Training Review! I have never had a bad experience at this store with the friendly and helpful staff, but my greatest experience has been the training classes with Nadia. I adopted a young mixed breed pup and while I have 40+years of dog ownership, I was stumped by Ruthie. Now our bond is strengthened, she is happier and feels more secure, and I understand how to effectively communicate with her. We have just graduated the advanced classes and I can't wait to see what is in her future.

We just finished the 6 week puppy class with Nadia. It was fantastic. There aren't enough words to describe how much of a positive experience it was for us and our dog. Her approach is both positive and constructive and helps to create a strong bond with your young dog that will last a life time!

I brought my dog in for a nail trim. I got the amazing groomer named Amber, I had told her that my dog doesn’t do the best with nail trimming and told her not to push him because I didn’t want it to be traumatic for him. She was patient and got his nails trimmed in no time! She even figured out that it he liked the file more than the nail clippers! I will now be going back to her to get his nails trimmed every time! Thank you Amber!!

Just had the worst service at this location. Was asked if I wanted a add on for special shampoo for $5. Was charged 18.98. Caught his nail on a hook so after that he was not going to let them. I have had plenty of good experience with them as well. Today was not.

We have been taking our dog here for at least a year to get his nails trimmed and had mostly positive experiences. But it only takes one bad time. When I went today, the groomer was clearly very inexperienced and cut my dogs nail so short it started bleeding and wouldn’t stop. It had to be bandaged and I was told “it should stop in a couple hours.” Completely unacceptable, as I could see my dog was well behaved during the time he was in there. As an already highly anxious dog, I will certainly not be bringing him back here.

WORST experience ever at a pet store. Why advertise you sell fish if you wont actually sell them.Sorry but what sense does it make to say you can buy a fish to put in a 20 gallon tank when they are currently in one much smaller. Instead of selling them to people to give them a home you’d rather watch them all die (saw at least 15 dead fish floating around the tanks today).Not sure how this place is possibly able to continue to sell pets when they can’t even meet the standards that they are telling their customers they have to meet.

I should have known to even bother trying this place in Epping the lady of management is so rude they didn't even want to call to verify my pets shots when I walked outside the store I called to verify them they sent them right to my email no problem I'll choose to go somewhere else thank you ignorant people for opening my eyes took place where I will not choose to do my business with our kennel.

These guys are knuckleheads. Scheduled an appt for my Bichon to be groomed. I get there and they refused to see her because she had a skin infection on her paws. I told them I was already aware and that she already been taken to the vet. That wasn’t good enough. They still refused. I took my dog to the emergency animal hospital and after $325, they told me to keep up the good work of handling her issues at home and they prescribed a mild anti inflammatory. So I’m short, my dog wasn’t groomed and I spent $325 for a vet to to tell me I was doing a good job. After 8 years of taking my dog to PetSmart, I’m done due to 2 worker bees that have no idea what they are doing. What a shame.

Took my girl Nan for an afternoon of beauty. Shania did a wonderful job! Clean, fluffy and trimmed just right! And she was super kind with my girlie! Definitely would recommend and go back!

I was in the store on 8/1/2022 seeking help with my fish tank! My fish were near death, I believe the person that helped me was Megan, she was so awesome she answered so many questions and because of her my fish are very happy! Thank you so much for making what was a bad day into a better day!

I have to say they have one of the best employees working for them, her name is Jessica, Epping, NH store. She is very helpful and goes out of her way to help you. More employers should make sure they value their best because good workers are hard to find!!

I wish I had gotten the name of the man that helped my daughter and I. We're were picking out some items for my daughter's dog and needed to make a return. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I will definitely return to the store.Unfortunately several months ago I brought my Maltese in for a grooming and wasn't really completely pleased with that and will be bringing her somewhere else for that.

I visited this store a few days before Christmas, expecting to encounter stressed out workers, a mess, and long lines. Instead, the store was very clean and well stocked. They had enough staff to keep it that way, and to keep lines short, despite a heavier than normal flow of customers. I had a particularly pleasant encounter with one of the employees. He was smiling, friendly, and clearly enjoyed what he did. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I was able to get on my way quickly. I will definitely be returning to shop here.

Tonight, I went in to get cat litter and I noticed they didn’t have the big bag on the shelf. I asked, who I believe was the manager, Mark, if there was more out back but they just sold out. He ended up giving me a deal on two smaller bags and it was a pleasant surprise. Ive been having a bad few days, so this meant a lot. I’ve seen him work here the past few times I’ve come in and he is always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

So I've always had good experiences at this location, until tonight. Went in for dog food like I have for many years. Grabbed a bag that was apparently in the wrong spot. 30lb bag in 33lb tag. Reached the register and found out it was wrong. Ok my mistake. I get larger volume you can get better better discounts. $10 cheaper for 3 lbs? That's not the point tho. 2 stars are for the smug and very short response from the "manager". Being in customer service for 8+ years and a current manager myself, short and smug responses are nothing short of bad customer service. If I had a polite and curtious response I would of grabbed the bigger bag for less money. Instead she just adjusted the price and sent me on my way with a cold shoulder.

My dog happens to love this store mainly because it was the only store he could go in for a long time bit now that he's a registered service dog we can take him anywhere. But this is the only store with his dry food so I'm glad they're around.

This pet smart locations satisfactory team was amazing. They were friendly and nice. The store associates and manager's helped me with all my problems and took the time out of their day to make sure I got what I needed. Really a great place. Thanks again.

I needed to replace the Petsafe brand dog door flap.It was easy to find. When I got to the register, the cashier looked something up on their phone and said I get a discount! So I donated money when that came up in the screen.Everyone won!
