I stayed with friends for two nights in April for the eclipse weekend. We didn't want to leave. The owner, Michelle, is incredibly friendly and hard-working. Our 2 rooms were so clean, had the cutest decorations, temperature control, and a decent size refrigerator. We're already thinking about coming back in the summer or fall for outdoors activities.

I did not stay at this motel. However, I was just passing by with my family and the road 26 was closed due to weather our phones lost service and we had no signal. We stopped by and talked to the lady in the office who was super nice and helped us with directions to alternate route she also allows us to connect to her wifi to get a picture of our location and how to get to the next major town.Her dog was also nice 👍We made it safe and sound to our destination and we can’t thank you enough for all your help.

I am grateful to have the opportunity for another stay at Errol Motel! Each room has a different decorative theme (number 7 is bears), the hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the motel is right off the main road in town (easy to find and get to).Rooms: The #7 room has 2 double sized beds, a mini fridge, a desk, a TV w/ remote, and private bathroom with a stand-up shower.Walkability: From the motel, you are within walking distance to stores, a pub/restaurant, the post office, and the river.

Such a nice place to stay! We did a camping road trip in July up through the northeast and got seriously rained out one night. Luckily Matt and Michelle had one room open for us that night. They are the type of people that instantly become your friend! Wish all business owners could be like them. My two boys were very excited to see some moose and Matt put us in the right place along with giving each of my boys a couple old moose antlers he had found. We thank you very much for your hospitality!

The Errol Motel is a great cozy motel that is in really great shape and the location was critical for us last week since my truck alternator stopped working a few miles from town (in the middle of the thirteen mile woods on our way to Saddleback to go skiing for the week) and we eeked our way to Errol and found the Errol Motel when we really needed a place to stay. The owner’s, Michelle and Matt, were some of the friendliest, nicest people that I have ever met. They helped us out in our hour of need in ways I can’t ever describe!! They put us in touch with Norm (another great guy) who had the only garage in the area and he was able to fix our truck once he was able to get the parts a day later. They bended over backwards in amazing ways to help us and they basically saved our vacation. We didn’t even miss a day of skiing!!! I will never forget them!!! It is so great to know there still are some really nice people in this world who want to help others. I highly recommend a stay at the Errol Motel if you want a great mountain experience and you want to meet some great people. Their dog, Bailey will be glad to meet you too!! Five Stars to Michelle, Matt and the Errol Motel!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😃😃😃😃😃👍👍👍👍👍

The motel is basic...however I've stayed here on many occasions.Have you ever rose out of bed and walked out the front and you're left with a chair and butts.Well this is now nice and with the creature comforts of a small deck area to absorb the easterly rising sun.Missing...a coffee maker!!!Owner was accommodating and nice over the phone.All was clean and comfortable.Location...1 star,but 5 if you live in Boston and want forget what a car beep sounds like or a passing fire truck.7 moose in one hour.

Stayed here in the winter. Super cozy inside. The room was nice and warm and smelled like a toasty cabin. The perfect place to come back to after a long day working outside.The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and updated and the shower had great water pressure.My room had a little kitchen that was nice and included a sink, hot plate, coffee, and I think a microwave.

We had an amazing stay and experience! The owners were EXTREMELY accommodating! When we arrived to the motel on snowmobiles, the only gas station and place for food was open for another 6 minutes, Kris and Mark made us take their own truck down to the store so we could make it in time! Not looking at our room before, we grabbed a frozen pizza among other things (rookie mistake) when we arrived back, Kris saw our pizza and offered to cook it in their own oven - not to be outdone by her husband who brought it to our door!We ride this area several times a year, and we will only stay at the Errol Motel moving forward!Great place, even better people!

We stayed in a dog-friendly room. The rooms are clean, have mountain charm and very comfortable. They are a little bit on the small side. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay there again. Also there is no tub just a shower and the shower is small

Columbus Day weekend was our first time staying here and we LOVED it! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We frequently stay in the area (Gorham) and ride to L.L Cote on our RZR, and never realized what we were missing in just walking distance, The Errol Motel! The themed rooms were a fun surprise and Camo, their super friendly, adorable dog we got to say hi to was definitely a plus. I look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Very clean and well equipped. Owners Kris and Mark are very friendly and helpful. Location is very handy for fly fishing the Androscoggin River - easy walk to the good spots. Also handy for ATV riders.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. You couldn't ask for better service from the owners. Even though the rooms we small, they were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We are planning on returing in a month or so andwouldn't want to stay at any other place, unless it is the cottages up the road that are also owned by the same people. I would definitely rate this motel and the service 3/3.
