Was a pleasure visiting this up and coming pet store. They specialize in reptiles and aquaria but may have other animals, I'm not sure. We purchased two beautiful Jackson's Chameleons. They take amazing care of their animals. Every single tank was immaculate and every animal there was healthy and robust. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very glad we made our purchase here.

They are doing some great work with rescuing animals in need, but I did see some concerning things when I went in. A couple cages had no water bowl, or the bowl was dry. A few large snakes had tiny bowls that the animals couldn't fit in to soak. A few animals has stuck shed and appeared to be dehydrated. Many cages had feces, and not all animals were on appropriate substrates.On the upside, the cages were generally spacious, and most of them had good hides/coverage/branches. There were a few that needed work. The animals looked well fed, and for the most part they all appeared to be healthy.

I booked them for my 10-year-old's birthdat party and they never showed up. I ahve tried to contact them and they either keep me on hold and never pick up or they don't answer.

Went in to visit and they were very nice fed the gators. Will definitely go back again.
