I can't say enough good things about Yellow Finch. We have had them come 4 times a year for the last 5 years to clean various rugs in our home. Between our dog and three kids, they have been able to get everything we need "clean as new." They are always very courteous, very reasonably priced and they are super responsive when we need to schedule an appointment.

I’ve used Yellow Finch for 2 jobs so far, and have been very pleased both times! Came on time, friendly, professional, and made quick time on my carpets with no stains left at all. They were courteous of my cat who is fearful of vacuums and made sure he didn’t run out the door. The shampoo is pet safe and biodegradable. This is our third time utilizing yellow finch! We have four dogs and a very active lifestyle. So needless to say we track in a lot of dirt and gunk! Yellow finch does an amazing job of coming in a cleaning the carpets for us. The house always feels so much cleaner and smells so much nicer when they are done! Yet again Yellow Finch to the rescue, getting oil out of an expensive area rug (long story there) and ink out of the carpet when my naughty dog has chewed up ink cartridges, and cleaning some extra spots where the same dog had a few accidents previously. Thank you so much!

Was easy to schedule & appreciate their emailed appointment confirmations and updates. Wall to wall carpets had a lot of walking traffic dirt, and quite a few food spills. Honestly thought I was going to have to pull the carpets up, regardless of cleaning, but figured I'd give it a shot. They removed all of the stains, but one, the carpets look nearly brand new, and they smell nice as well. (the one stain missed was a black rubber adhesive, so I'm not surprised it didn't come out).Only thing I'd say is they missed the closet in the bedroom. Not a huge deal since there's no foot traffic. We never opened it when we went over the space, so not a big deal, but just a heads up to review those weird behind closed door areas.Very easy to work with, saved me a lot of time and money I would have spent replacing the rugs. I will plan to have them back in the future. Highly recommend.
