The Cafe is warm and inviting. I love the bookstore. It's great to peruse while you wait for your food order. The staff are great, and I love how the Cafe is set up. I ate my maple bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich while watching the flurries fall outside. It's very cozy. I would come here often if I lived here. I recommend the cinnamon rasin bagel with the maple bacon. It was delicious.Kid-friendliness: There is an entire kid's section for books and toys.

This was an impromptu stop we made on our road trip to Acadia and it is easily one of my favorite moments of the entire trip! What a beautiful space, incredibly friendly service, and a wide array of not only books, but menu items and drinks! I got an iced coffee with oat milk and it was heaven on earth.I walked into the book area and found one of my favorite books that I have ever read in my life, it's been so long since I've read it! They also have a great amount of vegan and vegetarian items which were awesome to see. If you're driving through the area, this is a must!

The bookshop was filled with typical bestsellers and lots of local specialities like nature guides, maps, and wildlife books. They even had a tiny used book section. Not too many indie titles but their baking section was great. Got an interesting book on Bread Baking. Very cool. I'll never ever criticize a locally owned bookstore in a small town. They're an important staple in every village, town, and metropolis.—The food itself was—ok but the bread was sooooooo yummy in their panini press. But I'll blame myself for the sandwich. I'm not a huge fan of turkey and I got the Madison thinking it would be like carved turkey not deli turkey. My partner's food looked delicious (Club). I wish it came with chips or something but I'd eat here again for sure and get something like the egg sandwiches!!!!!THEIR COLLECTION OF SPARKLING WATER IS GREAT!!!!Kid-friendliness: They have a great selection of kids books and toys!

This place was awesome. We were passing though town and wanted a good cafe experience. This might take the cake as the best one ever. Coffee selection was wonderful and the pricing very reasonable. I had a latte and my boyfriend got the dirty chai. They were both very good. We spent a good amount of time browsing the connected bookstore. They have a ton of great variety of books for children, teens, and adults of all genres. We spent an equal amount of time picking out magnets and stickers before heading out. It was a great experience.

Lots of books for every age group.There are also good selections for children and youth.The breakfast sandwiches were very good.

We were here for the wknd to go riding and came here both mornings for breakfast. We stayed right down the road and walked here to grab a quick bite before we hit the mountain.There is on-site parking if you drive here in your car or ATV. They have outdoor tables you can sit down at in the back by the water or tables right in front that are first come first serve. I ordered the Cliffhanger on a Asiago bagel with a Beetroot & Berry smoothie that was delicious and a blueberry muffin for the ride home. After you place your order at the counter you can check out the selection of books and gifts while you wait. On the wknds your order may take 10-15mins as it gets very busy here but it's worth the wait. We will definitely come back in the Fall.

Wonderful breakfast sandwiches and paninis. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast before a hike and bought sandwiches to take along with us. Everything we had was delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are the perfect size (not too big as many can be). You can get your style on a bagel or English muffin. We tried jalapeño cheddar bagel (so good!) and I bet those bagels are fantastic on their own too! The sandwiches we took with us were filling and packed well.

Hands down best place to get breakfast before you head out visiting the sites. Not gonna lie, as a Texan, I usually rely on the tried and true breakfast tacos, but I was blown away by the sumptuous breakfast bagel! It was perfect for my day! Fast and courteous service kept me on schedule for experiencing as much of this beautiful part of our country as I could! Would recommend!

Among the fast food chains of that particular corner of New Hampshire, this coffee shop gives a first impression of hip vibe and healthy options… and a disappointing experience. The most hip part are the prices and the wait. Some people get served faster, others wait for what seems like eternity in the morning; something is clearly off with the kitchen organization. Coffee is decent, but food is mid. Pastries are sweet, sickeningly sweet, the tooth ache kind of sweet. The iconic fast food option next door has some healthier options, shorter wait times, and better deals - minus the hip.

Great breakfast sandwich, the wheat bagel that it was served on was actually whole wheat (which I always hope for—but rarely is what you actually get). The veggie sausage on the sandwich was delicious, and the Cafe Americano was delicious.Also noted they have Italian soda which would be great on a hot day.Folks behind the counter are friendly and it’s wonderful browsing books and cards while waiting for food to be prepared. (You order at the counter and can sit inside or out.)Vegetarian options: Delicious veggie sausage
