Goffstown no Hardware .I love the convenience of this store. If there was a pedestrian bridge at the back of the store I could be there in 5 minutes.I have to say that I see a decline in the physical condition of the store. On the outside the parking lot is dirty, parking often taken up by patrons of the coffee shop across the street. On the inside the inventory needs attention. Often I look for items and it’s out of stock, an example is the metals (steel) and I don’t think the display has been replenished in years. The lawnmower section is the same way , NO belts. Items I check using the ACE app. On line indicating the product is there , go to buy it and no stock. The hardware isle , bolts , screws-fasteners is in good shape, but you need to be careful and check what your selecting as the bin has been replenished with the wrong thread or it’s mixed with its neighbor.Often the younger employees are idle congregating around the service counter or the paint desk chatting. The older folks are more attentive and carrying the store. The other ACE store up the road definitely is better stocked and the appearance is better.Don’t get me wrong on these criticisms the stores location is its greatest asset, saving a trip to a big box store or up the road to Aubins hardware .Still love the store and how it helps the community .

I love coming here. I can bring my kids without worry. It's clean, organized, the staff is the freakin' best, prices are great, and the popcorn is delicious. I'm always sad when I have to go to HomeDepot or Lowes instead of Ace.

This place is always an amazing experience. You are greeted with a smiling face and free popcorn if you'd like. They have just about everything you might need, even things you might not know you need yet, with a fantastic selection. They are super helpful and the service is top notch. I was so surprised to see the selection of items they have for sale. It was quite remarkable how they fit so different items under a single roof! Of course, we went here to buy some items to assist us in a project we are working on. But wow, I was amazed when I walked in and could see their fall section. They have home decor of the cutest and current trending items. I could easily spend so much time in here and decorate every inch of my home. We were greeted by many employees throughout our visit and they were all so incredibly helpful. Such a great experience overall and we will definitely be back soon!

Good selection of items. Great selection of quality paint & painting supplies for indoors & outdoors. They sell chicks in the spring and often have community events which I've enjoyed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's not a big store but it is well stocked with both common and uncommon items. But what is the most uncommon of goods is the quality of It's personnel and the knowledge base they carry in their heads. Very nice. I just don't have to return with a purchased item because it doesn't work.

I love this place. It is so much more than a hardware store. They have a beautiful gift department, pet supplies, most of what a big store like Lowes would have but with the feel of a small local business. They have gardening supplies and farm supplies and toys. In the spring they have chic and baby ducks for farmers to buy. To top it off they have free popcorn!

A very nice place. My mother and I were just there for a class - we were shown How to make wreaths and then we're given the reins and it was a lot of fun. There was a ton of various plants/tree branches and sprigs and there was ribbon and pinecones as well. The wreath came out beautiful I think and I made it so it was extra special. The lady was very nice and I would definitely go to another class and I suggest you do the same!

Inside the store is always immaculate & Really well stocked with specialty items as well as those every day things you always need! I can't tell you how many times I've gone into the store to buy light bulbs and instead ended up buying 50-100 dollars of great stuff. Great people. My little girls think every hardware store gives free popcorn. I tell them only the special ones do. Very friendly. Family focused. I love it!

Everyone who works at this Ace are super friendly, down-to-earth, and very helpful. I just love browsing around even if I don't need anything. They also have a GREAT gift section with really unique items that are not outrageously priced. Their garden center always looks well watered and cared for. When you buy large items they are right there to help you get it to your car. Wonderful place to shop. Feels like a small country store with people who care.

Super friendly faces, from our community!The Stihl product specialist knows everything about their line, makes sure you know the ins and outs of each product and they do their own repairs! Made in the USA! Can’t find that at a big box hardware store!

My favorite hardware store . Everyone knows you after you've been in a few times. When you live in the type of semi-rural place like I do, you need a good hardware store for everything for your house and these folks generally have it. You can get paint, clothing, dog food, salt for water softeners... in some ways it's more like an old-style general store. The very personable service and attention you get is light-years above what you would get in a place like a big box store. They're also using very thorough virus protection protocols, which makes me feel a lot more comfortable shopping there.

Very handy to have this caliber of hardware store right in town. Often their merchandise is less expensive than the box stores and friendly help too. The only thing I could suggest to make it better would be to get a bigger parking lot!

Not just a great hardware store, but also a good selection of home goods, farm clothing, coolers, grilles, livestock grain, and pet supplies. The nut and bolt selection is one of the best around, fully stocked with odd fasteners you won't find at the box stores.

Easily one of my favorite hardware stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free popcorn and they have just about everything you could need, from basic hardware supplies, plumbing, electrical supplies, paint, pet food, clothing, weber grills and Yeti coolers. The only thing I wish they had that they don't have is lumber. For everything else... this is your place.

They're always super helpful and knowledgeable (and there's free popcorn and coffee!), but everyone went above and beyond on my most recent visit.I came in with a problem that needed creative solutions. While I was looking for inspiration, three different employees helped me brainstorm three different possible solutions. I bought all three possibilities, knowing that it would be easy to return the extras when I was done.And then I couldn't start my car. So, on one of the coldest days of the year, an employee tried to give me a jump with a booster pack... And then with the company truck... And then with a longer set of cables. And then they let me stay inside in the warmth for the hour+ I had to wait for AAA to show up.Five stars, would happily get broken down there again.
