Tried to return a product that I purchased through Lowe’s website, Val the head cashier was not a pleasant person to deal with, maybe she was not having the best day, rolled her eyes on me. Tried to tell me that she would not return the item because I purchased it online then, tried to say that it’s not a Lowe’s product and it’s the manufacturer ( just coming up with multiple excuses), this is an example that she is in need for more training on the return policy & customer service. Almost every product that Lowe’s sells comes from a manufacturer and if you purchase it whether it’s purchased in-store or through Lowe’s website, Lowe’s is responsible for taking it back not the manufacturer. Also gave me the wrong store number when I asked her. She then called the ASM Jodi, Jodi was nice not arrogant like Val, but still made no effort to help. Now I will have to go through corporate to return the product. Horrible customer experience!

The store provides a lot of hand tools and will exchange Craftsman tools if they are broke. Had a broken screwdriver, exchanged it with no issues. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. It just seemed to be short on staff members

Typically I love this store. But recently they have removed the cashiers and gone full self.checkout. ridiculous. Awful thought process behind this and the last time I was there, there was a gaggle of associates trying to help people check out. So is it self check out or not? Help me understand it all!

I had a very pleasant experience visiting the Seabrook store . I visited the store a few times. Every time I find a couple of good deals. I was looking for good quality bathroom vanity, mirror, rugs and other things. Unfortunately the shower surrounds what I was looking for in not available.The ticketed sale price was wrong and I paid less than expected 👍. The employees were very helpful even on a Sunday evening when they had very few people working.I highly recommend shopping here.

Good selection of products, especially tools. Truck rental available but you have to reserve in advance. Had wood cut in the past and they did a good job. Plenty of parking. Friendly service.Update: Sunday afternoon, November 2021; I ordered a product online and it was placed in a locker 🛅 similar to the style Amazon uses. This locker is located at the entrance of the store.

Dave from the Epping Appliance department did a great job helping me with my new washer and dryer purchase!! He was very patient and professional helping me also with my Lowes Pro account. No mistake we keep dealing with the Epping Lowes for our appliances.Special thanks to Samantha from the Pro department for her help getting my MVP rewards set up!!Great associates and a true attribute to the store and customer care quality!!

Why not it's a hardware store how could it be less than five stars you can get everything you need here to build a house renovate a house and do a kitchen maybe even mow your lawn or clear snow or melt snow or shovel snow you can also get light bulbs and an assortment of light fixtures and maybe even some batteries and if you need glues or adhesives or paints I'm sure this is the place for you have fun and exploring this massive store.

This place is a complete waste of time. We looked online to find several items for a kitchen as we’re doing a little remodeling respect out all the sizes on a certain put sand for a Range that was supposed to be in stock at Lowe’s Epping. Their website said they had four ready for pick up, we made a list of approximately 20 items we need at the store. We check to see their availability about 15 or 16 said they were in stock ready for pick up when we got to the store we only found three items Nothhing Lutron, Stark, Nothhing, Diz’s ready for pick up complete waste of time. I wonder how long before this place is out of business they are doing a horrible job , no one knows what to do. They do not have the products and the website is grossly in accurate like I said complete waste of time and gas to get here

I have been in the epping Lowe's 3 × needing assistance With ordering carpets, not a single person can help me or knows how. I work at Walmart and when there is assistance needed we find a way. Mgmt should know how to do everything their store offers in these cases or maybe on the counter put times available to order if there isn't staffing. I will be finding somewhere else to purchase my carpets.

Needed a replacement part. Took me a long time to find right spot.Asked for help 4 times, they all pointed in a general direction. After all that, they didn't carry replacement parts.How to improve. Offer to walk with customer to location(s) where parts might be. Improved signage to help locate items.

Lowe's is pretty much hit or miss. Last year they seemed to have more variety of organic plants, which I was really hoping to plant this year, but they barely had anything to choose from. It was also disappointing that when I asked a (possibly) manager of the area he had no idea if more would come in or where they'd be located. Other than that, the customer service in general is really good & very friendly. So much so that I went back to look for a lawnmower as a gift & almost had a team helping me. I am very grateful to them all.

This store is terrible. Lowes in general is not that great but this store customer service is terrible. Employees refuse to help and refuse to get someone who knows anything to help. You may want to retrain your front end associates how to behave appropriately. They don't bother giving receipts forcing you to get in store credit for your returns and then saying sorry this card isnt matching up so your out of luck. Can we get manager to override or cross reference my name with the card? No, they will say no. Okay call em up. No. What a terrible way to handle the issue. Kinda seems like a scam to me. Multi billion dollar company can't afford to help their customers.

I will finish this review when I receive a door that is not damaged.9/3 response to the owner's response - do you not see a problem here? We can continue to "work" together only if you deliver a door that is not damaged. So, far two doors have been delivered as damaged. update 9/19 after three attempts I asked and received a refund. The employees at this location do not care about the customer's merchandise that has been paid for.

I needed to paint my very large 30' x 23' wrap around deck at my parents lake camp. I decided on on Valspar's Mocha for the color. The woman there seemed very confused on what numbers to enter for mixing. I spent 15 hours painting the deck, rails, and bench seats hoping it would dry darker, but what I got was some pink salmon color. Not a good look or match with a 60 year old dark brown fishing camp. I'm extremely MAD! I spent $200 on that paint and It's outright ugly! Is entering a number that difficult?

I'm coming from another town and I figured I'd stop in to Lowe's to get a key made and since I've ever been in there before I asked where is the key making section... I might as well talk to my hand... I can tell by the people working there the jobs are a soap opera... I'll never go to that one ever again! I would have rated it a one-star but the store is nice and neat it looks good..

I had an excellent experience at the Epping Lowes 7/18/23. Noah and Patty went out of the way to help me with new carpet. I've never been treated so well and professionally in a large home improvement store. I will definitely drive further from my house to go to this Epping location in the future.

Very poor customer experience. A simple in-store pick up turned into a 30 minute dilemma with Val. An overwhelmed front line rep who was friendly & kind on a busy Saturday asked Val for support finding my order- she threw her hands up and said “again!” Instead of showing her how to find the order she demeaned her & found the order for her. ( good training opportunity ) All the rep needed was help using the POS system. After finding my order I wasn’t able to locate a flat bed cart. Val pointed me outside to find one and walks away..I asked three reps that Val oversees, and they pointed me outside again failing to locate one and carried on their conversation. I returned to the front asking to ship the toilet ( In-store pick up ) to where Val is openly talking about me looking for a flat bed with John another manager. walks with me outside to find one ( we didn’t) and told me “where very busy can’t you see that!” I suggested that her agents up front were standing around and the anger from this woman. “Well you shouldn’t assume what they are talking about!” I simply and kindly told her that she’s a manager and she’s extremely rude. Im a leader at my company myself & As a customer that in the past two years who’s spent good money here on my remodel solely using Lowe's this isn’t how a in-store experience should look or feel. The location was busy at best and if supporting her agents that all appear to be reporting to her causes this much frustration, she shouldn’t be representing the front line of the location. Lowes is a great company & as a customer I’ll always remember how I felt by Val, a paid employee by lowes at epping. Who was sarcastic, condescending and rude. Bedford Lowes only going forward.

Today, we werelooking for electric ride on lawn mower. The Lowe's sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to see a woman in the power tools/lawnmower section. We always start at Loews first for any home, gaden supplies, etc. BTW, this review is the my first review ever!

I was a Lowes credit card holder since 2007. After COVID my use of the card dropped.Home Depot increased by credit limit. Lowes dropped it to $100.Little point in using it or going to Lowes.Then I just received a notice that they are cancelling my card altogether.Home Depot says thank you. As I now spend thousands of dollars there!To be fair, I'll give a plug to Aubuchan hardware. No credit card. But they are nice!Bye bye Lowes.

Every isle was full to the brink with boxes in the middle, carriages etc blocking everything it was to the point where I had to walk a lap around the store to get to the next aisle. I also couldn't find anyone working in tools but figured the young women in paint may know as I was looking for the viral Tik tok Kolbalt mini tool boxes and many women have bought them and know aboit them. The women I asked was named Sarah I said excuse me and she didn't turn around so thinking she didn't hear me I said excuse me I have a quick question and she said "what do you need" I proceeded totell her and she said I don't know what that is do I tried to explain as best I could and she rolled her eyes and said go cheek tools because I don't know what you need and then walked away. I did check tools but because it was a viral and unique item I wasn't sure if they had any one display anywhere else since the intent was more of a fun version of a real tool box. Overall very poor treatment from Sara in paint and if you don't like your job work somewher else

As Epping NH continues to grow, it continues to lure large companies, like Lowe's, to its retail developments - in this case Epping Crossing.This particular Lowe's is setup and staffed very well. There are also usually plenty of knowledgeable associates available for assistance.

This is a wonderful place and the only reason I am reading at four stars is because it’s kind of expensive, but they do have anything from tools to lights to lawnmowers and garden supplies this place has everything that you need to decorate or work I would highly recommend going here

A clean and well organized store with good staff. They know when to offer help and when not to, and are all very helpful when approached.The garden center is clean, well stocked, and has lanes laid out in the parking lot to allow easy pull up and pick up.Returns and online order pick up are often slow, with lines reaching out to the front door.

They have lots of lawn and garden equipment. Bushes, plants and gardening things. The store is orderly and logical. Easy to find everything.
