By Far this is my favorite McDonald's near the seacoast! The staff are friendly, it holds quite a lot of people but also looks very small, it's like the warm hug of McDonald's! I have a wonderful time anytime I stop by, and if I lived closer this would be my McDonald's of choice!Parking: There's plenty of Parking and since it's very isolated, there is usually a bunch of open spaces to park.Kid-friendliness: It's a McDonald's... there's Happy Meals with toys and they have Highchairs

Needed a fast meal on the go so stopped at this location. It was very clean and staff was very friendly and nice. They have the inside set up Covid style with order kiosks and sneeze guards. It was my first time using the kiosk so the counter person very nicely offered to put my order in for me and both front of house employees gave me recommendations on some of the new fall items..5 star experience

At this location, it's As good as McDonald's food gets. Made right. Fries were hot and the drink machine tasted like it was cleaned how is supposed to be cleaned. Not a whole lot of parking, but they seem to move everyone along quickly, so it wasn't hard to get a space. Outdoor dining tables. Wheelchair accessible but there's not a lot of room in the lobby area. The store itself was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well.Vegetarian options: There are very few vegetarian options. Only good if you're not a picky eater and you want something quick.Parking: The parking area was rather small, but it was seemingly plenty for the amount of business, even though they were quite busy.Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff. Respectful, especially around children. Also helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into the store. Hard to navigate the interior. Small lobby.

Service was very friendly.The facility is older and it shows.The fries were almost cold.The chicken sandwich was inedible, not what the McDonald's chicken sandwich is supposed to be. It was so thin, and not even in one piece, but several unappetizing, overcooked pieces.The iced tea was very good.

Ordered the 2pc tenders and bit into one to find a jello like texture fatty filling inside needless to say I lost my appetite spit it out almost lost breakfast and skipped lunch... do not recommend...

Loved it... I get it. It's McDonald's however, it was exceptionally clean, staff was immaculate and ran like a well oiled Machine. They made no errors. And the fact I could sit down with my little girls and enjoy lunch was lovely. It didn't feel like I was being cheated by buying lunch and not even given a seat....and the hi-c orange drink is the same as it ever was!

I ordered through the mobile app and must have fat fingered something because when i got there, the associate told me i had a reg and decaf coffee. I said shoot I wanted two reg coffees and she was super awesome and made me a reg coffee instead. Would highly recommend and applaud the nice lady that helped me even though I'm certain I made the mistake.

Late night AWFUL. I’ve never spit out a chicken nugget in disgust in my LIFE! Congrats on that, you’re late night “food” accomplished that.. for sure. AWFUL, never should of been served.

Staff was super loud and very rude. Calling the drive thru customers idiots. Yelling swears while there were children in the dining area. The floors were disgusting. My shoes actually stuck to the floors in most areas other areas it was like walking on spilled grease. The ladies room had urine on the floors. The floors in restroom were sticky and the sink was so gross I wouldn't wash my hands. I will never go to this McDonalds again. The short, balding man with the high pitch squeaky voice was the loudest and rudest.

The service was sooo very slow. Didn't feel it was the fault of the workers...very young, in experienced/lack of quality training & short staffed.Bought Flurries for $4.99, weren't even ¾ full. Hope all improves at this location.

It's McDonald's, but a way better quality one than the one at the LEE, NH traffic circle. I do appreciate the free WiFi too. It makes it customer friendly. That said, the fries are good, but only IF AND WHEN they are HOT and FRESH.09/11/2023I went to a different location this time. Same old, same old. They really need to bring back the old pies. I know that they won't, but they absolutely should.

Ordered two quarter pounders without onions and mustard. Both were noted on the screen. I received both with onions and mustard. Also the fries were not cooked, the were soggy and raw. I only wish there was an easy way to get refunded when my order s incorrect. Happens way too often.

Stopped in off the highway while traveling. It was clean, friendly, and the food was served quickly and hot! Honestly reminded me of how good McDonald's could be/what it used to be like; too bad all my local ones in NJ aren't this good.

Took them 20 minutes just to take my order in dining room. Only 1 guy was ahead of me that order a coffee and a cheeseburger. Drive thru was busy but I was waiting long before most of the cars. At least the food was hot.

I'm an employee for the McDonald's in Sanford, and if our store looked and was run the way this one was, we wouldn't have our jobs anymore. The bathroom was disgusting. Trashes overflowing with dirty feminine products, floors nasty. My order was screwed up 3 times. Didn't get my fries. Had to go back up to the counter. Slow Service. Had to clean my own table because they all were dirty and covered with sauces and trash. Fries were so salty my child couldn't even eat his. This establishment needs a lot of work and better Customer service. It's not hard to just pay attention. Will never visit this store again. Thank God the store I work at actually cares for their experience.

The service was totally awesome! The young man that waited on us was so helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. I would have given this five stars, but unfortunately the choices I made weren't the best for me. I chose to try something new and it turned out to be kind of spicy, which wasn't explained to me.
