Small but wonderful pet store! There was a great variety of fish to pick from and I was given some guidance on which ones would be compatible with the babies I already have. The man that helped was kind enough to even offer an insulated cooler for our 3 hour drive home! We will totally be back next time we are in the area. Our favorite pet shop. The owners are story nice and knowledgeable. They answer questions without being jerks and can recommend quality products. Prices are decent and they gave a loyalty program. Good variety of toys, foods, treats, and fish.

Very nice store. Really nice selection of quality food & supplies. They are the only place around that has actual knowledge of nutrition and the products they sell.The owner is super nice & welcoming. Very helpful. I always recommend them to my clients. Plus they are local which is important to me.

Drove down from Concord nh today to visit this place because someone told me about the amazing fish Mike has. I will make the drive many times over! This place is amazing! Mike is very sweet and was such a joy to chat with and cares greatly about his fish!!! Can not wait to go back!!!!! I'll be back for a stingray!

Absolutely a go to fish store. The owners are so lovely and so helpful. I was able to ask them questions about setting up my tank, they were so knowledgeable and have the best selection of freshwater fish. They also have some amazing dog toys and treats that my dog is obsessed with. Five stars isn’t enough for this place.

These guys took the time to get our fish tank back up to healthy levels! We checked in with them weekly and they would test our tank water. They got our tank to levels it needed to be at and then helped pick out our beautiful array of fish! I recommend this place over ANY chain pet Store 100%! We LOVE shopping at Pet Junction! Mike is the man! He is very friendly and knowledgable. Every time we go here, he has been so helpful finding the right dog food and treats for our puppy. He is never in a rush to get you out the door and always has cool pet stories to share with each visit. You just don't get this level of customer service from the chain pet supply stores. You have a forever customer from our family. Well done!

They have the biggest fish selection I have seen compared to any place around here. They have more rare fish that even I hadn't heard of. The staff were extremely welcoming and asked if I was looking for a particular fish and let me browse after answering a few of my questions. Such a cool little hidden store.

Pet Junction is absolutely hands-down the best local pet store! Pet Junction has the highest quality brands, especially for food, some of which the big chain pet stores can't get. Of course, a independent, local shop doesn't have the massive inventory of a big chain store, but this is a case where quality beats quantity. If they don't have what you need, they will order it for you. The prices are comparable to the big chains storestoo. The friendly staff is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. These people truly love animals, and you can see it in everything they do.I have a dog who is allergic to chicken, so finding food for her is a big challenge. At Pet Junction, they have several single-source novel protein based foods to choose from for dry food, soft food and treats! The ingredient list reads like a recipe, not a bunch of questionable stuff I can't pronounce.As someone who had a career centered on optimizing animal care and welfare, it takes a lot to impress me. Pet Junction continues to exceed my expectations for general pet care knowledge, product familiarity, and customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a new fresh water aquarium and no idea what I was doing. I brought in a water sample, the man working there was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. He tested my water and made some recommendations, I am very happy with the quality service, the kind staff and knowing that I'm supporting a local establishment is just icing on the cake.

Tropical fish are my longtime hobby & mike took good care of me. We had great conversation from one fish hobbyist to another :) They will order for you anything they dont have in store. Quality healthy fish & decent prices & good customer service :) I recommend them for anyone in the fish hobby or just starting out in the hobby.

What a wonderful small business! I found this gem a few years back when I adopted my dog. Every single employee is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always with a smile and a treat for my dog. I always find what I need and manage to walk out with a little extra that wasn't a need :) I can't recommend or say enough good things about Pet Junction. They are great.

I stopped here when they first opened. I was looking for a guinea pig for a friend. I had already purchased a cage, and even when I bought nothing there, they helped me put it together and get it ready. This has made me a faithful customer for all my dog supplies. Very helpful and nice. A conversation with the owner saved our cat from the brink of death. She’d stopped eating and drinking and had given up after becoming blind, she lost a ton of weight. But, his suggestions for food enticed our cat and now she’s happy and fat.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable about all the foods for your pet's needs. Pricing is highly competitive, if not less than competitors. The owner was a rep and spent years building knowledge of all the different lines and passes that on to his customers.

Nice shop, for a smaller fish room they have a great selection of fish, not just the average stuff but some larger fish and also some of the more interesting and unusual fish that you don't always find at the box stores.
