I went to the store the other day, and Terri was extremely helpful and happy even though it was just about closing time. I stop at this store often and I always have a good experience and items I want, are normally in stock. But the reason for the rating is because of your employee Terri. Thank you!

They advertise that you can reload your cash app card here and then they won’t allow you to do it. They lie and say they can’t scan the barcode that cash app provides, and that is the only way to add money to your cash app account.

Most of the time I have a pleasant experience here. Sometimes the wait in line might be a bit long because durning the night hours the usually only have one cashier on. But their always friendly and always helpful. Ann's store in Goffstown is the BEST! Lincoln St and second St... Not so good. Not sure about Maple St yet. Haven't been in that one.

When you go into a store that doesn't have a sign for hours fo elderly, I get they can go first but there's no reason to be rude an waving your hands an being rude to customers. Compassion is what's needed. Approach other right how about I'm sorry between theses hours are for 55 plus you can come back during theses hours.

As stated on the business windows and doors at your Mast Road Pinardsville/ Manchester Nh location.Service would not be provided to anyone NOT WEARING A MASK.I was with my sister, not one employee was wearing a mask along with several customers not wearing masks. After completing our shopping although we have health conditions that make mask wearing difficult, we both wore masks.We were not rude, my sister asked why customers had to wear masks yet the employees didn’t ?Melissa ( heavy set, dark hair, slightly short ) said she was sick of hearing it and talking about it. My sister said to Melissa that this wasn’t an argument she was concerned for the safety of the employees.Then stated what’s the point of the signs ?Melissa responded its corporate idk I can’t answerThat question.Well, seeings only the responsible people wearing masks today were a few customers.We will no longer shop there , Melissa was rude, had an attitude, over all our experience was negative.

Was offered at register by cashier 4 m&m pack peanuts for $1... after purchase, realized they rang up as $4... tried to get a refund but your cashier is inept and tried charging my card another $4. Asked for manager and was refused. He has made it so I will never shop at family dollar again!

Today we had to grab some snacks and the sign on the door said it closed at 7:30 and it was 7:15 and we went up to the door and it was locked. THEY CLOSED A HOLE 15-30 MINUTES EARLY!! We were very mad, and this just shows how untrustworthy this company is. We are never going back and we highly recommend you don’t either.
