Typical Target that's laid out like every other Target, so it was very easy to find certain things. The men's section had clothes riddled around the clothing hangers. It was hectic to look through clothes. But most of the aisles were clean and well organized. Would recommend coming here if you're looking for a Target.

Similar to the Target in Salem. This Target šÆ is one level, no second floor. It even has a Starbucks. CVS Pharmacy is located here as well. Curbside pickup for online orders. Self checkout and WiFi available. With inflation, prices on non groceries are comparable to Walmart. Fitting room is immediately available to try on clothes. Price checker available.I interacted with customer service and a floor associate. Both were helpful in trying to access discounts through the Red Circle ā on the Target šÆ app.Bathroom was in good condition and is trying to be touch free š as possible.Only issue, there are customers who like to litter outside!Target isn't my first choice for shopping, but, I do stop by if I have an available discount or I can't find something elsewhere.

Terrible experience with their drive up pick up service. Missing 5 items.with no heads up they couldnāt complete my order or forgot a bag. WHO KNOWS?! Because you canāt reach anyone because they keep hanging up the phone. Thereās absolutely no way to speak to anyone. Trash customer service.

Edit 4/23/19:Target is our go-to box store for the modern day consumable. In the past, we used to choose Target over other big-box competitors because they have cleaner stores, more intelligent employees and an overall nicer experience with similar product costs. The past few times we have been to Target in Greenland it has been a complete mess. Should this be reported to the fire department? Cleanup the store! We will surely think twice before returning.

Target is usually a decent experience, not today It was raining no carts in store. I went to pick up a some online orders. The lady could only find one item of the two. I had bought a board game for my son they had some promos and I used my red card points so the discount was over 50%. She said she would have to cancel the order. But thankfully let me check if it was on the shelf in store. I found it and she was able to scan as picked up. This was after she said there were none in the store. But anyways I was thankful the lady was open to solving the issue.I went around the store found a few Minecraft backpacks on clearance. After waiting in the self check out lane for a while as there was only one real check out open. The backpacks would not scan. After waiting 5 min for assistance I was told I could not purchase the bags as they were now salvage and not for sale. They would not even sell them for the lowest clearance marked price! It was ridiculous. Greenland target as gone down hill the place is untidy and understaffed. It's only October it will only get worse before the year is out.

Will not honour (or even listen to my request fully) exchange of faulty product I picked up the same day (with personalized promotional coupon). I ended up wasting the coupon as well. I recommend Walmart instead. Associate was polite but very quick to get rid of me.

Ordered the American Doll Pink Jeep, and expected it to come boxed, new, and ready to wrap for Christmas. Nope! Looks like the display toy, as it has the āTry Meā buttons. How to wrap this, as it needs a box 28 x 18 x 14. Not happy. Very disappointed

I just want to share my experience today 10/17/23 when I checked out about 1:21pm! I was on foot to the store, carrying a dog to do all of my shopping! I bought a backpack to carry a lot of what I bought in it today, because of the distance I had to walk with my dog, back to the TA truckstop, I want to share the girl at the register, knew what I was up against and she did everything in her power to help consolidate light stuff with light stuff, a lot of the heavy stuff was going in the back pack, but I want to share she was very very helpful to what I had going on, and I am very greatful she was working today, because she understood what I was getting ready to do was a very big task, I mean the total was over $340, now imagine walking that back to the truck stop plus a dog, the dog is not one I can leave alone, I had to bring him along because of his anxiety! Even the manager was a great help to me today because I called her before I walked up there to make sure I was able to take him with me, Iām from West Virginia and not able to go no where today without taking him with me, but also want other patrons to know I didnāt push him around in the cart or anything, I carried him all the way through the store! I agreed to those terms before I went up there, I donāt want to start something that I shouldnāt!! I just want to thank them for all the help they gave me today!

Staff donāt really interact with the customers here except for at checkout. No one is particularity friendly or ever greets a customer or asks them if they need help. They just do their thing and work. Overheard a few associates the other day say loudly that management like to see them suffer as employees. Thatās not a good sign š sad. You canāt even get a hello from them at all. Staff seem unhappy š

I love this Target location. The store is always clean, employees are happy and helpful. Everythingās organized. They have a massive selection of clothing, which I find sometimes at other stores day donāt seem to have as much. I love the layout of the store, and I love the fact that Ulta is there now.

This store does not even deserve one star! The manager has ZERO people skills and obviously hates her job. Belittling people in front of other customers. Treating hard working people that come to the store to spend their money like they are dirt is not a way to run a business. I will not return to Target after this encounter.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother, who had a very bad experience recently. She purchased various Starbucks gift cards multipacks for my son's teachers from this Target. She had a few leftover and when she tried to use them at Starbucks, they registered as having nothing on them. When she took them back to Target in Greenland with her receipt, the supervisor was incredibly rude to her and said she or my father must have used them already and that they were trying to be dishonest. Moral or ageist accusations are a very inappropriate customer service response and one would think a supervisor would handle it better. Very disappointing.

I was at Target pretty close to closing time and I saw a female manager do something that I did not agree with...I should have said something but I didn't, so I'm saying it here.There were 2 younger associates working on closing up the cafe(I think it's a Starbucks) at the front of Target. I could hear the female manager say "I feel bad that you both punched out already but this needs to be wiped down, this needs to be swept, you didn't finish this, you didn't finish that." She was basically reading them the riot act for work that she felt wasn't completed.1. Praise publicly, coach privately.2. If you are going to have employees work off the clock(I'm pretty sure that's illegal) At least jump in and help instead of standing there demanding while you hold a clipboard.Just basic decency it probably would have been very easy to have them punch back in and delete their other time punch...just be better than this.

I know there is a staffing crisis but this Target has devolved to garbage. And thatās what youāll find everywhere- garbage. Empty cups, bottles, and food containers all over the store every time I go. And so many employees walking right by. Recently I bought a can of Pringles my kid picked up, got home, took them out of the bag and found the cab had been opened and half eaten before some slob put it back on the shelf. High praise for the kids clothing section - itās always in good shape. And to the folks at the Starbucks. Theyāre always so nice. The self-checkout is a disaster. People going through with entire carts of stuff and it takes them 20 minutes to checkout.

I usually love going to this location!! But today really rubbed me the wrong way! The girl with the pinkish hair they have running self checkout, really came up to my cart and said she needed to check it & the shoe box!! But she wasnāt doing that to others! I canāt help but feel like she profiled me because my little boy with me is biracial! Even another customer behind me shook her head like WOW!

Awful customer service. The MOD was the rudest associate Iāve ever come into contact with. Just watching her belittle a customer with a gift card that wasnāt working, was blood boiling. No matter the situation, you handle it with respect to the customer. BIG FAIL, Target.

Most frustrating layout I have ever experienced in any general merchandise retailer. It feels like the store is constantly being reset only to make it more complicated to find basic necessities - especially the health and beauty section. They have shampoo in four different locations⦠even if you know what youāre looking for you have to search all sections. Iāve gotten so frustrated Iāve left the store on several occasions to shop elsewhere.

Self Check out has a horrible line. Little wrapped around the store so you couldn't even wall by. Everyone is snobby so no one let you by. Then ONE register open???? ONE REGISTER like come on that's why I shop at Walmart at least they don't have a horrible like I'm the self checkout. Waiting 40 minutes and was never checked out because I just left my cart and walked out. Horrible service. And don't make an accused that you are sort staffed I saw multiple people on the floor call one of them up to help. Simple

I think I'm done shopping at this Target location. It is very disorganized and cluttered. I understand staffing shortages but that doesn't justify leaving pallets and other backroom items out on the floor impeding your customers.But the store itself is just not clean. Items from other departments are all over the store, clothes aren't folded and are impossible to look through, and nothing seems to be in the right spots.The time I shopped here previously, I was going to buy a gallon of milk but the fridge smelled so horrible (presumably from old spilled milk) that the container itself smelled. I ended up having to go to another store to get some milk.The final straw for me was my last trip to this Target. I ended up spending more at checkout than I thought I had in my cart due to pricing stickers not being placed correctly near their items. An Easter decoration that had a price tag under it of $4.99 really rang up as $10 and some Charmin toilet paper priced at $8.99 rang up as $13.99. I informed of the workers at the self checkout area of the price discrepancies. She did adjust the prices of a couple of items (she changed the price of some dinner plates I was buying to the sticker price) but she didn't seem to care much when I asked about the decoration and the toilet paper. She scanned it with her price gun and said "well it shows here as $13.99," even though I told her it showed a different price on the shelf. She made no effort to go check the locations to see what problems I was telling her, not to mention there were about 4-5 employees near the front of the store and it was not busy at all. A couple minutes to check could've saved them a future customer. I've worked in retail before and I always adjusted the price to what the sticker said, because it's not the customer's fault your store isn't organized.Overall, I'm done shopping at this Target location. I'd rather go to the Walmart in Epping which is just as close and, surprisingly, much much cleaner. I've always liked Target, but this store is just sad.

Horrible customer service from Nikki today she was mean as a wicked old lady could be and took out her lifeās problems out on me. Just a nasty person unable and unwanting to help a customer having issues with your delivery service. Refused any help possible and absolutely refused to give me a manager or other supervisors name for help. She also was completely uncompliant with offering the shipt customer service phone number. Wow horrible customer service. Ruined my night.
