I thought I was out of luck when my dog didn't react well to an expensive bag of food. They gladly took it back and helped me pick out something else guided by helpful nutritional insight and friendly service. I am glad I didn't buy my dog food online like I seem to do everything else!!

Super rude staff. I made an honest mistake walking in with my daughter thinking the store was open (lights on, cars in the lot, doors opened, after 9am, no sign on the door with store hours) and a staff member ran up to us and yelled WE’RE CLOSED. I responded with “oh sorry the doors opened so we came in” and she said “well that’s how staff gets in.” No hello, didn’t tell me when they actually opened, just stood there staring waiting for me to pick up my toddler and leave. Disappointing especially for a local business.

We took our dog here to use the self serve dog wash. We were told the wash was $20 for 30 mins. We went into the room, expecting a clean and sanitary area. It was less than clean, smelled horrible and absolutely not sanitary. The only bay (for big dogs) that was not completely covered in dog hair, or broken had a common shower head that had very low water pressure and was partially broken. We decided to leave. The attendant didn't seem to be bothered by the conditions that we reported. Disappointed, and will not be back.

Absolutely love it! We go here consistently and they are the sweetest! My bunnies get their nails trimmed here and the team is always patient and gentle with them, and I've never had an issue. They love seeing the chickens and they have such so many different bunny friendly toys.

I used to bring my dog here a lot to use the pool. Unfortunately it's now super gross, they've let it go and stopped cleaning it. The amount of black mold alone is enough for me to never come back. I'm glad I didn't bring my kid with me this time because he wouldn't have been able to touch any surface in there.

I went there to use the self-serve dog wash and check out the dog pool. Soon after the visit I had to take my dog to the vet due to itching and a rash around his neck and shoulder areas. Rochester Animal Hospital checked him out and said it looks like a allergic reaction to something. I think it could have been the shampoo and or conditioner or some pet wipes I bought from pet Co. The dog wash was easy to use and comfortable for me. When you get there just check in at the registers and they will give you some towels. I didn't use the pool but it's right next to the dog wash so you can go right from the pool directly into the dog wash area. The store has one of the best and largest selection of dog toys and treats. They have a great selection of foods also. I gave Woofmeow 5 stars but they need to work on keeping the trash barrels in the open especially in the dog wash area. If you choose to use the dog wash I would bring a shampoo and conditioner that you are familiar with and have already used.

Shop is GREAT. We love the shop, everyone who works there is friendly.The pool is a hazard. We just left after visiting the pool for the first time. Toys had black mold on them, there was an open, rusty safety pin on the ramp in (underwater…), and it didn’t smell like a clean pool area. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll return. Make sure if you go to check the cleanliness of the toys AND the ramp in for anything left behind.

This was great. The cleark who was working, terrific, She deserves 5 STARS. The facility is amazing. We took Bear in for the pool, which is a wonderful, amazing idea. The 4 stars are for the pool area. When we got in the room for the pool, there is a nice long walkway that gets you to the edge of the pool, then it drops 4 feet!Bear is large dog, so he went from about 6 inch of water to 4ft. No ramp, nothing to gradually get into the actual pool. Just a 4 foot drop. Now for dogs who are use to the water, not pools, walking in from shore, as it gradually gets deeper, this drastic drop can actually cause fear in the dog, epically larger dogs, which I'm sorry to say happened to Bear. Do to thier size, it very dractic depth change. Again I think the idea is great, but the the pool set up is poorly designed. They do offer life vest for your dog, but again, the drastic change in depth from walking on a firm floor to nonthing, very disturbing to your best friend. Another 5 star point I will add is that they have a room just off from the pool where you can wash and dry your dog. They provided towels, and blow dryers etc. This was great. Thank you again. We will try again, see how it goes....Also pricing, pretty reasonable.

Took our 2 year old Chocolate lab here to celebrate his 2nd birthday in the pool. Staff were very friendly, and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely return!

My dog can be difficult. He likes to talk allot. He had to be first appt of day as he talks more with more dogs around. He also has a special routine just for him. The girls in the grooming section know Tucker well as they have been grooming him for years and it is well known we followed them here from petco in Rochester. Petco's replacement groomer even with instructions on Tucker and how to proceed with grooming him, actually requested we no longer bring Tucker there and find someplace else to take him. Keep in mind he is a loving dog. He is overall easygoing never snaps and always wagging a tail. I knew something was wrong when the last two times I took him to Petco he shook when I brought him in. Above you will see how happy he was to see his friend Kim. He is grateful we go the extra distance to bring him where I know he is safe and treated well. He is my child and I love him dearly and no dog should be brought someplace where they're not wanted.Well worth going the extra distance.*Groomers are amazing!*Have an indoor dog pool. Huge unground poolfor dogs to swim in.*Great selection of pet food, and bakery styleCookies as well as treats*Also sells birds and bird accessoriesCan't say enough good things.... Just go, you won't be disappointed.

From what I can tell with the doggie cookie bar and doggie wash room and pool, as well as high quality pet food, this place is amazing. Makes me wish I had a dog to bring. Not sure how my cats would feel about that!

Since my other groomer retired I have tried numerous pet chain stores trying to find a groomer. I decided to finally try Woofmeow and am so glad I did. My dog Chewy came out exactly the way I wanted him to look. Thank you so much and now I will bring my other babies there.

I purchased two African Claw Frogs from this location. While I originally thought they were African dwarves, they helped me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I recently purchased a new tank for them. They are healthy and growing SO FAST. Staff was helpful, welcoming, and SO passionate about the health of the animals.

Great place, they carry a lot of the pet foods you will not find in the large stores like wally world, target and other supermarkets. The people who work here are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have a few four-legged family members, all the things they need we purchase here. Yes, it is worth a longer drive from where home to here.

This used to be my go-to pet shop. I love the variety of choices, but the prices and unfriendly staff have pushed me to online shopping instead. Specifically, there is one female cashier who is so incredibly rude and unprofessional towards customers and other staff members that it is actually uncomfortable to be there. I never see her doing anything beyond standing behind the cash register, often surrounded by fast food trash, yet she complains loudly about other staff members (she especially likes to complain about the self-described Wednesday Adams woman). She frequently swears about that individual under her breath, which is super confusing because the other woman is actually always busy working unlike this individual. After my last encounter with her there, I will just buy my items online for cheaper instead of supporting this business.

Just spent $70 on dog toys. The cashier was talking on the phone the entire time while we were checking out, asked if we had a rewards account. I told her I did not, and that I would like to sign up for one. She ignored me and just checked me out while still gabbing on the phone. Bummed, as usually it's much better.
