Everyone is so friendly. I ADORED my waitress at the restaurant. And the snack selection is great. Only problem is not enough free parking for trucks. Had to pay for a spot.

Terrible TERRIBLE parking lot design. Lines down the side of the road to get fuel cause there's no room. I thought iron Skillet was suppose to be a "diner", all the meals seem to be already prepared & they just heat them up in a microwave. I've gotten a couple dinners from here & both times my dinner was done by the time the lady was finished making my salad. The workers are nice though, that's about the only good thing about this TA.

I didn't care for the site manager on duty. He was rude and too controlling, with his employee, the guy at the registrar was left by himself, so while he was helping me with getting things out a locked case. Scott (manager) left the line build up. After we were done, and waiting in line, the customer that Scott was helping was done with his order and the phone rang once. Scott picked up the phone, leaving a paying customer waiting to finish his transaction. He then signals to his employee to finish with the guy waiting at the counter, by back handing him to finish with the guy paying. The poor guy (Nick) trying to do everything is the reason I gave 4 stars, but the manager (Scott) is the reason I couldn't give 5 stars. Scott should have finished the transaction then grab the phone, paying customers always come first. The site manager should have done much better. Never leave a fellow worker or customer hanging.

This place sucks basically because most parking is pay at $25 reserve parking and they don’t enforce trailer drop in the few free spots. Bathroom wasn’t clean…… food was typical …… I’m going to advoid this place from now on. Can’t support this kind of distortion.

TA truck stop overall good quality experience. Little tight smaller lot 50 percent reserved parking just like most TA now. Awesome restaurant old fashioned good hot food friendly staff management clean restrooms and showers off the chain hot water good soft towels etc. Would give 5 star if lot was bigger no paid parking and had a repair shop lol. Would recommend stopping here again

It’s very clean location to park. If you can get parking there’s very few free parking and not a lot more payed ones. Also no dropping trailer at all. And most of all this location is as basic as it gets from the restaurant to store specially the coffee department so in short if your a new driver don’t park here you’ll need help if it’s close to full and your paying to park

Christmas day...I purposely drove 300 miles here to shut down because they have a Denny's. I was looking forward to a Christmas dinner. get here about 7:10pm and they're closed. chips and salsa for dinner. then they immediately knock on my door to make me pay for parking. sorry, lazy, POS workers. a sorry excuse for a TA.

Loved the brunch. Very nice server, her name is Tammy. Great friendly service.Felt warmJust a positive side note:; servers stop saying that if you don’t like the food we can throw it away and you chose something else I don’t think it’s necessary and lol it just don’t sound right, well you can just say Something like we “will make it right or sort “when a guest ask how is a certain food on the menu.Love the coffee, just the way I like it warm and fresh.Thanks

This place needs a remodel on the parking lot. Very dusty and dirty. Also, for reserved parking is $25.00 dollars per night, that's higher than any other place in New England.

The night shift with the tall guy very bad person . He doesn’t help when the pumb is not work in and he is lazy . Even at reception you will wait him 45 minutes always he so in the bathroom!!You guys need to follow him and tell him the truth .truck drivers doesn’t have time to wait your west time !!! If he doesn’t like the job just tell him go your home .

Can anyone explain to me WHY is there a $990 cap of fuel? Me going into these places twice and blocking a fuel island for 45 minutes makes no sense to me. Manager please reply. If you tell me security then explain because not one other truck stop in the states can tell me why I waist 45 minutes blocking a fuel island and stand in line twice to get fuel.PS. Restaurant lady is great

The manager Scott was an unprofessional and inexperienced rude pig wasn’t able to help me out with my fuel card instead he was showing me attitude and turned his back to me! He belongs on the streets but not at that position! NEVER FUELING HERE AGAIN!

Heading north have to go to Exit 3 turn around travel 2 mi. . More paid parking than free parking. Salad bar and soup. No Buffet. Water pressure weak And showers but hot.

Clean, well maintained facility, INCLUDING the bathrooms. Well stocked store. Did not buy fuel here so can't comment on that experience. Had a decent breakfast at the restaurant.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a TA in 12 years. The morning server was clearly unhappy with her life and you could hear her complain about her life to everyone in the diner. She never checked up on me, never gave me my check or the extra condiments that I asked for. 😞

Easy to turn in but the truck exit does not have a red light. Cars do not let trucks out so you may wait for a minute. Small parking lot, everything is paid parking except the middle isle with 15 spots. Has a sit down dining. Nice size shopping place with stuff you may need on the road. Overall it's ok but I can see it getting tight late evening when everyone is trying to park.

what a phenomenal truck stop I stopped at here in New Hampshire unbelievable the display of food looks so delicious what a nice array of coffee and beverages clean as can be great. Come in. Do yourself a favor

Employees are great and snacks are great but showers needs to be cleaner. I pay $18 for a shower and it was disgusting. Hair everywhere and mold on walls. Talk to supervisor, show him pictures and he just apologized but dint offer a refund. You guys be the judges...

They guys Dont even allow you to use your Ta meal credit.I wasted one of my credits over here….😌😌I use it always to buy water and coffee as it is under QSR( quick service restraunt) but i had no time to explain this to them.

Worst breafast ever. 2nd time there. Had to give it a second chance. Nope. Party of 5 over $100 for burnt sausage dry omlets nasty eggs. Great biscuits! Connie was a great waitress.

This truck stop is a destroyer waiting to happen, full or racist animals that proudly display there hatred of black customers, I watched as a worker said she will not watch Roseanne new show because it nothing wrong with calling black the N word and Roseanne shouldn't be punished for it. Also watch the same worker treat a black customer like trash, good thing I was there to explain to the man why he was being treated the way he was. Not a safe play for blacks to eat, food made by staff. Be careful out there on the road

Customer service here is great because of Pam, who helped me out with my receipt situation. 😊On route on a time crunch, I stopped for fuel and forgot to get my receipt.Called the store and Pam searched and sent my receipt no problem even though the store had been pretty busy when i left!People like this make a good store great. This place is now marked whenever I'm in the NorthEast. Thanks Pam. Thanks TA!

Unreal how ignorant the staff are, and this is such a dumpy stop eventhough its in a nice clean area.18 bucks for showers and 25 bucks for parking, let's just say after I was greeted by the horrible lady at the front desk I got out of there.Shame

Pretty decent truck stop, restaurant is one of the better country pride/iron skillet restaurants I’ve been to. Truck stop is clean, not a ton of parking but good enough

We didn’t need any services for our semi but the employees where all nice they didn’t care that I brought my Boston terrier in. The restrooms where nicely tiled, and so where the showers. It was a clean place to stop. It is far enough off of the highway that there was still spots left for us to get into at 10pm. The dinner was the best though. The waitress was very nice and our food was really good like back home in the south. Our food was out quickly. I would go back if we travel in the area again. It’s it hasn’t been remodeled yet so it’s a little dated but still nice

Dirty, crowded, over priced. I've been to a lot of travel centers and this is one of the worst ones ever. Just needs a little more care. Some people will say we'll it's just a quick stop, correct but you still are paying for a service and you know the customers are always right whether we like it or not. Me personally I like to share the truth with everyone and not just say what other's want you to say.
