They should just close the store. My prescription was called in on a Tuesday. I never got a call for pickup but went on Thursday to pick it up. They only gave me one of two meds. I went back on Monday and the pharmacy was closed due to "no staff available". I got a call a few days later on Thursday to pick up my med. What? That was 9 days from when it was called in! I got my prescription filled elsewhere. I called the store as a courtesy to tell them to reshelf it and stop calling me with reminders to pick it up. No matter what prompt I chose, I got "mailbox is full". At one point those prompts sent me to the front of the store where a "nice" employee snidely told me I had the wrong department then relayed my call to the pharmacy so I could hear "mailbox is full" and it hung up on me. DONE.

Decent pharmacy, nothing fancy but you will find what you need. Pharmacy stuff, medical supplies, toiletries, beauty products, kitchen items, electronics, cleaning and household, office supplies, drinks, dry food, sweets and so on. The store looks little outdated to me.

The pharmacy is the best. Best staff, caring and knowledgeable. The store itself was remodeled a year ago or so. The cashiers are great.The store itself however does not have the variety of items they once did. They offered more hardware, and specific needs items then. Finally they changed their customer point status. I have been Gold for years. Well they have a new system and now I have no points. I hate to see Rite Aid be the same at every location, carry less merchandise and become just another drug store.

Great store; great pharmacy! All sorts of stuff is available in the store - food, ice cream, beer, jewelry, beach stuff, beauty products....surprising selection!

Very dirty and unorganized store. I work close by and frequently go in the store, the isles are constantly packed with empty boxes & stock for shelves crowding the isles with no one around stocking shelves leaving trash and ladders in the way of merchandise and a danger to kids and any shopper. the staff always seem like helping people is an inconvenience to them. I have been in the line 7 or 8 people deep and when the cashier ask for help she has been snapped at in talked down on and it is very disrespectful. I Never see anyone greet you or seem happy to help. Worst customer service and dirtiest Rite aid, for such a great town it's a shame.

I was at this store two weeks ago. I had purchased a product at the Newmarket store about an hour earlier. I needed to exchange it. I went to the Durham store, as it's closer to my home. The older lady at the register took more than 30 minutes to complete the transaction. I had the receipt- she threw it away, and had to dog through the trash. She had no idea what she was doing, and was very rude. I just left the store without my intended purchase, becauwe of the same rude cashier.

Website says open til 10. I went in at 730 and they were closed. Last time I went they didn't have anybody in there til after 10 am said it was a scheduling problem.

Well stocked and organized. Plenty of free parking. Cramped aisles and often long lines both at pharmacy and front register.

this place is full of a bunch of absolute morons, terrible service from pharmacy. they should hurry up and fire everyone behind that counter and replace them with robots because lord knows thats their sub-in soon
