On a friends constant recommendation to "Try the Market Basket Pizza!" We took the plunge tonight. Walked in to a very busy girl who advised it was a 45 min wait and then took my order, she was a lil grumpy but i chalked it up to a busy moment or maybe she was just having a bad day. But anywho off to my car i went and counted down the minutes. 35 min in i cave and go back in, grab a premade salad and peruse the ice cream section leaving empty handed. I make my way back to the pizza area to hear my name "Melanie, all set for you". With a smiling happier face she hands over the hot box. Have a great night pleasantries exchanged and off i hussle to the shortest register line. Pizza and a salad for under $16, what a win! Got home and was happily greeted with this beauty. That girl made a slammin pizza! This thing is huge and tasty. I will be adding to the roster.

Why do you have to pack your isles so much!? So hard to navigate your grocery cart without worrying about annoying someone coming the opposite way. Very stressful. Nobody seems really happy shopping or working there. New staff of young folks not very up on simple social "hellos", thank you's, nobody smiles??!. The topper was a front end person being that way and just asking me "did you count your items" in the 20 or less checkout. I had 3 extra items and the cashier was very put out that I was over. No one was at the lane at the time I entered it but it was obvious that I committed some faux pas for having a 3 more items! Not sure I can go back. Too bad. I like the prices and inventory, but not being stressed with ill tempered people is more important to me.

Super rude teller in the express check out lane. Sorry I had 2 extra items a soda and a brownie I grabbed in line. She had the nerve to read me the right act for 2 items! I'll never go back to that market basket there are lots of friendly stores! This was at 7 on 4/20. Rude old lady!

Great prices for the things you need. Employees are always helpful when I need an item. Even walking isles down to find it for me.Love the bakery items! Yum

It's inside the Brickyard Square with other stores, pretty convenient to do your shopping. Store is organized intuitively, no problem finding stuff. Meat/cheese counter, fish counter, bakery items, grilled chicken... typical local grocery. Stuff is helpful and friendly.

A Very big store that has an excellent selection of foods, Store layout is easy to navigate and constantly good service with very short wait lines The store is very clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful. Location is near other sores.

Jenny 1st year in the sub section is the absolute best. I travel alot throughout mass/nh for work and have had many mb subs. She's super efficient, always pleasant and for some reason her steak and cheese is hands down above the rest of mbs I've visited, could easily compete with strictly sub shops but with value. I know I'm in luck when I see her there.

Love the atmosphere at marketbasket employees staff from those whom retrieve carts to deli cashiers managers there all always so kind informative and helpful whole heartedly the best grocery store in the country and I've been all over the u.s.

We wanted to buy one 12 count packet of Sheba pate cat food. There was a bar code on the one. Then it takes less than 3 seconds to hit times 12. We had 9 additional items. The lady at Market Basket kicked my husband out of the line telling him the cat food with one package of 12 was all he was allowed. She didn’t have time for additional items 🤦‍♀️ Either she was having a bad day, doesn’t like 70 year old men, or was just being an a—.🤷‍♀️  there are other places to shop. One is right across the street. I won’t go back. Made me so mad! This happened Oct. 3 at 11:00 AM.

Be very careful when you put items in your cart that are advertised as on sale in this store. There has been so many times where I have come home and doubled checked my receipt only to realize that I did not get what I bought at the advertised sale price an instead it rang up full price, it happened to me today for the 50th time and I’ve had enough. They are either not good at putting it into the system or they just don’t care. In the last year this has happened to me almost every other time I have grocery shopped there. Today for example they have a sign that says 3 packages of hot pockets for $6 so I bought 3 only to realize when I got home they charged me full price at $8.97 for 3. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but when this is constantly happening it adds up fast

Clean and convenient. Right off of NH Rte 101, easy on and off. You can get it from. Rte 125 as well. Large selection of beers to choose from. I like to stop here on my way to Hampton Beach.

I used to love the donuts at this Market Basket, but last two weeks their flat & big like a pancake. Also, every time I want to buy something from their case, the associates just ignore me. I won’t be going back there again.

The lines move fast, but on weekends this place is packed shoulder to shoulder. The associates are disorganized due to under experienced junior management and most associates have a very sour attitude about there job. Decent place to stop if you need a quick grocery run during the week but don't expect to find everything on your list.

This store is always packed! Doesn't matter what time of the day, because I've shopped here at different times and days. Always busy. The store is clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are a bit dirty, with on the floor, stinky smelling.Most employees are friendly and helpful although I have seen some on their phones and swearing as they're stocking the shelves.

Went in early on a Friday afternoon around 3pm to order one cheese pizza and was told it would be well Over an hour wait . There women working the pizza area on 8/3/2023 was fairly matter of fact about it . Either she was in a poor mood or always that way . I have never had an issue here before and everyone else in the pizza area has always been super friendly and fairly quick or offer an apology if it’s going to be a while . She had no pizzas you could buy single Slices from . All empty however the little heater area where they pre pack food and box it up was full of thick pan pizza . I guess no one wants that one . She was just pretty rude about the way she handled it . I expect better from Market Basket . There were lots of employees on, bumping into each other . Maybe train one of those in the kitchen area . Usually market basket is spot on . I guess it just takes one bad Experience with a not so good employee to kind of turn someone off .

As you may know from my other reviews , I am not a fan of Market Basket. This specific store is one of the better locations is my area. The store is recently opened (3-5 Years?) and has a full " Market Kitchen" layout. I have not tried any of the RTE foods as nothing has ever looked appetizing enough to choke up the money to bring it home. The reason I review this store with such a harsh judgment is the same reason I hold Market Basket in such low regard. That reason is their sheer unwillingness to stay current. The fact that they do not have any self checkouts and still use the incredibly slow and inefficient "take-a-number and order" deli/seafood is consistently frustrating and slow. Basket is bottom of the barrel in my opinion. Yours may vary.

Fairly big store with plenty of parking space most days and times. Reasonable prices for high quality items, great variety, spacious aisles, clean, every staff member whom I encountered was professional and friendly, and most other shoppers are pleasant too, courteous inside and outside of this store.

Definitely one of the best grocery stores around in regard to price and convenience. They also have an awesome bakery and deli. Really Nice Employees. But why are all the baggers boys and cashiers girls?

Rating of Its okay because I HATE the aisles. Super narrow, not sure if its the location but the humans that come here are incredibly unintelligent. I sure hope they don't drive the way they shop. However... prices are good. Most of the time the veggies and fruits are great.

As I've said before, this is my go-to supermarket. There have been items that are missing from the store shelves, but I do understand it's not always the stores fault. Delivery issues are affecting everything. So far, there has been no problem with filling my weekly needs. Everything is still expensive, but one of the local news channels did comparison shopping with other supermarkets in the area, and Market Basket was the cheapest. I'll be their next week.

It would have been nice if the cashier(name on receipt is Kiersten V-0630171) on 12/23/22 at 7:16pm would pay attention to her customers instead of just drooling over the guy in front of me to the bagger. Not even a "hi", "have nice night", "bye"....nothing. So glad this isn't my normal Market Basket I go to. At least my home store makes me feel like I'm an actual person.

Every single time I go into this MB at least 2-3 items are damaged and/or ruined. Tonight was absolutely ridiculous. The kid at reg 12 and the male bagger literally took my $498 in groceries and stuffed them into bags. Literally tossed just a big mess. This happens a lot but tonight we put raw meat - chicken, beef, steak, and pork (25lbs) and tossed it all in one reusable bag. Everything was crushed and the packages all started leaking. All the juice/blood gets in all your other food including produce. They are going to make people sick by contaminating the food. Please get self checkout…. Problem solved.
