My experience at K9 Kaos has always been pretty great. The people there are always very friendly and helpful. We bring our Newfie there to be groomed once every few months and he always looks amazing when I pick him up. The one downfall is he almost always has a toenail bleeding when we bring him home. He’s got a lot of fur and I’m sure it’s not easy to get him looking this good so he’s often sore and tired (from standing up a long time?) when we get him home but he looks amazing.

Both of our dogs have gone to K9 Kaos for grooming and boarding/daycare. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dog is never hesitant about going inside. They also have an additional service that provides adoption and boarding for retired racing greyhounds. 🧡💛💚

Highly satisfied!!! My experience has been very positive when I leave my 14 yr old Labrador for boarding. They even drove to a nearby vet to pick up and start medication in the middle of her stay! That was above and beyond and speaks to their commitment to our pets health and comfort. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love the crew at K9. They take great care of our pup during daycare and grooming services have been excellent! My pup literally howls with excitement when it’s “time for school.” Bec has earned a special place in my pups heart. We also used the training classes offered, Ash was excellent and gave great information, instructions, and made class fun for everyone. Everyone we’ve met at K9 is warm and helpful. 10/10, highly recommend.

Bailey has been going to daycare since she was a puppy 7 years ago. The K9 Kaos crew are her family! She now gets excited as soon as she sees Liberty Mutual. Thank you for being so wonderful to my girl Bailey!

They always take such good care of my Princess Bella. She goes to daycare 3 days a week She loves going to daycare. Princess Bella loves all her friends there and always comes home ready for bed which tells me she definitely gets the attention and exercise she needs well there.

My dog Skye went to doggie day care for 8 years always happy to go. We board her there and she has nails trimmed and baths. Staff is always attentive to the dogs and educated about all dog related. We love Becky!

Let's put it in the most important terms - these people love dogs. Everyone here is super-helpful. Everyone has knowledge of what works and what doesn't for dogs. I have only really visited their store (I haven't boarded my Frenchie), but today I took her in for a nail trim and they were very fast to get her in and out. And she got a (large) treat at the end of it. We go there a few times each week and the staff now knows her name... which feels really nice.There are other stores/boardings in the area - some big-box and some more local - but I will only go to K9 Kaos for my pup.

Left my two dogs for boarding over the Thanksgiving holiday. They even had time to give them a grooming the day before I picked them up. They were happy, and the grooming job was excellent. Much better than the last place I had them groomed.

We took the family’s two cockers to be groomed and they look beautiful ! K9 Kaos staff does a great job! The groomers are professional and skilled. The office staff is welcoming and not intimidated by questions asked of them. They are kind, patient and helpful. We heartwarmingly recommend K9 Kaos!

We have been at K9 since the old location on Dover Point in 2004. Our Beagle, Cookie, was there for 15 years and our current Dachshund, Hannah, for 3 years. We do daycare twice a week, boarding when needed and grooming.

I cannot emphasize enough how truly wonderful K9 Kaos is. I have been bringing my dogs there for more than 15 years with no complaints. The staff is excellent. They are friendly and attentive, and they always know what is going on with my dogs. There is no place I trust more to care for them!

We have been taking our Scottish terriers there for over 20 years! Our groomer, Lauren has left and its been downhill!! Our ypung Scottie( Maggie is 2) has been groomed there twice!! Today she was groomed but they told us they will not groom her anymore as she gets aggresive!! She is lovable and we are insulted that we are now being turned away?! They muzzled her and charged us!! Total bill for two scottish terriers and one small mini Schnauzer$227How can you offer grooming but decide you can not handle a 2,year old pup!!! Maybe your groomers ate not experienced enough!! Lauren never mentioned this yet we were told Lauren also had a difficult time with Maggie!!! NOT TRUE!!! Spoke to Lauren!!No issues!! If there was an issue why wait!!!You need to hire groomers who know DOGSK9 Kaos sold out to corporate!!Prices have risen dramatically!!!

We always know our pups will be safe and supervised when they head over for a fun day of daycare! The staff are always friendly and outgoing, and they do such a great job coaxing shy dogs out of their shell and making them comfortable. Love that play groups are tailored to behavior and size, so nobody gets overwhelmed or feels bored. Their boarding is fantastic and it's a great feeling knowing that our dogs will be loved on and looked after, and the report cards after their stay are fantastic!!

Very friendly place, fast and professional service. I had my two havanese dogs groomed and got a appointment onlu three days after I called. They did an outstanding job. My only problem was with the miscommunication or something regarding the fee. When I called, I was quoted a $56 price each. When all was done I was charged $75 each dog. No explaination for why the person on the phone at reservation mis quoted the cost of a groom. Next time, I will confirm the price in person so it won't be such a shock at pick-up.

Dog Samantha is family and we want the best for her. But she resists grooming and is difficult to groom, something in her history caused that perhaps. But after neighbors referred us to K9 Kaos our experience there over a year Samantha has lost her fear of grooming. Amazing! Great job!
