Had our first appointment today with our 8 week old Great Dane puppy Clyde. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. First visit and we felt like we've been going here for years. We are so happy and grateful that Clyde is in the best hands and will have the best health care. Thank you all so much 😊🐾

I have been going to Hampstead Animal Hospital for 30 years now! They took care of my cat Rascal, then my Yorkie Toby. Toby was blind and epileptic and they took such good care of him that he lived a few more happy years than we ever expected! When we got our latest dog Daisy, we decided to switch vets to one closer to home since we had moved across town. What a difference the other vet office was - and not in a good way. We switched back to HAH even though they are 25 minutes away because their care is far superior to our local vet. I would highly recommend them!

I started bringing my pets here last August and couldn't be more pleased. The staff is caring and kind and the love for what they do shines through. My pets are the most relaxed they have ever been at the vet and my puppy just loves going there (which is good as we had to go weekly when she broke her toe!) Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my animals to Hampstead Animal Hospital for years now. My animals have had major health conditions as they enter their senior years and Hampstead has been amazing. We primarily see Dr Storey but all the vets and staff are wonderful. They are thorough, kind, compassionate and most importantly knowledgeable. They have very flexible hours and often can fit you in for an appointment last minute when needed. I would absolutely recommend them!

I cannot say enough about how fabulous Hampstead Animal Hospital is. My 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog thinks he’s going to Doggy-Disney World when he walks in there. Every staff member is so warm and you feel like they’re an old friend of yours. The vets/techs/assistants always have the answers for any questions I have. I’ve tried other veterinarian offices before, but HAH blows them out of the water. So thankful for them!

We moved and needed a vet closer to us. Hampstead Animal Hospital got us in within a week and did a great job with our dog. He’s very nervous, but the staff was very gentle and patient with him. The gave us a prescription to us next time we come in to help him relax. No one has ever done that for him. Bringing my cats in next. Highly recommend

Everything was fine in the beginning until I started to notice how expensive the bills were for puppy visits. I was constantly pushed toward vaccinations and procedures that I didn’t ask for. And when I declined certain things I was constantly met with pushback. It wasn’t until I took my pup for an emergency visit to get stitches that I could no longer deal with HAH. The bill for my pup to get minor stitches was insanely expensive to which I told them the bill had not aligned with more extensive procedures my family members dogs has received. I still went ahead and had them proceed with the stitches. Prior to my pup getting his stitches out, I reached out to inquire what the cost would be before I went back in. I was told that there would be no cost, however I was told that my pup REQUIRED a vaccination once he got his stitches out and if I didn’t get it, “I would not be allowed to pick him up”. I still got that vaccination against my initial wishes and moved both my pups to another vet.Your staff should never threaten to hold them as collateral for getting a vaccination.ALSO, when I switched vets, it immediately confirmed my suspicions that I was being DRASTICALLY overcharged.

We were new clients taking our 7 yr old cat for a sick visit. From the initial phone call to the med staff & Drs they were kind, compassionate and thorough. The Drs explained everything in easy to understand language and worked with us to make a plan moving forward. The med staff explained the estim of charges in simple terms so We could make an informed decision. We ended up euthanizing the cat a few days later & the entire staff knew who he was and were so gracious till the end. Definitely wonderful care.

As a retired veterinary nurse, I’m very particular about the care my dog receives. I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and DVMs at Hampstead Animal Hospital, and they get extra credit from me for going through the steps to be a AAHA-accredited hospital. The hospital is clean, the staff is pleasant and upbeat, and my dog isn’t scared to be there.Thank you HAH!

Hamstead Animal Hospital Is Absolutely Hands Down One Of The MOST Outstanding In Pet Care, But Most Importantly The Compassion And Real Honest From The True Heart Feelings And Actions The Give And Show You Are Remarkable !!! I Can Really Say That I Have Never Ever Experienced Any Animal Hospital Such As Hampstead Animal Hospital. Note: They Have Never Ever Treated Myself Or My Beloved Dog Winston, And Kitty Minnie As a Price TagWhat They Did For Me I Will Never Forget When The Decision Of Having To Euthanize My Pet (aka Family Member) And Having a Little Money Issues That They Worked Out a Plan To Help Me And Give My Beloved Pets a Respectful & Dignified Cremation. With a Beautiful Memory Box For There Ashes. The staff here has been super patient with finding the right course of anxiety medication when my dog comes in for his visit and we tried several things before we finally found one that worked and they’re always prompt on getting us the medication before we come in for the visits
