I would definitely recommend stopping in, it has just about everything you need. As I'm retiring soon to that area this will be my go to for all my needs. I especially love the milk in the glass bottles from the local dairy, it brings me back to my childhood 😁

Looks like a convenience store, but really a tiny Hannafords. Fair prices, great butcher and baker. Produce section is small but adequate. Good selection of chilled beer. Will save you from the 30 minute round trip to North Conway. The only place we go now.

Cute local store with a hometown feel and hospitality. They have a little of everything which is why we stop by every year. from groceries, deli, camping or picnic necessities, desserts, beverages and that thing you always seem to forget, they've got it. Sweet little find with even more sweet staff!

Perfect little independent grocery store. Everything you need locally and you can stay away from North Conway. You pay a little more, but it is worth it. Staff is very friendly.

Good food but not cheap. Small portions of potato salad and macaroni salad and they can't make bigger sizes. But it's convenient instead of driving 11 miles through North Conway

If you are from out of town, stay away from this place….the sign in front of the deli says they close at 7:00. It was 6:45 and I asked if they were still open…then I saw a small sign that says deli closed…as I walked away some lady with purple hair behind the counter said, “I might as well write it on my forehead that we are closed!” I went to the manager Walter who basically said, “They haven’t had a day off in 5 days.” I explained to Walter “I work three jobs and after 6 years was finally able to afford a couple of days at Story-land with my family and didn’t need to be insulted by someone so unprofessional as this lady with purple hair…He just shrugged his shoulders. As someone who worked at a grocery store for 8 years I have never seen such a circus as this place.

It is a "grocery store" way more than a convenience store but not huge like a supermarket, it is associated with Hannaford supermarket. We found everything we needed for shopping for camping nearby: food; drinks; firewood; atm. The employees were friendly too.

A great and convenient little grocery store. Right on the main drag. Has everything you need for the essentials. Yes the aisles are a little tight compared to the new big grocery stores, but it is worth it to save a trip all the way into North Conway by the malls especially in the summer. As a bonus the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There has never really been anything we couldn't find that we wanted/needed. If you are staying in Bartlett or the Bartlett side of North Conway, I highly recommend making this your grocery store.

Nice grocery stop for North Conway if you want to avoid the outlet area. They have all the essentials plus other things. Prices are fair as well. The bakery is above average. We have been getting the raisin bread here for years, it's a family tradition.

Though it may have a modest storefront, this place was an absolute delight. The wonderful combination of a well stocked-store and helpful, friendly staff should convince you to just stop here for needed groceries post adventures on Mt. Washington.

Decent selection of food/produce/bakery. Good subs and deli staff is great. However VERY rude staff for checkout/cashiers. Walked into the store and was greeted by "what is everyone shopping today" by an employee. Great start! Had the same employee for checkout who was rude and demanding. If there was another store nearby for gorceries go there instead

For the small town of Glen, this is a nice supermarket with fairly good prices and a large selection given the size of the store. We were in the area early August for a family get together and when we went to the store is was mobbed. I image for local residents who don't wish to make the trek into North Conway, this is the go-to spot. And I can see why!

For a small supermarket they have some of everything. I like the variety of baked goods which includes some tasty desserts. A nice wine selection. It amazes me how many things they manage to fit in the space they have. Even some fresh flowers. And yes,cold beer for those who prefer that.

SMALL grocery store that is packed to the hills with variety. I was shocked at the amount fruit, vegetables and meat selection they had. Bakery smelled awesome too. We were staying at Glen Ellis campground when stopping in. Very convenient.

This place is easily the worst supermarket in the North Conway area. I went there with my friends to stock up our cabin and we wanted to grab some beer. The old cashier wouldn’t allow us to buy beer because ONE of the people in our group had left their wallet at the cabin and didn’t have an ID. If we were young kids, I would have understood but everyone in our group clearly appears over 30. This place is an absolute joke and I would never go back. Just stop at the Hannafords in North Conway before you get up there.

What a fantastic place. Great friendly people, this store has one of everything, nice and easy to reach without the in town traffic. I have been going here for over 10 years while on vacation. Highly recommended.

Grant's is without a doubt the best grocery establishment in the Mt. Washington Valley, and maybe even all of New Hampshire. It's absolutely incredible how they have managed to fit such a wide variety of high quality goods in such a compact footprint. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and this grocery store has a local and authentic feeling to it that the larger stores cannot, and will not ever be able to offer. I never looked forward to grocery shopping until I found Grant's, and I am happy to say that as long as I live in the area this is where I will be doing all of my grocery shopping.

I love this store! It is a wonderful, small town grocery store! It has a great deli and bakery and the meat department it fabulous! Great cuts with even better prices! The employees are friendly and though the store is cramped the selection it awesome!

Their staff was incredibly tolerable of mishaps!!! Right before they closed we dropped a gallon of milk right as we walked out the door and it exploded. They smiled and refused our help to clean up. Apparently right before us another person did the same in the parking lot. If you need anything food related this is the place you’ll find it!

Felt like the woman at the counter was biased and possibly racist. The woman at the counter kept staring at me first as if I had shoplifted because I had a brown paper bag in my hand, I told her I had already purchased the stuff and offered to show receipt but she wanted to know which isle I bought it from, I pointed her to the person who had billed my stuff, she then went to confirm from that person but that's not where it ended. She asked for my ID, and asked me if everything was up to date on my license. What does that question mean and what business does a retail store have about asking if my address was up to date? She then scanned my ID without my permission. Why?
