Our dog has been going to groomers in CT and RI for 11 years. She always arrives nervously shaking but leaves with high marks as sweetly giving kisses and agreeable. The Petco groomer kept her 2 hours and called me to get her with only a bath and brush because she was "falling down". I believe the drawn-out timeframe/process and timid groomer were the issues. Don't bring your dog here if you need an experienced groomer.

The groomer met us as soon as we walked in. Macho my dog was taken back right away. Upon picking him up I was able to pay my bill while his ears were drying instead of holding him to pay which made check out easy. She even was kind enough to schedule our next appointment

Crystal was great! She got my pup in for a walking service (nail clipping/buffing and ear cleaning). She explained everything that would happen (as this was my pets first time at a groomers). She apologized for the wait (10 minutes MAX). She got my pooch looking fabulous! And now I can maintain his nails so much easier 😊

Recently started taking one of my dogs there as no one else was taking large (newfie/border mix)dogs within reasonable mileage. He was quite the mess and has skin issues Micah has done an amazing job with him so appreciated I hope she never leaves.

One of my dogs, Annie, is very anxious. Crystal was so great with her, talking to her and keeping her calm while she was being groomed. Annie came out looking good and smelling great.
