I rely on the online orders a lot because of my disabilities, and customer service is so friendly when there's an issue. For me that's what gives it 5 stars. Being a global grocery chain I don't expect to get perfection every time from all their products, so it's great when customer service do their part. Thank you!

They had several trucks cleaning up all the fresh snow in the parking lot. That makes it nice not having to walk through it. Very neat store. Nice views of the mountains.

Overall not a horrible Walmart because it is clean inside and remains decently stocked (except for sometimes the grocery side of things). There is one "security guard" who will stare you down as you leave; I'm not sure why the staring is necessary, but it made me very uncomfortable when I left the other day. He watched as I left a cashier and not the self scan checkout and still stared me down like I was trying to make off with the crown jewels. There were other people exiting he could have been weird with.This is the only Walmart I have seen where the greeters are this aggressive and for this reason, I'm intending to not patronize this store any more. I shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable after spending money and if it means I have to drive an hour out to get what I need, then I'll do so.

Walmart is almost always a decent place to shop. Depending on the store and the location that will dictate how well kept it is, how well stocked it is, the variety of items in the store, and how the staff treat you. Every day low prices these days is especially important.

I wish I could give more than 5 🌟 for this Walmart. We came from New York to visit Mt. Washington, and unfortunately there were no hotels, campgrounds, hostels or anything could be found for a night. Luckily we got permission from Walmart for parking our car at night. We saw most of the campers were there too. It's a genuine kindness. Thank you Walmart. We shopped at your department as well. Had a very good time.

Typical wally world.It's pretty clean, and usually, the shelves are stocked.I only go in once or twice a month, and I never had a bad experience at this wally mart.It's the only one in the area for many, many miles..

Why would you advertise you are open until 11 PM and lock the doors at 10:45pm EVERY NIGHT ! Why not just say you guys close at 10:30. For people that work late and just have to go to Walmart because that’s the only store now around to grab something very quick in and out by 11 at the cash register but still lock the doors at 10:45 It blows my mind.

You get what you get. When there is no other place to go. You can't find anyone to help you when you need them. 15 check out lanes. But no one is operating them. So you have to use self checkout. But at least you don't get interrogated and searched before you leave, like most of them.

I used the pickup, which is free, and arrived early. They answer the phone quickly, the guy was so nice and even though I was more than a half hour early, still got my stuff out to me very quickly. The guy who loaded my car was nice and helpful too.By doing the pick up, I save time and money so I am very grateful!Update: 4/22/23Today I went into the store. The staff inside are just as friendly as the staff who drop off the products to your car. That said, not so well organized. I went to the PAPER GOODS isle for paper towels and toilet paper, but no, that is a few isles away in the JUICE isle. Goodness gracious, not even near where one would expect it. Other things were also in weird areas, too. So, instead of wasting time shopping inside, I think I will continue to have my stuff ready for me.

Always have to wait to check out because there is never anyone working the registers.. all they want to do is stand there and watch you check yourself out... definitely not going to happen.. when I have to check myself out I won't and I will leave my cart right there and leave... not my job to run check out...

Hit or miss if they will have things in stock. The produce is regularly sub-par. Often the berries are molded in the middle of the packages, avocados are green, hard as rocks, and never ripen properly or are bruised. The staff is generally nice, especially the folks who help with pick-up orders. They always are friendly and gentle with fragile goods. On a few occasions I have had items market as "unavailable" on orders, only to find them myself when in the store. (Simple things, like lemons.) Though that hasnt happened in a while.

I have never had a terrible experience at Gorham NH Walmart until this evening. My cashier was Monica and she was the rudest, most ignorant cashier I think I've ever dealt with. She was not only rude to me but to other associates in my presence, telling a young man that he needed to bag groceries for her. How does she have a customer service job?! Not only did she complain that she was the only register open and I had a cart full, a nice young lady associate came over to help her bag my groceries. After said young lady had to open a register to take other customers, I figured I would help with bagging MY groceries. She VERY rudely said no, I will do that. I put 2 large cans of spinach in one bag and placed it in another bag. She rudely said " you REALLY need to double bag that?!" I stopped helping her after that. When I got to my car, I found she had placed a bunch of heavy bananas on top of my plastic container of tomatoes! Really?! Rude, rude, rude!!!!!!

If you can use the App to order online, do it! Makes it so much better. Maybe a little sloppy sometimes, but thats ok... Im all about the taste. Chix rotisserie tonight was delish. And prices are high, but no more than anywhere else around here......at least they serve healthy! 🥑🧀🥗🌶🍅🍪🍞 🙃🤤😁

Stopped there several times in the past 3 years. Worst Walmart ever ! Make you feel like a criminal every time. Chasing you out the door asking for a receipt after watching you scan and pay for your items. Every time ! Never experienced this anywhere else . Maybe get rid of the self checkouts if you're going to harass people for using them.

Check your slips carefully. Rode an hr. and 1/2 to get there. Spent 300 on groceries. Got home to find one item for 19.98 was scanned twice when I only bought 1. Another item for 9.98 was scanned 3 times when I only bought 1. So I lost $40.00.. Rip Off
