This is a GEM for the town of Grovetown. It's a grocery store that is supplied by Hannaford, without it being a Hannaford store chain. They have the best meats there.

Not a bad store, but I was overcharged for something and it took the woman a long time to figure out my refund. In the end, it was still the wrong price, but it was much closer to what it should have been. I would still shop here again when I'm in the area.

I've never had good luck with produce here (in any of its iterations), but their baked goods and deli counter are old school awesome and totally worth the stop. Massive chocolate chip cookies, delicious cold salads (not just the lettuce kind either), stuffed subs with so much filling you can barely get your mouth around it. Homemade lunch never tasted so good 😊

My first time at this store. I love it already. The produce section is unbelievable, they had really fresh veggies. Meats were really nice.I will be going to this store in the future

Nice employees and very convenient location. Store layout is easy to navigate. Some items are priced really well, better than shaws! I enjoy the bakery food here once in a while too. It's a great little grocery store.

Love this little grocery store. A wee bit of everything and local items at the front by the check out. Location is well situated in town, easy in and out parking lot. Clean and well ordered as well as stocked with anything you'd need.

Great little grocery store in an old mill town. Prices are great and the selection is wonderful which makes it easy to avoid stopping at a chain store like Shaws on my way through and instead making a pit stop here to pick up what we need on the way up north. So glad this place stayed open when everything else went out. This is a huge life savor for this community.

I come up from Berlin, because I get tired of the stores down here never having what you want or need. I'm still amazed at this little store, the prices may be a bit higher on some things, but I haven't found all that much difference for what I buy. It's not very often that I don't get what I'm after......the meats are great, the fresh produce good. Still going up every few weeks and the ride up is beautiful, especially this time of year with the fall colors.

Place has come a really long way in the last 5 years nice hand cut meats and you can order any cut .. deli salads are great and premade sandwiches are a quick lunch if need be and the make a pretty good PIZZA 🍕

Love it great selection and variety, nice change of shopping routine and clean. Friendly staff but could improve the bagging skills, for example a jar of salsa shouldnt go in with bananas, and I used to work a huge grocery store and they teach you very intricately how to do everything on a computer and hands on and I think alot of area stores would benefit if they did this but really great experience and all the food was great more variety than lapearls iga!

This store is a great alternative to the high priced big box store option in Lancaster. My weekly grocery bill is on average $40 a week cheaper here than Shaws in Lancaster. I find that the meats are of better quality here as well. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have to say....my dad was a butcher so I've been around the meat section and the deli sections my whole life. I ordered 4 different deli meats today and the girl wiped down and cleaned the sclicer every time! That is rearly done! I was impressed! And all the fruit and vegetables are always fresh!

I go there most of the time. I get what I want and if it's not in site I ask and they are very good about checking to see if it is in stock or take me where it is located..All of their personal workers will do that. Good place to shop and save.

Every time I've been here there's been some issue with the food. Either the ceiling is leaking on what I want, the produce and meat goes bad way too soon (I had chicken that was in the fridge less than 24 hours and was bad..expiration date hadnt passed), and I've gotten frozen goods home (popsicles) on more than one occassion and they were obviously melted at some point because half the ice cream was off the sticks they had leaked through the papers onto the box. I just had to throw out an entire box because the kids couldn't pull them away from the cardboard.The only reason it's 2 versus 1 stars is for the friendly people who work there. Shaws will be getting all of my business from now on.

Very friendly helpful and much less cost of food than Shaws in Lancaster by it would be nice if they had electric buggy for those that have hard time getting around
