The owner has kept the charm and reputation of the previous owner. You will be greeted with warm smiles when you enter the door, and treated like Royalty!! You will leave with THE cutest/unique gifts, a BIG smile on your face, and a warm heart!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I needed to buy a baby shower gift but I didn’t have time to come into the store. The owner, Cara did a FaceTime call with me. She walked me around the shop, showed me items, took her time and helped me pick out the perfect things for the gift. She was kind and patient. The selection was amazing. So many beautiful clothes and toys and other goodies. I made my purchase and she shipped it for me complete with gift wrap. So easy! Amazing customer service. I would 10/10 shop here again.

I wish this shop was closer to me so I could enjoy being in this precious little store more! I found Puddlejumpers when visiting a friend in Exeter and just fell in love with everything about it! Grabbed a few precious things for my own boys and can’t wait to shop the website for gifts in the future. The staff and owners all seem to put a great deal of pride into how they run things and I have ALWAYS had wonderful interactions with them, even if by phone. ❤️❤️

I went in two weeks ago to pick out gifts for newborn twins. I was with my daughter, who wanted to find *just* the right gifts. The owner was very warm, friendly and attentive to us. She made recommendations and helped us pick the perfect gifts, and then boxed and gift wrapped them beautifully. I would highly recommend the store.

I shop quite often at Puddle Jumpers since I now have a grandchild and another on the way. The owner is friendly and always so helpful. She makes you feel very welcome. If you are looking for something unique with quality items for all ages, this is the place to go. It’s also set in beautiful downtown Exeter overlooking the river. I highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

I'm absolutely in love with this shop! Everything in here is THE CUTEST. I don't have children, but I have little family and friends that I like to buy gifts for. Sometimes I don't know what to get, but the staff is super kind and helpful. The hardest part is making a decision! Oh, and they will wrap for you, which is so helpful, especially if you're a last minute shopper like me!

I went to Puddlejumpers just after they remodeled the store. It was beautiful inside with custom cabinetry and new displays. The woman in the shop was very nice and welcomed me to the new shop. I found wonderful gifts for the new grand nephew and it was custom wrapped for me too. Definitely going back.

What an absolutely adorable store! The exceptional service I received exceeded all my expectations. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, and I swear it felt like I had made a friend by the time I left. I'll be the first to admit that I am a picky and indecisive shopper, but they were so patient and helpful, ensuring I walked out with exactly what I was looking for -- even though I walked in having no idea what I was looking for!! They are THAT good! This shop is exactly why I shop small and local whenever I can -- you simply do not get this kind of service in those big name box stores! Put Puddlejumpers at the top of your list the next time you are in the market for affordable, quality children's clothes and gifts...you will be happy you did!

Puddlejumpers is a charming and enchanting children's store. It is owned by one of the kindest, most loving famlies I know!! The owner, Cara, has a heart of gold. She works alongside her children at Puddlejumpers. Cara treasures her shop and works enthusiastically to ensure products are top-notch as well as the shop itself. My daughter adores everything we've come across on the Puddlejumpers website. She even has her own cart saved up, "it's all so adorable" she says. We highly recommend Puddlejumpers for both hospitality and merchandise!!

Received some expert advice and help from the shop owner when purchasing gifts for a new baby. After choosing a lovely little outfit, I found an adorable dress in a larger size for when the baby would likely be grown and walking. I wanted to get a couple of pair of tights, and matching colors is not my strength. After going through the available colors without finding something perfect, the owner dug into some boxes that had arrived and found just what we were looking for. This personal attention is why I love the shops in downtown Exeter.

I was SO excited to enter this beautifully renovated space a couple months ago! It was a perfect little beehive of toys and clothing! I spoiled the dickens out of my new niece (proud 1st time Auntie!), but I was anxious about her growing out of things before summer when it may be safe for them to visit from California. The owner was super sweet and packaged it all up in a shipping box, wrapped it and then wrapped it again for the post office so it was ready to go in the mail! Took all the stress out of saving it or sending it and it arrived cute as a button in California! Thanks Puddle Jumpers for being there for my first in person shopping trip in a year!

Puddle jumpers is a timeless, whimsical children’s boutique that offers everything imaginable for the littles in your life. The owner, Cara, has taken tremendous pride on operating the store efficiently - the upgraded shelving is beautiful, the unique, handmade artwork displayed throughout the store is charming, the clothing is simply adorable, and her window displays alone are works of art. You can feel the love in the store. Highly recommend for everyone, for every occasion - even just window shopping!

This shop! You are in for such a treat. I’m not a Mama, but I have a lot of Littles in my life that I love to spoil. Puddlejumpers has something for everyone - and then some! The staff was kind, full of smiles, and helpful. I believe it’s family owned too! The store is decorated so cute. And the shop mascot is absolutely adorable! (I personally think the only thing missing from the shop might be stuffed animal exact replicas of their muppet mascot!) I definitely plan to make a trip in again soon. Spring = matching rain boots and umbrellas for all the babes!

Wonderful children’s store! I have shopped here many times over the years, with the old owners and the new ones, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. This is my go to place to shop when someone I know is having a baby or a child I know is having a birthday. Quality merchandise and great customer service!

Puddlejumpers is such a bright and cheerful shop! I love all the changes Cara and her kids made while businesses were closed due to COVID. The clothes, toys, and books are adorable and unique. Cara is incredibly kind and helpful and I am counting down the days until her online shop opens since I am now so far away.

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give it a go! This shop is adorable! I was greeted by a lovely woman who was so kind and offered to help me. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the store, the selection and the prices! Very happy with the quality of my purchase!

The owner is such a sweet lady. It's a great little store. 10/10 recommend! I'm not sure where the negative reviews came from. I think they might be confused about which store they went to. There's no way the owner of this one was rude, she's a breath of fresh air!As a side note, if someone only has one review in their history and it's negative, makes you wonder why, right?

I was visiting family in the area back in January and looking for a few places to shop. Despite the mixed reviews, I tried this place out. OH MY GOODNESS, it's the cutest little place ever with the sweetest staff!! I have told my family in the area to spread the word about this small, adorable shop. I would HATE for it to go out of business because it's just so charming!

Puddlejumpers is the cutest shop in downtown Exeter with a staff that goes above and beyond and an owner who is incredibly talented at her displays and a genuine and lovely person. Her selection of quality baby and children's wear is unique and beautiful. Not at all pricey for similar quality merchandise.

Every single time I shop there, I am greeted by warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond! This past Christmas I ordered a Loog guitar for my youngest that got delayed due to the shipping issues around the world during the Covid pandemic. I mentioned this to Cara while grabbing last minute stocking stuffers and she insisted I just take one of hers while I wait for mine to arrive, and then just to bring mine to her store whenever it finally got to me. Not to mention she has given several little Dino eggs to my son while we shop just because she noticed the twinkle in his eye while he waits for me to make my purchases. Truly a wonderful store who my husband even likes to come inside along with me! Forever a customer!
