Completely inept pharmacy staff. Hold times up to 30 minutes wait and when they finally answer you, they are snappy. They put me on hold again mid-sentence and I was spoken to as if I am the world's biggest inconvenience. I've had nice pharmacy staff in the past, but today two women on the phone were extremely rude, literally having put me on hold repeatedly as I'm speaking and then treating me like I'm supposed to know who I'm speaking to when I've been put on hold 5 separate times. They became increasingly more rude as I became more frustrated because what could have been a 30 second phone call was dragged out to a half hour to get one very simple question answered. "(Will the prescription be ready today?)" Beyond ridiculous.

Called at 6:45 PM and waited on the phone for 16 minutes. Promptly at 7 o’clock someone answered the phone and then hung up on me so that I couldn’t call back (since the pharmacy was closed and the automated system wouldn’t allow me).

I was in the area and I had photos 📤 sent from my phone to be developed here. They came out great. Ipay/Android pay accepted. Facemasks required.I had an"emergency" from my procedure at the hospital 🏥 and I asked for "help". One of the staff was very helpful, especially since I had my son with me. I could have had an accident if she didn't help my son and I. Thanks 👍!

Have always had great interactions with the pharmacy staff who are always working hard. My only gripes about this CVS is not even their fault, drivers come through here thinking it a through way to the plaza and start blaring on their horns if the drive up pharmacy has more than one car blocking their “short cut.”

Terrible pharmacy, over a hour wait on the phone almost every day that’s if you can even get someone. Also terrible at following doctors instructions. The doctor has clearly written instructions and the pharmacy seems to make their own rules and not fill prescriptions even when okayed by a medical profession 1 star is to much in my opinion.

I have been getting prescriptions here for years after leaving the Plaistow location because of the unprofessional Attitudes and disrespect.Today I called the Epping location to schedule COVID tests so that kids can go back to school after vacation. The gentleman who answered from the pharmacy was rude and unwilling to schedule for the kids to come in for a test. All he would say was the schedule was full, but he he would not let me speak to tell him which day we could come in, the guy wanted to send us an hour away to a different location.The rudeness and arrogant attitude of this person was awful. I simply was looking for an appointment sometime in the following week but he would not even let me speak, nasty nasty nasty behavior.Obviously this CVS just does not want to deal with their regular customers at all considering the amount of money they make off one of my prescriptions at $5,765.00.

The pharmacy has been severely understaffed forever. It took them since 10/22/21 to forward prescriptions to Florida, and the pharmacist here was put on hold for over 15 minutes, before being helped . This is no way to run a business especially when people have to wait several days for their meds. Many people are finding alternatives in getting meds from other pharmacies.

This is by far the slowest and worst pharmacy in the entire State of New Hampshire. Do not believe them when they tell you your prescription is ready. Do not believe them when you get the phone call saying your prescription is ready. Assume it's not ready and they're going to make you wait at least another half an hour. Not including the 45 minute wait for all the people in front of you

Worst call response from Pharmacy I've ever gotten anywhere... And I am counting Comcast in that list. Spent multiple calls to try to check on a prescription status, and spent 15+ minutes each time, all the while listening to a recorded voice telling me "Someone will assist you momentarilly..." When a person was finally reached, put on hold....45 minutes to answer a 10 second question...

Highly unprofessional. Told me my daughters medicine she needed would be ready by 930 at 1:30 it wasn't ready they told me it could take 24hrs. Very rude staff. As I was standing in line I witnessed a pharmacy employee be rude to multiple customers.

This is by far the worst CVS I've ever been to. It's not a reflection on the employees there, but the corporation that doesn't support it's employees or hire any support staff. Disgusting corporation.
