You can't beat the generous hours of the place, open til 10pm, even on a Monday night when a significant amount of local shops are closed all day on Monday (and some on Tuesday!) I wish they consistently carried more local produce and meat, so I always stock up on those things at the farmers markets. They do consistently carry local lef farms lettuce, Olde Craft Bakery bread, Maine potatoes, a grass feel beef from MA, and local squash/blueberries/strawberries only in season. The only thing I don't buy here ever is ice cream, as it seems to never be on sale! My favorites are their magazine selection, their bakery's parisien bread, and homemade chocolate chunk cookies. Very nice cashiers and baggers too. The coupons on the app are very good!

This location has a stir fry station (you pick and they cook) which was not just reasonably priced but kind of a bit of a deal. It also has a hot foods bar (hours vary). No soup station anymore BUT they also have a customer 'kitchen' which is really just an eating area with a microwave. Love it! Thanks, Hannaford!

It’s only a grocery store.Or is it?!Wow. Hannaford has nice stuff doesn’t it?I’m not just talking about the terrific, friendly and helpful staff. The Hannaford brand food items, such as the salmon burgers or even fruit popsicles.And it’s always clean!I have one negative comment, which does not affect my rating or opinion of this location since it is not the fault of the employees.Upper management should do something about that dim and unsightly Hannaford cafe that sits there looking depressing. Paint over it at least. You don’t serve smoothies!I’ll give 5 stars and avert my eyes.

Just popped in to pick up some decongestant. This is a very nice store. Large pharmacy section. I thought that the overall layout was much nicer than the Hooksett / North Manchester store.

Realize that staffing is not optimal at many places, but this was the third time I went thru either the 14 or less line (with many more items) or thru the self check out (which I firmly do NOT support)....and, unfortunately I have found the prices at my favorite grocery store have risen beyond my comfort level and I will be shopping elsewhere

I am so extremely impressed with the Pharmacy at this location. Pharmacists; Heather & Colin are very through, explain medications very well and are conscientious in their over all positions. Brenden, a Pharmacy tech, is also quick to serve & is very personable. Makes a world of difference when a Pharmacy knows their products/ info & goes the extra mile to be sure it is correct, and explained to the patient. Definitely recommend!

Had a few minutes to stop in. I don't usually go there because of the distance I have to drive to get there. I got some great buys! The staff was exceptional! Wish I lived closer! My only downside was some things we're a little too expensive.

It's like an enclosed metropolis lol Huge. Great if you know your way around, although the signage is pretty user friendly. I was extremely impressed with the wide selection of foods in every category, as opposed to most other grocery chains and even Walmart. Produce, baked goods and Deli appear fresh and delicious. Their prices are on the high side, but worth it if you can afford it.A little disappointed I didn't see any electric carts for elderly/shaky Mom, and upon checking out, the cashier was pressing my Mom for exact change, reluctant that she had to break the extra $5 - she could have easily reached into the spare change dish for that.All in all though, highly recommend this grocery store.

This is my go to market. Convient location with well stocked assortments and clean shopping environment ( unlike a well known competitor close by).Very good produce, deli, meat and fish departments.Wide aisles and smiling, helpful associates can lighten the chore of grocery shopping.

The person bagging my food for the week only was willing to grunt at me. His bagging of my items was similar. I needed to wash my high priced veggies because they were bagged with my raw chicken. I am sad because things are not right. Maybe you should start the Aldi way and pay a quarter for your cart and give it back when you return your cart?

Took me having to go to customer service to get my question answered. Even though I've asked a couple of people who work there, they just kept walking by me. Not too happy about that but customer service very friendly and was able to help me right away.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I feel like I'm among good neighbors. the store doesn't feel crowded unlike the other food store in the area. The prices are moderate and there are a variety of items including organic and grutin free items.

Had to use the Pharmacy to fill a script for Carol. First time using. Found the clerk very helpful and kind. The Pharmacist on duty was equally helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this outlet opposed to the big box pharmacy's in the area. Price point was also great.

I love their meat counter! If I need a special cut of meat, and it's not on the aisle, they'll cut it for me. If they don't have what I need, I can order it and pick up in a few days.And their produce department is great! If I only need a couple of carrots or stalks of celery, they usually have just what I need, so I don't have to buy an entire bag.The only drawback is I find most of their prices higher than Market Basket

This Hannaford's is fantastic. Choices here are in abundance from prepared foods and a cozy eating area if you choose to eat there. The produce and bakery items are all fresh and local. The store is very well kept, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Still top on my list of grocery stores.

Store is clean. The employees are helpful. The produce is usually in great shape. There is a great selection, but you won't be able to find exotic stuff. Usually not too busy, and the lines are totally manageable as well.

It's a great store. Produce is always fresh. Flowers and plants are always amazing and fresh! If you have their app you can save a lot of money with coupons and at the end of each quarter they pay out what you earned in rewards for buying their products. The coupons are great! A lot of the time you get free items to try them and some coupons are tailored to you and what you buy anf I always see lots of vendors coupons for household items like detergent and other laundry items, tissues, paper goods, febreeze or other like items ect.. and then a lot of personal care items like deodorant, lotions, shampoos & conditioners, lady products(tampons. Pads, ect), and a lot of food coupons and on good brands too not just their brands!! You just check every day for new coupons to clip and then they will be there for when you enter your phone number at checkout and they will automatically apply. Its great! Plus you get the deals other customers wouldn't by being a rewards member. Overall prices are up and down. They have good deals but some things can be more expensive than other places and some things are cheaper. Depends on the day. Hope this helps someone. 😊 Hannaford is my go to grocery store!The only con is that they can be out of a lot of popular items a lot of the time.

Relatively clean but lacks in the meat department. The ToGo is an amazing opportunity but they fail to provide the quality produce you might select for yourself and always seem to have availability problems. If you just need a few things at competitive prices it's an OK supermarket to pop in to but I don't recommend doing your weekly shopping requirements here.

Very ckean, neat and organized store. It wasn't over crowded. Customers were friendly. Staff went out of their way to ask if you were finding what you needed. They engaged in friendly discussion. It was my first time at this location and I couldn't find a carriage so I asked one of the guys bagging groceries and he was just finishing up an order. He told me I could use a carriage near him and ran to get me a sanitized cloth to wipe down the handle. I was very relieved and impressed with his kindness. The cashier was also helpful when the register didn't accept my rewards phone number. She retyped the number and waited patiently as the computer was running slow and it worked! Good thing because my order was over $300! I only shop every 2-3 weeks because I care for a sick family member. Thanks to all the hard workers at the Exeter Hannaford for a great experience!

Hannaford To Go has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I never thought I'd like people selecting my fresh produce but I'm never disappointed! Everyone is very nice and polite too! Between shopping like this and visiting local farms I don't think I'll ever shop inside a grocery store again! Time saver for sure!!!

This is the first time I have been there. Store was cleaned well-staffed and followed CDC guidelines. They had some nice buys on certain items. A few things are a little pricey but overall great shopping experience.
