Last year she took care of my senior dog who had medical issues and she took care of her like she was a princess this year I have a puppy and she treats her the same way the staff and Katie are awesome extremely experience and caring

Horrible business owner. Says it takes 72 hours to return a call. Who does that? Tried email. Says she does not check her emails LOL. It took over a month to get my dog bathed. Second time, I tried it was over a week, then got a text at 7:30am saying she could squeeze me in like it was an inconvenience for her to fit my dog in for a bath. My dog is my world. No thank you
