Only three because I had a limited experience inside the store. I noticed an automated voice calling assistance for customers to different areas going off multiple times. Signs for installation services were present. Prices that are comparable to other hardware stores and Walmart. More selection of products. The only associate I interacted with was the checkout clerk. He was friendly and professional.Facemasks required.

Very knowledgeable and friendly work staff. Full selection of material and home needs. They offer designated parking spots for veterans, a 10% discount, and acknowledge their veteran staff with tributary vests.

This company sucks. We have to replace our gas dryer in our mobile home and the service and delivery is awful. This is a process we started at the beginning of last month, and we still don’t have a dryer that is working because Lowe’s knows absolutely nothing about what they sell. They apparently don’t install gas dryers, which they don’t tell you until they show up to deliver it. And then offered to leave a new dryer ON OUR LAWN, for god knows how long. They also don’t tell you that you need certain parts, so we’ve spent the last 3 weeks (and waayyyy more money than we planned) calling different companies to come and hook up our dryer. And on top of all of this, they never answer their phones or call you back. We will not be ordering anything from Lowe’s again. This experience has truly been the worst I’ve ever had when it comes to home improvement. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I will amend if we ever get our delivery. Trying to get ahold of customer service is a long long wait. Poor service = overwhelmed constomer service. Ammended. Lowes responded below to call a number that I already called waited for over an hour, the person on the line said they would call within the day and they didn't....so thanks Lowes. Ammendment 2. Delivery window today missed...went from 2 stops away to 4 stops away showing the truck is back in MA. How bad can this get?

My husband and I went to buy a new LG washer. They loaded it into our truck and we got home to find that they loaded the WRONG washer (a Maytag top loader) not even close to the same washer. We have requested to have them deliver the correct washer and have them switch the two washers and it was so hard to get ahold of a manager. We called over 10x. They finally agreed to deliver the washer and on the day of delivery it was again NOT DELIVERED and they had the audacity to say it was not their problem to deal with!!!! They then sent us to the delivery department and we were told it would be delivered again. Again it was not delivered! We are now being told that the Greenland store should have handled this not the delivery department! We will NEVER come back here. No one is helping us with a problem and we still do not have our LG washer that is more expensive!!!!! We live far enough away from this location so now we will have to load it and bring it into the store and take care of it! TAKE IT FROM ME, GO TO HOME DEPOT OR A DIFFERENT LOCATION! Managers are HORRIBLE HERE! Carey oak was the store manager on the receipt! They better take care of this

Cashiers and floor workers are great! Managers nowhere to be found. Went in this morning to buy some charcoal and they had 3 bags that were make red 50% off due to damage. Awesome that $45 in savings! Except that the checkout girl could not check me out without a manager code. Waited 25 minutes for a manager to show up. It sounded like managers Jasper, Michelle, and someone else were around just too busy. I left without buying anything. Way too make your cashiers and floor people look bad guys, keep up the good work

Really appreciate the help from the young man in the gardening center at Lowe’s in Greenland, New Hampshire. I think his name is John. He went out of his way to help me find the right type of lawn fertilizer,, then loaded it in a cart for me and help me get it into my car. He even found a bigger bag to help me save money! Thank you!!!

Can't recommend purchasing an appliance here. Terrible experience that required me to follow up with them eight times in order to get a dishwasher installed. Mistakes made at every single step, with one staff person finally telling me it was good I kept following up otherwise I never would have gotten my appliance. Sent a complaint to the store and to corporate whose cut and paste response told me they didn't care. I'll be purchasing appliances from local stores in the future who actually care about their customers and not wasting my time.

I bought a floor display tool box, as such it had some dings and dents. To be expected. When I went in to pick it up, It had a huge dent on one corner that wasn't there. They called for a manager and a man I believe his name is "Amimbole" came to the front desk.he had the worst attitude and his customer service skills sucked. He was very argumentative. He insisted the dent was there. I looked the box over 3 times in 1 week deciding if I wanted to buy it. While I was there buying other expensive tools. Long story short, That was my last purchase from that store. I will never spend another dime in this store. And I seriously hope someone from Lowes sees this and he is spoken to.

We hired Lowe’s to do a deck which would prove to be a huge mistake. It has been two years and our deck isn’t done. We have requested 11k back from Lowe’s all of which every penny is legit. They just keep calling us and telling us they have no update. They had a complete scam artist install the deck. He broke the contract. We have had to hire an attorney. No one will help us and there is no recourse. We filed a chargeback on part of the deck through the bank Lowe’s uses and then after a certain amount of time because Lowe’s has done nothing we got charged all the back interest when it was supposed to be 0%.cannot advise anyone enough to never use Lowe’s to install anything because there is NO RECOURSE. My deck failed inspection for TWO years and no one at Lowe’s cares. My husband calls every week for TWO years and has to explain this entire thing to someone new every time. It may be a first world problem but it is still a problem when have paid so much money for something and been scammed, mistreated, lied to and blown off. We used Lowe’s because we thought it would cover us having a company like them involved and because they told us they could get it done faster than the other companies that quoted us - this was not true. We are middle class people just looking to provide a safe area for our family to be outside near our pool.** for anyone reading this:The Lowe’s contractor trashed my house, installed the deck wrong, ruined my sliding glass door, made us pay him an additional $3500 on the side (breaking the contract), made us pull permits ourself, delayed our project, ruined the gas lines to my fireplace AND MORE. TWO YEARS…Yet a regional manager can’t call us themselves.DO NOT HIRE LOWES

Worse customer service. Bought a fridge on line Jan 25, I thought from Bedford. Greenland called next day to confirm delivery Feb 1. Fridge came on time, set it up in living room as we were in mid renno. Next day I removed tape and stickers and found golf ball size dent underneath a label. Called the store and was told no fridge in stock, had to pay for one to get the next one coming in, which I did. Called Monday to get eta. They thought Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Tuesday, truck came, no fridge, maybe Wednesday. Called Wednesday, no fridge, weren't sure when it would come. Checked online, Bedford showed 2 in stock. Called Greenland, was told to order it from Bedford and Bedford would pick up damaged fridge and issue credit. Once that was confirmed, call Greenland back and they will cancel the ordered fridge and issue credit. Called Bedford, ordered and paid for third fridge (all done on Lowe's card). They told me they couldn't pick up a damaged fridge from another store and issue credit. I relayed to the associate what Greenland told me and asked him to tell a manager. Came back to phone and said they would make a special exception. Set up delivery for Feb 11. I then called Greenland back and they cancelled order and issued credit on 9th. Replacement fridge came, took the damaged one away. I got a call from CS in Bedford on Monday the 13th.asking about method of purchase and purchase date of first fridge. Gave that info and was told I would get credit in 10 minutes. I called after an hour and was told I already received credit for the fridge on the 9 the. I had to explain again the series of events and was told I had to call Greenland to get the credit. I did, was told they would look into it and issue credit . When nothing showed on my account, I called and was told Lowe's owed me nothing because I was already given credit. I explained the events again and was told nothing they could do but call my credit card company. Told them it was Lowe's. Then I was told head cashier was at lunch(this was 11 in the morning) and wouldn't be back to later in the day . I asked to speak to manager, associate didn't know how to transfer the call and had to call back. Called back and asked for manager, he/she was gone for the weekend. Finally spoke to an ASM, had to explain the events yet again, and she was able to issue the credit. I have all the days, times, and names.........32 phone calls, almost 4 hours on the phone

What is the point of self checkout, if an employee is just going to stand uncomfortably close and awkwardly behind you during the whole process. So no random chit chat with a cashier, just a complete stranger breathing down your neck while you check yourself out. Just gross and creepy.

The employees are always helpful.We purchased our dryer from them with delivery and installation. We appreciated their help to select a model, and the installation crew was professional and efficient.The only trouble we ever had was in their online inventory not matching what was actually in the store. Although it was inconvenient to drive down for something that they ended up not having on hand, they got the item in as soon as they could.We also appreciate their support of veterans and the military discount.

I ordered thousands of dollars worth of window shades from Chris in Decor at Greenland Lows. She was a pleasure to work with and a mathematical genius in helping me order for my new summer home in York, Maine. Even when there was a “ blip,” in installation Chris was my “ go to” to alleviate ANY problems for me! Excellent follow up and a truly beautiful person! See you in the spring, Chris!

Bogus sale on vegetables that was on radio and in flyer. Got you to the store, but sale was only on 1 type Nobody at store had a clue what was going on. Not cool. Management of live goods dept, stinks.

Decent, clean store, usually have what most homeowners and do it yourselfers need. Biggest complaint is that they don't bring stock down as often as they need too. Have gone a few times and seen an empty hole or maybe just one item of what I need only to find it at the top of the shelves. Also is hard to find employees when you have a question as they are kinda spread out, seem to be covering several departments. Otherwise, no other real complaints.Update: not much change, still pretty good stock, organized, and clean

Waited about 45 minutes for conduit to be restocked, had about 4 pieces on the shelf that were bent and twisted. They should have stocked the shelf sooner. Seemed like the workers were more interested in talking to each other than helping with the customer. And when I told the check out employee he said ," sounds about right". The only time I will go back is to return everything I bought because I was so mad I went and bought everything somewhere else just so I could return the stuff to Lowe's and not give them any of my money. They don't seem to care.
