Nice sized store, not too big or small. This makes shopping alot easier. I'm old fashioned but decided to go against my stubbornness and tried the hannaford to go, now I'm hooked. Very convient and reasonably affordable. Clean store and friendly employees.

Great selection, always very clean, fully stocked and ample registers open to keep things moving. Usually not at all crowded. Fantastic bakery as well.Overall I find it a much more pleasant shopping experience than Market Basket.

This is my daily favorite store to visit.Employees are so friendly.Prices are fair, food is so fresh. In-store bakery, great beer and wine section.Update.As of April 16 2024Prices went up again,little higherCoffee,produce,bread,half &half,potato chips sugar ,beer,milkDistilled water runs out fast on shelf,empty half the time.But we do have a new pharmacy bigger,more employees,faster medicine refills.

Check your receipt against your bank charge, folks! I went through the self check on Mar 25. My Debit card bank statement shows I was charged twice, a duplicate charge. I contacted customer service and they refunded me.

I got a text that my RX was ready Last Tuesday. Plans to go away so I notified them when I’d be back. Day after I return, not even ready! Excuse, system update tonite. Really? This is probably the third or 4th time RXs not ready. What gives in this pharmacy?? Certain can’t rely on them

Hannaford has a donation box, for books, and we were able to donate over 40 children's books, they ask for a dollar per book, and it helps local families.

I bought the cook chicken at my local Hannaford, franklin. They had some at $1 off. My guess they were cooked hours ago. So I bought one that didn't have the discount thinking that would be the best choice for dinner. I was wrong! Over cooked and dry! Never again will buy my cooked chicken at Hannaford.

We live in an age wherein quality and great customer service have all but dissappeared! Our Hannford here in Franklin stands out as a great example of a friendly and helpful place to do business! In the aisles, at the various service counters, at the pharmacy, and at the checkouts, these people are great at their jobs.If you like friendly staff..if you appreciate helpful associates with great attitudes and infinite patience with customers, come to Franklin Hannaford! If you don't care about all that, I don't know, go to walmart or somewhere they treat the associates like dirt. Hannaford is awesome. The prices are only okay, but the service is worth it.We've actually made several long-term friends because of the ease of interaction and friendliness of the employees.

The parking lot was clear of shopping carts not too crowded and my mother-in-law went inside and shopped and she was out in 15 minutes she said the prices were great the produce looked good and she will be shopping there more often.The produce is fresh too! The prices are a little higher than I would like.

Good clean store, not super noisy or busy which was great for me. Haven't been to this one before, and I needed help finding something. First person I spoke with was very friendly and helped me find what I needed right away.The bakery was nicely organized and very tidy.I always try to do my shopping at a Hannaford store, they have the things I like and the prices are good. I also really like the quality of the meats they have. This store was no exception, and I'll probably swing by again if I'm ever in the area.

This is for the Hannaford in Franklin NH.Your shelf are always stocked ,meat counter is the best .There's never a bunch of employees in the isles stocking the shelfs.Pheasant employees.It's just a all around awesome store.

The management is eager to please & the store has incredible variety: that includes natural/organic foods. If you don't see it on the shelf, they can usually order it. Extensive beer & wine, fine foods & all your party food needs! Their meat & seafood is always fresh, as is the produce. An added boon is that they stock locally grown foods, especially in the summer! The Bakery features cakes, cookies, artisan bread & it's fresh!The employees are friendly & helpful. You can order ahead online for a small fee & the order will be there to pick up when they say it will.We have been using the Pharmacy here for almost 20 years; the staff is respectful & professional.We love our local Hannaford & shop there exclusively! We've always been more than satisfied.

It's a truly wonderful local supermarket with friendly staff and a very good selection for the size of the market it serves. All my complaints are minor, like how they prepackage deli item in reusable bags then seal em up so that you have rip the bag open and use one of your own zip lock bags. If that's my big problem then life is good.

This is a great Hannaford. Clean and well stocked, even the bathroom is typically clean & well stocked. Friendly & helpful staff.Great prices on merchandise, as well as a great selection. The produce is generally great here. They even highlight locally grown produce!Lines aren't an issue. Even when crowded, they move quickly.

Fair prices on most items. Prices are even better when you sign up online/app for their deals and promotions. You don't have to physically cut or carry coupons with this program. Just use your app and or enter your telephone number to receive specials and earn a percentage of what you spend at each shopping trip. Great quality and variety of produce.

Super clean, noticed they changed some things around, looks inviting. I was going to buy the 3pk peppers but a lot of them had mold inside the packages. It would of been nice for the cashier would of greeted me also.

Though selections are down and prices are up, Hannaford's remains the place to go. Excellent staff and quality products really DO lessen the cost pains. Always friendly and engaging, the people there are top notch.
