LL Cote has anything and everything one would need for any outdoor activity... Fishing, hunting, MTN biking, camping, maybe not backpacking except for some freeze dried food, ... Clothing for women, men, and children, a children's toy section, excellent books on local history and NH, there's a small grocery store with basics and even a little restaurant that smelled good. They carry basic food like cheese and beer ...The service was excellent.The store is beautiful with taxidermy from around the world. I never realized that a moose is so big ... It's a wonderful experience and I look forward to going again!

L L Cote is a great outdoor store that also has some home decor products. Very similar to a Cabela's. Hunting goods are on the second floor. Lots of outdoor clothing! There is also a hardware store attached!

If you are up in NH this far, it’s a great stop. We were white water rafting close by and stopped in. They have everything you could possibly need for camping, outdoors, hunting, clothing, whatever it is-they have it. Plenty of food and a deli there as well, with a small grocery store all in one. I had a slice of pizza that was pretty good. Gassed up and managed to not hit a moose as well.

By happenstance, I visited Errol, NH on April 15, 2023, as part of the first week of vacation; my road trip through VT, NH & ME with my second week being spent near Santa Monica, California. I discovered that LL Cote had personal protection products upstairs, specifically Sabre Red gel for runners (has the Velcro strap). It was the right size (pocket-sized) for what I was requiring. I didn't imagine that today (April 19th), I would find myself having to use that spray to assist a lady who was being cornered by a violent subject in a mental crisis at the Santa Monica Metro Light Rail Station. She was cornered and I was the only other person who walked up, and she yelled for help. The mental subject drew his attention to me, and after some choice words and escalation on his part, Sabre Red OC gel was deployed in both of his eyes for maximum effectiveness. The subject quickly backed off, and the lady got on the light rail car safely moments after. Though this incident occurred across the country from Errol, NH, I felt compelled to mention it in this review because I COMMEND the owners of this company who amongst other things have a comprehensive line of personal protection and defense products available at VERY REASONABLE PRICES. I fully expected higher prices considering this store is located in the middle of The Great North Woods, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how competitively priced most of their items were compared to larger retail markets. I will most certainly visit this location again as I plan on returning to New England to do more relaxing road trips in the near future. Thank you.

Had a couple of friends visiting. We spent an hour and a half in the store and still want to go back. Plenty to look at and great gift ideas for all occasions. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. We walked to the store and bought too much to carry back home with us and they were nice enough to hold on to all our packages to be picked up later in the day.

They have LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I will not say they have the best prices on everything, but i am sure everything cost more to get in this small area. I lived in this area for many years, and LL Cotes is a staple in the community. Fun place, and it is something to do in an area where there is next to nothing.

This place is amazing. The front is very deceiving. It is way way bigger once you step inside. It's huge and in the middle of nowhere but they pretty much everything you need for outdoor recreation, sport, home furnishings, camping, hiking etc. They have a 2nd building just down the road labeled as there "Outlet". It has limited hours but is well worth the visit. I was visiting mid week, and the main building parking lot was jammed with all kinds of atv, utv, side by sides, pick ups, cars, ton of motorbikes/cruisers. The store was buzzing busy. Now I have made the time to visit, and I'll be stopping way more often as I pass thru to ME.

I recently purchased a product online from a seller who, unfortunately, employed deceptive tactics when it came to displaying images. The images used by the seller showcased a completely different item than what was actually received. This glaring disparity between expectation and reality left me thoroughly disappointed with my experience.The images presented by the seller were vibrant, well-lit, and showcased a product that appeared to be of high quality. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find an item that bore no resemblance to the one in the images. The color, design, and even the features were vastly different from what had been advertised.This misleading representation not only shattered my confidence in the seller but also resulted in wasted time and effort. I had chosen this item based on its appealing visuals, only to find myself in possession of something entirely different and unappealing. The experience was not only frustrating but also undermined the trust I had initially placed in the seller's professionalism and product quality.As a customer, I value transparency and honesty when it comes to online purchases. This unfortunate encounter has taught me to be extra cautious and skeptical of product images that seem too good to be true. It also serves as a reminder of the importance of reading reviews and seeking out authentic feedback from other buyers before making a purchase.In conclusion, the stark contrast between the images provided by the seller and the actual item received left me thoroughly disappointed. Love this store. Many awesome outdoors equipment ,fishing gear, ammo, guns gift items clothing , stopped for gas and trash was everywhere . Probably should empty trash before leaving for the day. Looks really dirty. Sad cause stores great.

First visit yesterday (Nov, 2021)... I'm impressed!!! Excellent little gem hidden in the hills, well stocked with everything from socks, footwear, gifts and maple syrup, to guns, hard to find ammunition and archery gear. Superb traditional archery and Crossbow selection (including top of the line Bear recurves & Excalibur Crossbows). Well worth the scenic drive!

Over the years the customer service, particularly in the firearms dept has gone downhill. It is very hard to get assistance when shopping for a firearm or related items. No one approaches you to ask if they can show you something. each visit is at least 30-40 min before you have to go ask for help at register where the few clerks congregate. often the sales clerks are busy talking with "tire kickers" and telling stories. The clerks are not very knowledgeable as the turn over rate is high. The clerks that are there for longer periods, do not engage customers who look like they need assistance. they park at checkout counter and stay there. I had a rude and demeaning experience from a CLERK, recently in the presence of other customers. The prices are at least 10-20+% higher than any other sport shops, and even more than that than on line gun shops. It is a good place to "check out" a firearm, opticd or related items, then order from on line for much less, including the shipping and transfer. The lighting is dim, and the sales help is not very helpful and in short supply. The fishing depth is well stocked, FREINDLY, and helpful. The clothing and shoe dept. are also very expensive. This store is no KTP. or Bass pro. etc. There are many other alternatives for sporting goods within a short drive. I suppose they exist for the transient and vacation customers rather than regular local area customers. You will be wasting your time and pay much more than you would on line. Do not be confused that this store is a destination. It's ok for last minute have to have at any price items period.

Talk about a store, I'm in love. We spent thousands here. New hunting bows, socks, shirts, jackets, we found everything we needed for hunting, and even gifts for friends. Prices were very good, and the staff was awesome in every department. Jamie, in the bows department knew it all. He explained everything, set up the arrows, demonstrated the bows...we were all set. It was an exciting day. That whole place seems to have experts to work in each department. Boy, what a great experience we had there...the location is breathtaking. We will be going back, a lot!

Awesome place to visit on ATVs or otherwise. We make our annual trip every summer and sometimes a few times of we’re feeling like taking a scenic trip. Prices on everything is very reasonable considering how far our in the boonies you are and the cost to truck / ship the goods there. The store is packed with a huge selection of anything an outdoor family would need or want. If not for Covid, I’d highly suggest trying the homemade fudge but it’s not being sold at the moment. Definitely get you some if we’re ever back to normal again! Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is well organized and extremely clean. Definitely check it out.

This is a cool multiple business setup in Errol, NH. I stopped in for some maps of Umbagog Lake and quickly found them. They have a large selection of hunting and fishing gear too which I didn't need, but I can easily see why people like to shop here. There are a wide variety of products. They sell a lot of various clothing for outdoor activities too if you need that. Hunting and fishing licenses can also be purchased here quickly.

I bought some souvenirs here for my boss and family. They have a great selection. They also sell hunting and camping gear, boots, clothing, and had some great discount t-shirts and sweatshirts. The cashier was nice too! Will revisit this summer with the family.

I have come to the store for a long time and appreciate the variety of merchandise that is available there. I have to travel 45 minutes from my house to get there. But I have to say that today I walked in the door and the first thing that I saw were politically divisive, polarizing statements on clothing and boldly displayed where you could not miss them. I found it very disheartening , offensive and certainly not welcoming. I walked out of the door and then placed a call to the owner, who said “sorry you feel that way” and hung up on me. Again, very disheartening and made me sad. It’s a shame this establishment has chosen to mix politics and business to a store that is allegedly open to the general public.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful.This morning I hit the trails early & realized my helmet was broken & leaking -15⁰ air... I went back to wait in their parking lot till they opened but they invited me in & helped me fix my helmet.I've always enjoyed visiting this store but they reached a whole new level in my book today.
