Went to the pharmacy for my daughter. Havent been to CVS in awhile. Usually go to Rite Aid. Had conflicting insurance while using the drive through. Happens often because of my insurance through the VA. I was politely asked to come inside to sort things out. Felt the staff went out of their way to help me with my issue. I think the primary one that helped me was Zoe, and another that I didnt get the chance to see her tag. Anyways, they went above and beyond. Super helpful. I am most definitely going to change to have my scripts to go here.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. Refused to look into an order that my Dr sent in two days ago. Said they would have to resend. They shoud have offered to call.

Store is clean easy to pull in pull out. Has every thing prices cheep in bad area so hard on. Prescriptions. Etc.

Helpful staff. Many coupons. They didn't have my spouse's Adderall in stock but I did get some delicious popcorn so it wasn't a total loss.

We had a incident yesterday at the pharmacy that angered both my elderly mother and myself. We told them we were there for a flu shot for her and was told they'd be with her when they could 3 of them, no customers). Then pharmacist said do you have an appointment? No, we'll fit you in, just wait. Not a chair in sight so her heart starts flip flopping. Finally a woman comes over, puts birthdate (1940) into computer and informs her they don't have any senior flu vaccine which she could have been told 5 minutes earlier! Thankfully Rite Aid is close and they were awesome. Very disappointed in CVS service!

Pharmacy staff at the Franklin CVS are always helpful and very pleasant. They are willing to do additional work to help you out when needed which you dont often find these days.I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Pharmacy employees very rude. Lookin to get my COVID test done right away not know how to set up and appointment or whatever. I asked about it and they told me to go online. I asked if anywhere could get me in sooner and was told “I don’t know you’d have to call around” I thanked them for their time and was cut off mid sentence cause they hung up on me

Stay away from this store manger Amanda and her husband . Like to take pics of customers talk trash about them on social media. They take pics then call people junkies ect .

Always friendly and courteous, the staff is ready willing and able. I get my prescriptions here and find the CVS brands to be a great alternative to the big name brands.
