I ignore the door security people. once you pay, legally, you own it, and they have no right to check anything. They should stop self checkout if stealing in that store is an issue. Pay people a living wage, and you would have plenty of cashiers and wouldn't need self checkout. F off I paid for my items.

I was shopping tonight, and the manager Jacob came up to me and asked me to leave the store. I thought he was joking so I asked what was wrong and he said I had "left something in my gray slippers"(I was wearing black ice boots )I asked what it was, and he wouldn't tell me. I asked if he'd watched the video footage, and he said "I will" and told me to leave. I've literally spent thousands there over my lifetime. I deserved a chance to be treated decently. Instead of watching the security footage, which would have cleared me immediately, he chose to publicly humiliate me and throw me out of the store.

There is a gentleman at the service desk that has a ponytail and the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. I watched him swear at two customers for simply requesting assistance. Why they would employ this man and allow him to be in charge of the service desk is beyond comprehension.

I've lived up in the area for a year now. I shop here every week. The store is bright, clean, well stocked. The people are very friendly. I love doing the Self Check Out & seeing Linda & Sharon there. They are always smiling, helpful & super friendly.

I usually enjoy my visits to Walmart. And this time was no exception. They had everything that I was shopping for that day. Sometimes that doesn't happen. I spoke with a couple of employees about the location of some products or if the carried them.Them seemed to be happy to assist me. Greeted me and said have a nice day.

Good place to shop , and get some exercise lol definitely a huge building. And is very nice that service credit Union is there too and the subway is definitely One stop shopping

It's bad policy when employees can go out of their way to harress customers and when you report the abuse, then go shop again the management tells you if you start anything they'll remove you for trespassing. Look at the real evidence, I dunno camera footage maybe?

We regularly select our foods on line and pickup our purchases quickly and efficiently. Walmart now offers to pack your groceries in your reusable bags during your trip. Free of course.

They tend to have a lot of things out of stock often, or misplaced on shelves/racks (could be due to customers being ignorant 🤷).Their produce seems to be of decent quality and they have many options for refrigerated or frozen foods as well.It's Walmart so they have all of the essentials and then some.This particular store is usually short staffed, so do not count on the customer service desk being open until it's regular time. Bless those who are still working even without proper staffing!

Hopefully this reaches Walmart Corporate because I'm close to never shopping at any Walmart again. I don't care if you have a store in every neighborhood so does McDonalds and I boycott that place for sure. So long story short, my brother wanted a Android Tablet so he could play D&D with his Veteran group. He's got anxiety and mental health issues so going to Walmart was a no go. I told him I'd order it on Walmart because they have it in stock "so the website told me that was a lie" there database doesn't update obviously so fix that problem #1. Now he has to wait till Tuesday which wouldn't've of been a problem but that just pissed me off because I really wanted him to get his tablet in time for his first in person game. Walmart and BestBuy should merge companies because those are two companies you can be guarantee wont have it in stock nearby. No wonder Amazon is killing it online and I should of just ordered it on there but even they mess up from time to time which is why I normally go to Wal-Mart because they do have deals on the website if your willing to wait 4-5 days.

I tried to order on the website, it states out of stock. When I went into the store, well, there it was. Low in stock, or out of stock on many items. Signs for aisle description are vague. Not much of a variety. Hard to find gluten free items. On the plus side, the associates at the self check out are very nice & always available when you need help.

Walmart has amazing prices and because of that they are ALWAYS busy so if you know what you want from the get them you're good...produce could use some work but the bakery is yummy!

Their online shopping and curbside pickup is the perfect tool after a long day at work. The wife does the shopping online and sends me to pick it up on my way home from work. Normally time from parking to delivery is about 5 minutes and most of the time it can range under 5 minutes. The delivery staff is amazing and very polite. Thank you for all that you do in all kinds of weather!

It’s 10:48pm and I was at this walmart about 20 mins ago. I go here all the time and i’ve had no problems. I just got kicked out for literally doing nothing. It was me, my brother, and our friend. We were looking around for fun because we had nothing else to do. We were totally chill and wasn’t causing any trouble. This old woman who works there walks up to us and asks “What are you guys doing?” I responded by saying that we were just looking around because that’s what we were doing. She proceeded to tell us that she’s fed up with people like us because there’s been teens causing trouble and spray painting stuff and what not. Check the cams cuh. What the hell were we doing wrong? She left our white boy alone but decided to pick on the darker skin toned people. L gilford walmart worker

Closed 15 minutes early for no actual reason…which is illegal. The manager needs to understand the laws of shutting the public off access to a business earlier than advertised. This is actually illegal. Especially for one of the largest corporations in the world, you’d think they know that, but clearly dropped the ball. The manager clearly needs to go through training again. I’m calling Walmart corporate and reporting this branch as well. Absolutely horrible.

This Walmart in laconia NH has it all. There only problem is an incredibly rude security manager, who treats everyone like a criminal, and she has busted one of the biggest cold cases in history. The person (I will call her Pat) was rude, disgusting, dehumanizing and out right was walking the line to my own civil rights. My cousin who lives there had asked me to go shopping with her. On the way out, we had an issue with the self checkout machine. The assistant helped us and we paid the $300 that was due. Upon exiting Pat asked us if she may ask us a question. We agreed and entered a small office with monitors and no cameras. She locked the door and said the police were coming, and we were shop lifters. I asked how could you say that, and she said that she knew? We told her to recheck every item. It turned out that a $1.50 pen that we bought was not scanned. I told her to look at her monitors, rewind to where we are checking out, and low and behold, there it was. The Walmart assistant scanning it, because we were getting errors. I asked for her manager and was told that she is the boss. I told her,”listen, we spent three hundred dollars, why would we take a pen”, “it’s obviously a mistake, look at the footage”.Well she said we can explain that to the cops. Just then two patrol cars show up. We describe our situation to the police officer, and he looks at her and say,”Are you kidding me”. Well since she called there had to be a report. In which he did not find us guilty of anything.I truly felt as Walmart took the liberty in trying to take my rights away. Well I will never return to any of your stores again. Such a shake for a big store. Maybe you need to respect your customers better.

Super friendly people took extra care of us yesterday as we were clearly not dressed to impress. Although it was very cold and we had not showered we took a chance. They were patient and kind to me and my small children.
