I was pleased to see that they were enjoying their job and each other. That's hard to find nowadays, everyone seems miserable.

After a few bad experiences here I still visit because it’s near my home. The prices are a little higher than our local Market Basket but they sometimes have very good pricing on fruit which is what we usually pick up here. Today was another example of why I don’t like to visit. I was waiting in line to be checked out (I normally do self checkout but I needed cash back). I was the third person in line and when the person in front of me started loading up I noticed the lane light go off and the cashier stare in my direction. I noticed a patient customer behind me and I didn’t want to waste time waiting longer so I inquire to the cashier if I should move and she impolitely informed me that her lane was closed. This was all with an attitude that I should have known she was closed. This cashier took no care in announcing and would have had myself and the customer behind me waiting longer. I had to wait in another line. No other lanes opened to offset this cashier closing. This is on a busy Saturday afternoon. I get subpar service half the time I go here.

Hannaford Pharmacy is very efficient, kind, and caring. Staff is very professional and courteous. Hannah Market is always clean and the produce department always has fresh fruits and veggies. Always a pleasure to shop here.

This store is always clean, neat and well stocked. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is GREAT!!I trust the Pharmacists, Karen Perly & Daniela, as well as the Pharmacy Technicians Karen & Kim, to fill all my prescriptions carefully and correctly!!

I will honestly say that I use to think that Hannaford was rather expensive compared to the grocery store I grew up going to which was Market Basket.Although the prices may be a little bit more the quality of the product is much better! I prefer the meat selection and produce selection and quality over Market Basket and Walmart. Lately I have to admit that they have running low or completely out of certain stock. 🤔 Is it the company itself or is it the products are just not available? I am not sure but hopefully it will work itself out and the supply will once more meet the demand! The store itself is AlWAYS very clean 👌 and nearly every single employee I have been in contact with has a smile on their face and is very knowledgeable of the stores inventory and location of the items themselves. 😀

People are very courteous and helpful. The stock on the shelves in some cases are very limited. The price of the items is expensive, however the price of groceries everywhere have gotten out of control.

Decent Store, pricey however. Some of the Staff very friendly and funny at checkout which is a plus. Didn't like the other staff parking near the opening of the main doors in the front parking area though. Customers should have priority to front parking instead of making them walk from a far, employees should park in the rear, handicapped or partially disabled or impaired people should have easy access.

Was one of my favorite places to shop. I used to work here for 9 years before jumping out of the grocery business. The meat is good, frozen options are good and its one of the cleanest grocery stores in the area. The bad parts are the disorganization between staff and customers. The store seems to operate but not well. There are certain employees that are open and easy to seek out, helpful and friendly, but there are others that don't care and it's easy to tell. I have also become one of the price vs value broken records. Main grievance is the cost of basics. Gallons of generic water go for $.75 each, where it's only $.50 at competitors. 25 cents sounds small, but its a 50% increase over the competitor for water...

They have everything one can possibly ask for and the store is clean and well merchandised. I give them only 2 stars due to their pricing policy. Expect to pay a premium price for the exact same brands/items as you would in other area supermarkets. Three nectarines (not organic) cost me $4.35 translating to over $1 each! In July. Seriously?

Seems to have most everyday items. My only issue is with the organization of the store. Seems to be a cost based decision, but there is the typical aisle of everyday misc stuff like other supermarkets which is okay I guess. I kind of understand the aisle, but in reality if you go to a store frequently enough there's really no need for it in my opinion. The issue I have with this store is that unlike other supermarkets, some stuff that is in this isle cannot be found in other sections of the store with other like items. At this store you end up having to go to this miscellaneous aisle because it's not where you think it is with like items.

I only go to Hannaford if I'm interested in what they have on sale. They had some really good bone-in ribeye this week and the butcher cut it really thick for me. Very good service and staff!

Can't beat the produce and meat section. More expensive than some other markets but premium product and atmosphere makes it worth while. I really like their self checkout when you have only a few items and need it to be quick.

Great food choices. I love the fresh produce and fresh meats and fish. Amidst all craziness with covid shelves were fairly stocked. I'm thankful!! Bought fresh haddock, local salmon from maine, local corn, and other fresh stuff. I find market brand items to be comparable to the best prices around!

With increasing prices in supermarkets on food, they are one place that holds steady or increases. A little higher in price,but quality is good on everything but produce. I would give this 5 stars if they had fresher produce. Other than that they have very friendly service and is a primary place for our grocery shopping.
