Our pup was a rescue from DRU and spent several weeks at Fremont Hosp being cared for by Dr. Audrey and Claire from DRU. Our pup has special place in the heart of Dr. Audrey and our hearts as you all can imagine. Our pup LOVES Dr. Audrey and you can tell that the two of them have a special bond. Dr. Audrey and her staff are professional, compassionate, kind, and we leave our girl with anyone else.

I took my 2 year old cat for her annual visit & distemper shot & nail trim. My cat is super anxious & easily frightened. We arrived on time & were put in a room to wait for the Dr. We waited 45 minutes for them to finally come. They then took her to another room. I finally saw the Dr when she brought her out to me. Dr said We could only clip half her nails because she wouldn’t let them do more. I then stated that she was probably a wreck from the wait them to be taken away from her owner. I told her I live 5 min away & they should have called me to come later if they were to busy. I’m pretty sure if I showed up 45 min late for an appt. they would have turned me away. The best part is they charged me for the few nails they clipped. 😡

I came here for DR baker. He’s an Amazing vet. However I was seen by a different vet my last time for my dog having diarrhea and not normal stools and straining to pee. I called 3 times that day for an estimate and what they were doing. No one could tell me because “the vet had to do the costs and they’d get back to me” no one ever got back to me and in the end it was over $800. I was disgusted and extremely turned off by this experience. Now they are implying my dog has cancer and I should get more expensive tests. It is unethical to do what you want and not communicate cost to your clients. I felt used.

I love her staff Jody - Ingrid in the Techs are great!!! pinecone had an accident in her pet carrier and the technicians were so nice about cleaning her up. It was awesome and I appreciate the time they took to do it. She was nice and soft smell nice and clean and very much appreciated.

Our cat Willow got the best possible care, and she was gentle and patient with us when we came forward with numerous questions. By keeping us so informed, she made a very tough decision an easy one. We chose Fremont Animal Hospital based on a recommendation from a friend for our new puppy. We were very happy with the experience. Everyone in the office that we met were very kind. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable with the breed (Yorkshire terrier). We asked questions a-z, some even considered silly ones, but were never made to feel silly. We are happy we choose this Veterinarian!
