Friendly. Good prices. They know my dog and are patient and careful due to his messed up back. It's always good to know that they care about my dog. He always looks and smells great coming out. They always give me an update of how he did, what seemed to bother him, and what, if any, changes they had to make from his normal cut.

New to this area and made my first appointment with these folks. Our dog needed his nails trimmed, a bath and brushing. All done perfectly. The woman was very nice and accommodating. We will go there again

I would highly recommend this Grooming facility...The Owner is very nice and helped us with our Australian Shepherd clipping the matted hair from her ears...She did a tremendous job very quickly and affeciently.

I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone that wants that sense to know their babies are in good hands. They are amazing with my dog, don't force her to do something if she's scared. I just love how compassionate they are and offer to help (to drop your dog off for a few if you have some errands to run or whatever just so your dog can get use to the noises of the clippers, be around the other dogs, just be around the shop period). Which I found absolutely amazing! She also gave me advice what to do at home to try and make my baby more comfortable before her groomings! I'd give more stars if I could. I love this place!!!

Not great with elderly or anxious animals. If I could give a negative star they wouldn’t even be good enough for that. Did not complete a full groom and did not offer to complete at a later time in spite of a very good tip. Was told my senior 14 year old dog was biting them when he has no teeth. I bet this review hurts more than his bite. Will never take back.
